Overview

Winz.io launched in 2020 and has built its identity on one idea: promotions without wagering requirements. Owned by Novatrix SRL, it combines that with a very large game catalogue, a sportsbook that covers cricket, and a cashier that mixes crypto with international cards and e-wallets.

For Indian players, the story is mixed. INR is listed as one of 12 fiat currencies, but the official payments page shows no UPI, IMPS or Paytm. In practice that means crypto, or an international e-wallet if you already use one. The game side is much stronger: Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Aviator all appear in the catalogue.

What “up to” means here

“Up to €10,000” is the ceiling of the Gold wheel, not the expected result. Each wheel lists ten possible rewards, and the odds of landing each one are not published. Treat the top figure as a possibility rather than a target, and do not size your deposit around it. In rupee terms, the difference between the Bronze (₹2,500) and Gold (₹10,000) thresholds is large, so pick a first deposit you would make anyway.

The no-wagering element is genuinely player-friendly. With a conventional bonus at 35x, a ₹5,000 bonus means ₹1,75,000 of bets before you can withdraw; with no wagering, whatever the wheel pays is yours to cash out. Our wagering requirements guide explains why this difference matters so much.

Cashback offers

Two ongoing cashback deals are listed, each claimed with a promo code shown on the promotions page:

The live casino cashback is unusual and is a real plus if you mostly play live tables. Cashback softens losses but never turns them into wins, so treat it as a cushion, not a strategy.

The Winz.io FAQ says it offers games from 60+ software providers, and that the provider list is geo-sensitive: some studios block their games in certain countries, so the lobby you see depends on where you are. The lobby menu lists slots, new games, bonus buys, jackpots, crash games, table games and a live casino split into roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows, sic bo and card games. Provably fair games have their own section, and you can play most games for free by choosing the Fun Money currency first, which is a sensible way to learn a game before you stake rupees.

Evolution’s Hindi Lightning Roulette is worth a mention: it is one of the few places on Winz.io where you will hear Hindi, since the site itself is not translated into Hindi.

Sportsbook and virtuals

A sportsbook and virtual sports sit alongside the casino, and cricket has its own section in the sports menu. If you bet on matches as well as playing casino games, keep the two budgets separate so one does not quietly fund the other.

Payments for Indian players

Winz.io publishes a full payments table on its site, with minimums, maximums and processing times for each method. It is the clearest picture we have, but it is a general list rather than an India-specific one, and the FAQ says limits vary by method.

INR, UPI and Paytm

Winz.io charges no fees of its own on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank, wallet or the blockchain may.

How to deposit

For most Indian players, crypto will be the practical route:

1. Register, confirm your email and choose your account currency. You can add INR and a crypto balance.
2. Open Deposit from the top of the screen and pick a method that shows for your account.
3. For crypto, choose the coin and the network shown, then copy the deposit address or scan the QR code from your wallet app.
4. Send at least the coin minimum (for example 20 USDT or 0.0001 BTC). Crypto deposits usually arrive within a few minutes; the cashier says to contact support if nothing arrives after 30 minutes.
5. For a card or e-wallet, enter the amount (from €20) and complete the payment in the provider’s window.
6. If you want the welcome wheel, make sure your first deposit is at least €25 (₹2,500) and do not enter a bonus code.

The site notes that deposit limits you set yourself cannot be applied to crypto deposits, so if you want a hard cap, set a loss limit as well.

How to withdraw

1. Make sure each deposit has been played through: the FAQ says fiat deposits must be wagered 3x and crypto deposits 1x before withdrawal, under its anti-money-laundering rules.
2. Open Withdraw and choose a method. In general you withdraw to the same method you deposited with.
3. For crypto, paste your own wallet address and double-check the network.
4. Enter an amount between the method’s minimum and maximum, then confirm.
5. KYC is mandatory once your total withdrawals pass €2,000 or 7 BTC (or the equivalent). You upload proof of identity, proof of address and proof of deposit on the Documents page in your account; checks are usually immediate but can take up to 24 hours.

The 3x turnover rule on fiat deposits is worth noting. A ₹10,000 card deposit needs ₹30,000 of bets before it can be withdrawn, even with no bonus. Crypto deposits only need 1x.

Mobile experience

We found no Winz.io app. There is no app download page on the official site and nothing in its page list points to an Android APK or an iOS listing, so you play in the mobile browser on either platform.

The mobile site carries the full menu: the casino lobby, live casino, sportsbook, promotions, the Wheel of Winz and the cashier with the Buy Crypto option. Browser play also suits crypto users, since you can switch between your wallet app and the cashier quickly and copy addresses without app store downloads. With a catalogue this size, use the search and provider filters rather than scrolling.

Live dealer streams use the most data, so connect to Wi-Fi for long Teen Patti or Andar Bahar sessions. If you claim the live casino cashback, check how and when it is credited, since it is easy to miss on a small screen. We have not tested Winz.io on a phone ourselves, so this score reflects what the site offers rather than a hands-on test.

The Winz.io FAQ lists three ways to reach support:

VIP players can also email [email protected]. Winz.io runs official X and Telegram accounts, but these are social channels rather than listed support routes.

On languages, the FAQ is candid: English is the primary support language, and the casino uses AI tools to help in other languages. The site itself is not available in Hindi; see our Hindi casino sites list if that matters to you. Response times are not published.

When contacting support about a withdrawal, have your transaction ID or wallet address ready, along with the time of the request. For payment or verification problems, ask to have the case passed to a person if the first reply feels automated.

Responsible gambling tools

The FAQ lists deposit and loss limits, a cooling period of 1 day to 6 months and self-exclusion of 6 to 12 months. Because crypto deposits cannot be capped by a deposit limit, and no-wagering bonuses make it easy to keep replaying winnings, a loss limit is a sensible first setting. Our verdict

Winz.io offers something genuinely different: no-wagering promotions, live casino cashback, a very large catalogue that includes Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Aviator, and instant crypto and e-wallet payouts with published limits. For live-casino players who are comfortable with crypto, it is one of the stronger options in our guide.

For Indian players relying on rupee payments, it is less clear-cut. INR is listed, but the payments page shows no UPI, IMPS or Paytm, fiat deposits need 3x turnover before withdrawal, and card and bank payouts take up to five days. The wheel prize is also variable, so do not treat €10,000 as the expected value.
