Overview

Immerion is a crypto-first online casino with a sportsbook alongside it. The name you type, immerion.com, redirects to a numbered mirror (immerion4.com at the time of writing), and the terms, bonus policy and support email all use that mirror’s name. Its footer text names Goodwin N.V. of Curaçao as the operator, the same company behind Snatch Casino, and the two sites run on the same platform.

What stands out first is size. The site’s own statistics endpoint reported 13,557 enabled games from 126 studios when we checked, which puts it among the largest lobbies we have reviewed. The bonus policy is also unusually complete: wagering, minimum deposits, maximum cashout and free-spin rules are all written down, along with a 10% daily cashback that carries only 3x wagering.

For Indian players, the picture is mixed. India is not on either of the restricted-country lists in the terms. INR appears in the site’s list of payment currencies, and when it detects India the site pairs USD with a rupee conversion. However, INR is not a playing currency, so your balance sits in dollars, euros or crypto. We found no mention of UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or IMPS. The site’s provider data also marks Pragmatic Play as restricted in India, which matters because the welcome free spins are on a Pragmatic slot.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Immerion’s welcome offer is a four-deposit pack credited to a separate bonus wallet called IMR (Immerion Monetary Resource), where 1 IMR equals 1 USDT. You need to register and claim it within 24 hours of creating your account, and each deposit must meet the minimum shown in your account to qualify. The current bonus policy no longer prints a dollar figure for it.

The published pack

Section 3.13 of the bonus policy lists the basic welcome pack:

The next clause matters as much as the table. The policy says these are the details of the basic welcome bonus, and that the exact percentage, minimum deposit, number of deposits, wagering and maximum cashout are set by the referral link or promo code you sign up with. Some site banners also show bigger headline figures. In practice, read the bonus card in the cashier before you deposit and treat the table above as the default.

At the conversion rate the site showed us for India (about ₹95 to the dollar), each $1,000 cap is roughly ₹95,000. Rates move, so treat these as a guide only.

The 40x figure applies to deposit plus bonus, and that makes a big difference. On a $100 deposit with a $100 bonus, you would need $8,000 in bets before you can withdraw. Our wagering requirements guide explains how to work this out for your own deposit.

The policy also mentions a maximum bet while wagering, but doesn’t give the figure in the text we could read. Check your bonus card, because bets above the limit can void the bonus.

The free-spin problem for India

The free spins are on Sweet Bonanza 1000, a Pragmatic Play slot (the policy oddly names SoftSwiss as the provider). The site’s own provider list marks Pragmatic Play and Pragmatic Play Live as restricted in a list of countries that includes India. The policy doesn’t say what replaces the spins for those players. No-deposit offer and cashback

The bonus policy also describes a no-deposit bonus of 100 free spins plus 10 IMR, which must be activated within 7 days of registering. Free-spin winnings carry 30x, the 10 IMR carries 60x with a 100 IMR cap, and you need to deposit at least $25 before withdrawing any no-deposit winnings.

Cashback is Immerion’s strongest ongoing offer:

• Daily cashback: 10% of the previous day’s net losses on real-money bets, claimable for 24 hours, 3x wagering, no maximum cashout
• Weekly cashback: a further 10% of the week’s net losses, claimed through a link in the casino’s Telegram channel on Thursdays
• Exclusions: live games, baccarat and crash games don’t count, and winnings from bonus funds are ignored

Other promotions in the policy include the Engine of Fortune (three bonus-wheel spins for a deposit of $50 or more, with prizes wagered 3x), a referral programme with 50 free spins each when a friend deposits $20, and a “Galaxies of Rewards” loyalty scheme with five tiers.

We score the bonus 6.5. The terms are clearer than most, and the cashback is good value, but the welcome figures can change with your sign-up link, and the free spins may not work for India.

Immerion’s game library is its main strength. The site’s statistics endpoint showed 13,557 games from 126 studios when we checked again in October 2026, and its public provider list names them all. What is restricted in India

Pragmatic Play and Pragmatic Play Live both carry a restriction list that includes India. That rules out popular titles such as Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and Spaceman for Indian accounts, along with Pragmatic’s live tables. When we re-checked the provider list in October 2026, these were still the only two of the 126 studios marked as restricted in India. The terms also warn that some games may be unavailable in certain places because of provider policies.

A few notes on that table. The Teen Patti and Andar Bahar results mix live dealer tables (the Evolution, Ezugi and Playtech versions) with computer-dealt card games from OneTouch and TaDa Gaming, so check the game tile before you sit down. Cricket fans have several cricket-themed crash games to choose from, which is less common than you might expect. Some Dragon Tiger versions in the results come from Pragmatic Play, and those are blocked for Indian accounts, but the Evolution and Ezugi tables are not.

Live games with bonus money

The IMR bonus wallet can be played on all slots and on six named Evolution shows: MONOPOLY Big Baller, Mega Ball, Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Live, Funky Time and Dream Catcher. That’s more live choice for bonus play than many sites allow. Live tables such as Lightning Roulette, Teen Patti or Andar Bahar need real money. Live games and crash games, including Aviator, also don’t count towards cashback.

Payments for Indian players

Immerion is built around crypto, with fiat payments added on. That shapes what Indian players can expect.

Currencies

The site’s currency data marks INR as available for payments but not for gaming. In other words, you may be able to pay in rupees, but your balance is converted to dollars, euros or crypto. The wallet asks you to choose a country and currency for fiat deposits, warns that all fiat deposits will be converted into that currency, and says you can’t change the choice later. The terms add that the casino is not an exchange and that bank conversion costs may apply.

Methods

We couldn’t see the fiat cashier without an account: the payment-methods endpoint the wallet uses needs a login. So we can’t confirm which fiat methods appear for India. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, IMPS and NetBanking are not named anywhere in the site’s English text, terms or bonus policy. The wallet also has a “Buy crypto” option run by an outside provider, which warns that purchases may need separate AML/KYC checks; whether it works with Indian cards isn’t stated.

How to deposit

These steps follow the wallet screens and messages the site itself publishes. We did not make a deposit.

1. Log in and open the wallet with the Deposit button.
2. Choose the currency you want to deposit. For crypto, pick the coin and then the network carefully, for example USDT on TRC-20.
3. If you plan to pay in fiat, the wallet asks you to select your country and a fiat currency. Remember that the choice is permanent and that INR is converted to USD or EUR for play.
4. Pick a welcome bonus card, or tick “I will deposit without bonus”. To claim the bonus, the deposit must meet the minimum shown on the bonus card.
5. For crypto, copy the deposit address shown, send the coins from your own wallet or exchange on the same network, and wait. The wallet says transfers may take a few minutes and you’ll get a notification once they’re credited.
6. Activate the bonus from the Bonuses section if the wallet tells you it is waiting there.

The casino sets no minimum deposit, but your crypto wallet or exchange will have its own minimum and network fee. Sending coins on the wrong network can mean losing them.

How to withdraw

1. Wager each deposit at least 3x first. The wallet blocks withdrawals until this is done, and bonus money has its own 40x rules.
2. Complete verification. The terms say ID checks can happen at the first withdrawal and at any time after, may include a phone call, and that no cashouts are processed until the account is fully verified. The KYC policy says the team works Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. UTC, and has up to five days to review uploaded documents.
3. Open the wallet, choose Withdraw and use the same method you deposited with. For crypto, double-check that the network matches your receiving address.
4. Enter an amount of at least $25 or the equivalent. Fiat withdrawals are capped at $1,000 per transaction and $1,000 a day.
5. Track the request on the History page. You can have up to three pending withdrawal requests at once and can cancel a pending one, which returns the money to your balance.

Some requests are picked at random for extra checks. The KYC policy says an automated “Session Check” can last 48 to 120 hours, and may be followed by a further manual review whose length depends on the case.

The $1,000 daily cap is low if you hit a big win, and at the rate the site showed us it is roughly ₹95,000. Rates move, so treat any rupee figure as a guide.

Fees to watch

An account with no login for six months is classed as dormant, and the terms allow a monthly fee of 5% of the balance or up to $100. After 48 months of inactivity, the balance is confiscated. Withdraw your funds if you stop playing.

Mobile experience

Immerion has no app in the Apple App Store or Google Play that we could find, and the site doesn’t link to one. Instead, it is built as a progressive web app: the site serves a web app manifest set to open full-screen in portrait mode, so it can sit on your home screen like an app.

The site’s own install guide covers both phones:

• iPhone and iPad: open the site in Safari, tap the Share icon (or ••• if the bottom bar is hidden) and choose “Add to Home Screen”. Push notifications on iOS need this home-screen version.
• Android: the guide describes downloading an installation file and turning on “Allow from this source” to finish installing. However, the Android app link in the site’s public settings was still blank (“https://”) when we checked in October 2026, so we couldn’t confirm that an installation file actually exists for Immerion. Adding the site to your home screen from Chrome is the safer route.

Sideloading an Android file means turning off a phone safety setting. If you ever do it, only download from the casino’s own domain, and switch the setting back afterwards.

In the mobile browser you get the same wallet, bonus pages and lobby as on desktop. The game data marks titles such as Aviator, JetX, Teen Patti and the Ezugi Andar Bahar tables as available on mobile. The site also has an in-app update prompt for its installed version, and lets you set up two-factor login for your account.

We score mobile 7.0: browser play and a home-screen install work, but no store app is published and the Android download is unconfirmed.

The site advertises “24/7 Support” and “Get support 24/7 in your native language” on its homepage, and wallet error messages tell you to contact 24/7 support. With 26 site languages and no Hindi among them, we can’t promise a Hindi-speaking agent; English is the safe choice. We didn’t open a chat, so we can’t comment on response times. Note that the KYC team itself only works weekdays, so verification questions raised at the weekend may wait until Monday.

A Telegram channel is part of the offer, mainly for the weekly cashback link, tournaments and giveaways. Treat it as a promotions feed, not a support channel.

The terms and the responsible gaming page describe:

Our verdict

Immerion is a good fit for a specific Indian player: someone who already uses crypto, plays mainly slots, and values cashback more than a big headline bonus. The lobby is huge, the rules are written down, and the 10% daily cashback with 3x wagering beats a lot of welcome offers in real value.

The drawbacks are clear too. INR is a payment currency, not a balance currency. There’s no UPI or Paytm. Fiat withdrawals stop at $1,000 a day. And Pragmatic Play is blocked for India, which takes out some of the most popular slots and leaves a question over the welcome free spins.
