Ivibet Casino review

Overview

Ivibet is a combined online casino and sportsbook. Its own about page describes the brand as built by sports bettors, and the casino sits alongside a full betting section, so you can move between slots, live tables and cricket or football markets from one account and one balance. This review covers the casino side only.

For Indian players, Ivibet stands out for three reasons. INR is one of the thirteen currencies listed in its terms (EUR, USD, CAD, NZD, CHF, BRL, PLN, INR, HUF, JPY, CLP, PEN and CZK). The site has a full Hindi version at ivibet.com/hi, and the bonus and VIP pages there quote every amount in rupees. And the bonus rules are actually published, in detail, with rupee figures for the minimum deposit, maximum bet and caps.

The weak spot is getting money in. We found no mention of UPI, Paytm or PhonePe on any Ivibet page we could load. The terms also say Visa is not supported for India, and that Mastercard is supported only in a list of mostly European countries. In practice, Indian players will need to see what the cashier offers for an INR account, or use crypto.

Our scores below follow the rubric on our methodology page. They focus on how well Ivibet fits Indian players, not on how it ranks globally.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Ivibet runs separate welcome offers for the casino and the sportsbook, and the FAQ is clear that you can take only one of them. If you mainly play slots, choose the casino card when you make your first deposit. Bonuses are claimed by selecting the bonus card in the cashier while you deposit, not afterwards.

First and second deposit, in rupees

The Hindi promotions pages give the INR version of the package:

The English pages show the same structure in euros: 100% up to €100 plus 120 free spins, then 50% up to €200 plus 50 free spins. The page’s own example puts it plainly: deposit ₹9,000 and you start with ₹18,000.

The “instant bonus round” is a Bonus Buy in a Pragmatic Play slot. If Pragmatic Play isn’t available in your region, the terms say it will be awarded in a BGaming game instead.

The general terms that apply

The key rules from Ivibet’s general bonus terms, with the rupee figures as published:

The 40x figure is published, which is good, but the basis isn’t. 40x on the bonus alone is a very different job from 40x on deposit plus bonus. On a ₹9,000 bonus, 40x on the bonus alone means ₹3,60,000 in slot bets. If it applies to deposit plus bonus, that doubles. The ₹400 maximum bet matters too. Exceeding it while a bonus is active lets Ivibet cancel the bonus and any winnings, and buying features counts towards your bet size.

Two smaller rules are worth knowing. The terms let you withdraw your deposit before you finish wagering, but you lose the bonus and its winnings. And a bonus is cancelled automatically when the balance tied to it falls to about €0.05 or less.

Who should skip the bonus

Because table and live dealer games count 0%, a player who mainly wants live roulette, Andar Bahar or Teen Patti gets nothing from the welcome offer. Ongoing promotions

Ivibet’s promotions page is long. The casino offers we could read in full:

• Friday Reload: 50% up to ₹13,000 plus 50 free spins (25 a day for two days), once a week, deposits between 00:00 and 23:59 UTC on Friday
• Secret Bonus (Wednesday): a random reward on a qualifying deposit of at least €/$40, ranging from free spins to a 200% bonus up to €500 or a €100 cash bonus with no wagering
• Unlimited Bonus: 15 free spins on every deposit from your fifth deposit onwards, with the spin value rising with the deposit (from €30 upwards)
• Wheel of Fortune: a Bronze spin on registration; Silver from €20 and Gold from €100 deposits, from the third deposit
• Daily Crypto Bonus: 5% on crypto deposits, once every 24 hours, 10x wagering
• App and push offers: 10 free spins for installing the app, and 10 free spins for subscribing to push notifications (40x on winnings)
• Viking Treasure Battle: a daily slot race for €500 plus 500 free spins, with prizes wagered 10x
• Prize Drops: a €100,000 prize pool

VIP programme

The casino VIP programme starts automatically after your first deposit. On the Hindi page, you earn 1 comp point for every ₹3,000 in total bets, and 100 comp points exchange for ₹100. Thirty levels take you from free-spin rewards at the start to cash rewards from ₹400 at level 7 up to ₹90,00,000 at level 30. VIP rewards carry 10x wagering, and cash from exchanged points carries 5x.

With the welcome terms published, rupee figures given and a broad set of reloads, the bonus score is 7.0. It isn’t higher because the wagering basis isn’t stated and live and table play is excluded entirely.

Games and providers

Ivibet does not publish a total game count, and the game lobby loads only inside a full browser session, so we couldn’t read individual titles. What its own pages do show is the range of studios. The site’s casino sitemap lists 160 provider pages and a set of lobby categories, and the bonus exclusion list in the general terms names titles from more than 30 providers, which confirms their games are on the site:

The welcome offer’s bonus round in a Pragmatic Play slot points the same way. Pragmatic is behind popular high-volatility titles such as Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, though we haven’t confirmed individual titles in Ivibet’s lobby.

Games Indian players look for

We checked the lobby categories and provider pages the site publishes, plus Ivibet’s own game pages, for the titles Indian players ask about most. Here is what we could and couldn’t confirm.

• Teen Patti: not confirmed. We found no Teen Patti category or game page on the site, and we couldn’t search the lobby. Ezugi and Evolution, which both have provider pages at Ivibet, are known for live Teen Patti, but that doesn’t prove the tables are switched on for an Indian account. • Andar Bahar: not confirmed, for the same reason. There is no Andar Bahar page or category we could find. Read our Andar Bahar guide before you look for it in the live lobby.
• Aviator: Ivibet runs its own Aviator page at ivibet.com/aviator-game, and Spribe, the studio behind Aviator, has a provider page in the lobby. The Aviator page is marketing text, and some of its numbers contradict each other (for example two different round lengths), so we don’t repeat its figures here. • Other crash games: the lobby has a “fast games” category, and Smartsoft and Galaxsys, two studios known for crash-style games, have provider pages. We couldn’t read the individual titles, so we can’t list them.
• Live dealer tables: confirmed at category level. The live casino has baccarat, blackjack, poker, roulette and game shows sections, with Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live and other live studios listed. If you’re after game shows such as Crazy Time or a fast roulette like Lightning Roulette, Evolution’s provider page is the place to look, but we couldn’t confirm either title by name. The same goes for Dragon Tiger.

Remember that live and table games count 0% towards the welcome bonus, so these games are best played with cash, not with bonus money.

What is restricted in India

The terms contain two India-specific limits that most players won’t notice until it matters:

• Players from India are not eligible to win jackpots from NetEnt jackpot games, such as Arabian Nights. If a player from India hits one, the jackpot win will be annulled.
• Two branded video slots, Planet of the Apes and Vikings, are not available in India.

Neither is a big problem for most players, but if progressive jackpots are your main reason to play, this matters.

We score games 8.0, up from 7.5 in our last review: the provider list is now confirmed to include the main live studios (Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live) and 160 provider pages in all. It isn’t higher because there’s no published game count and we couldn’t confirm Teen Patti or Andar Bahar tables.

Payments for Indian players

This is where Ivibet is weakest for India. INR is supported, but the published list of ways to pay doesn’t name any Indian methods.

What the site says about methods

• Currencies: EUR, USD, CAD, NZD, CHF, BRL, PLN, INR, HUF, JPY, CLP, PEN and CZK
• Methods named in the site text: Visa, Mastercard, iDebit, Neteller, Skrill, WebMoney, Instant Banking, ecoPayz and Boleto
• Crypto: supported, with a separate daily crypto bonus; specific coins are not listed on the pages we read
• UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, IMPS: not listed

The terms then narrow the card options. They say Visa is not supported for India, and Mastercard is supported only for a list of mostly European countries that doesn’t include India. So cards are unlikely to work, and you’ll need to rely on whatever the cashier shows for an INR account, an e-wallet, or crypto.

The terms also say plainly that the right method depends on where you live, and ask players to email [email protected] to find out which methods suit their country. For India, that’s worth doing before your first deposit.

How to deposit

Ivibet doesn’t publish an India-specific cashier, so these steps use only the methods its own pages name. We did not register or deposit.

1. Register and pick INR as your account currency if the form offers it. INR is on the list of accepted currencies, and the bonus terms say you can only change currency after the first stage of the welcome bonus is complete, so choose carefully at the start.
2. Fill in every required profile field. The FAQ says an incomplete profile is one reason a first deposit bonus doesn’t arrive.
3. Open the cashier and look at the methods shown for your account. From the published list, the realistic options for India are an e-wallet (Skrill or Neteller), instant banking where offered, or crypto. Skip Visa, which the terms say is not supported for India, and expect Mastercard to be refused too.
4. If you want the welcome offer, select the casino bonus card in the cashier before you pay, and deposit at least ₹1,700 (€20). If you don’t want a bonus, tick “I do not want any bonuses” in your account settings first. Crypto accounts get no welcome bonus.
5. Pay only from an account in your own name. The FAQ says deposits from someone else’s card or e-wallet are prohibited and can be sent back.
6. Wait for the balance to update. E-wallet deposits are usually almost instant (up to 15 minutes), while crypto and card deposits can take up to 24 hours. If nothing arrives after 24 hours, the FAQ asks you to contact support with proof of payment.

If you deposit in a currency Ivibet doesn’t support, it is converted automatically (for example, into EUR). The payment provider may charge for the conversion, but Ivibet says it doesn’t.

How to withdraw

1. Before you ask for a payout, make sure your deposit has been wagered at least 3 times on casino or live casino games. If it hasn’t, the terms let Ivibet charge you its transaction costs.
2. If a bonus is active, finish the wagering first or accept that cancelling it removes the bonus and its winnings.
3. Request the withdrawal in the cashier, using the same method you deposited with. The FAQ says most rejected withdrawals come from using a different method or entering incomplete payment details.
4. On your first withdrawal, upload your documents in the “Document verification” tab. The FAQ says support will contact you to guide you through verification, and the terms allow Ivibet to ask for a selfie with your ID, a phone call or a live video call.
5. While the request is still pending you can ask support to cancel it. Once approved, it can’t be cancelled.

In rupee terms, the daily cap is roughly ₹3.6 lakh, using the bonus terms’ own conversion (₹9,00,000 for €10,000). Large withdrawals above a payment method’s own limit are paid in instalments.

Fees to watch

Two charges are easy to miss. If you deposit and withdraw without playing, Ivibet reserves the right to recover its fees. And an account with no login for 12 months is charged a dormancy fee of €10 a month (or the equivalent) while it has a balance.

INR is listed, but with no UPI or Paytm and cards restricted, we score payments 6.5, in the middle of our INR-only band. Mobile experience

Ivibet promotes an installable app: its app-bonus page tells you to open the menu and tap “Application” to install it, and gives 10 free spins for doing so (no deposit needed, spins credited within an hour of logging in, wagered within 7 days, one bonus per person, device or IP address).

How the app works

From the scripts the site loads, the “app” is a home-screen web app (a PWA) rather than a store download. The site’s pop-up invites players to “Add us to your Home Screen” for 10 free spins, and on Apple devices it checks whether you’re already running the home-screen version before offering push notifications. That matches the push-notification offer, which says iOS users must install the app first to receive notifications.

The site map also contains a “Mobile app” page and an “iOS not available” page, but both returned no content when we checked, so we can’t say whether a native app exists or was withdrawn. Install only from ivibet.com itself, never from a third-party APK site.

The mobile site

The mobile site is the same ivibet.com, so it carries the casino, live casino and sportsbook sections, the cashier and the promotions pages we reviewed on desktop. The Hindi language option is part of the same site, so it applies on mobile as well, and the bonus terms and VIP pages read the same in Hindi on a phone. For quick deposits and withdrawals, a home-screen shortcut makes it easier to keep an eye on your limits and bonus progress.

We score mobile 7.0: a free-spins reward for installing and a working web app, but no published native app or APK.

Ivibet’s about page and its responsible gaming page both say support runs 24/7, by live chat and email. The contact page lists two addresses:

The FAQ covers deposits, withdrawals, verification, bonuses and account changes. A few things, like changing your country or phone number, have to go through email with ID attached. Support is also the route for payment questions: the terms ask you to email [email protected] to find out which payment methods suit your country, and the FAQ says support will contact you to guide you through verification on your first withdrawal. If a deposit hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, send support your proof of payment. Pending withdrawals can be cancelled through support, and you can close your account by contacting them with your account number.

Hindi

The full Hindi site is the main plus here. The promotions, general bonus terms, VIP programme and terms and conditions are all translated, so you can read the rules that affect your money in Hindi. Our verdict

Ivibet is one of the better fits for Indian players in its category on paper. You get INR accounts, a properly translated Hindi site and bonus rules published in rupees: ₹9,000 on the first deposit, a ₹400 maximum bet and a ₹1,700 minimum. Support is available 24/7, and there’s a steady flow of reloads, wheel spins and slot races after the welcome period.

The catch is payments. UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are not listed, Visa is not supported for India and Mastercard is limited to European countries, so you won’t know your real deposit options until you see the cashier. Live and table players get no value from the bonuses, and NetEnt jackpots are off-limits to players from India.
