National Casino review

Overview

National Casino is run by TechSolutions Group N.V. It is a general-purpose casino with a large slot library, a strong live section and a long list of recurring promotions, from Friday reloads to crypto bonuses and a VIP club.

For Indian players, one feature stands out: the site has a full Hindi version. The official sitemap lists Hindi pages for the home page, help centre, rules, responsible gaming and nearly every promotion. That makes reading bonus terms in Hindi possible, which is still rare. Live chat runs 24/7.

The main gap is payments. INR is now in the official terms’ list of accepted currencies, and the bonus terms quote rupee amounts, but UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not listed as payment methods. Most Indian players would need to use crypto or an e-wallet. We should also be open about our sources: National’s own pages load their content with scripts and showed us only a “Loading…” screen. We read the bonus pages, terms, FAQ, contact page and app-bonus page through the site’s own public page service, and checked games through the official demo-game sitemap. Details we could not find on National’s own pages are marked as not published. Our scoring is explained on the methodology page.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Although National’s pages load with scripts, the promotion texts and bonus terms are served by the site’s own public page service, which we read directly. The figures below come from the official first-deposit, second-deposit, crypto and high-roller pages and the general bonus terms. The Hindi versions of the same pages quote the offer in rupees, so we show both.

The two-deposit welcome offer

Deposit	Match	Maximum bonus	Free spins and extras
1st	100%	€100 (₹9,000 on the Hindi page)	1 instant bonus game + 100 free spins
2nd	50%	€200 (₹18,000 on the Hindi page)	50 free spins

Term	Official figure
Bonus wagering	40x on all deposit bonuses
Free-spin winnings	40x
Minimum deposit for a deposit bonus	€20 / ₹1,800 (individual offers may differ)
Max bet with an active bonus	€5 / ₹400, including bought game features
Games that count	Slots 100%; table and live dealer games do not count; jackpot games and a long list of named slots are excluded
How to claim	Select the bonus card in the deposit window

On the first deposit, the 100 free spins arrive in two sets of 50: the first set straight after the deposit (the Hindi page says 23 hours after) and the second 24 hours later. The instant bonus round is a Bonus Buy in Big Bass Bonanza 1000; if Pragmatic Play is not available in your region, it is given in a BGaming game instead. On the second deposit, all 50 free spins are credited at once. The free-spin game itself is not named on the pages we read, and the pages do not state how long you have to complete the wagering, so check the bonus card in your account.

Crypto and high-roller alternatives

Instead of the standard first-deposit bonus, a player can take one of two other first-deposit offers:

• Crypto First Deposit Bonus: 200% up to €500 on a first deposit made in crypto, wagered 40x, with a €/$5 max bet.
• Highroller Bonus: 100% up to €750 on a first deposit of at least €300.

From the third deposit on, a 5% crypto reload of up to €100 (10x wagering) is available on every crypto deposit. For Indian players who pay in crypto, the 200% crypto offer is the one to compare against the standard package.

What 40x means here

At 40x on the bonus, the full ₹9,000 first-deposit bonus needs ₹3,60,000 of bets on eligible slots before it can be withdrawn; at euro amounts, a €100 bonus needs €4,000. The second-deposit bonus of up to ₹18,000 would need ₹7,20,000. That is manageable only for a regular slot player. The ₹400 (€5) max bet matters: going over it while a bonus is active, including through feature buys, lets the casino confiscate winnings. Because table and live games do not count at all, a live-casino player is better off without the bonus. Our wagering requirements guide and welcome bonus guide show how to judge an offer like this.

Other rules worth knowing: real money is used before bonus money, deposit bonuses don’t stack, a bonus can be cancelled before wagering is met (losing the bonus and its winnings), and you can change currency only after the first stage of the welcome bonus.

Other promotions

The official promotions sitemap lists a long menu. We read the terms of the first-deposit, second-deposit, crypto, crypto-reload and high-roller pages (covered above); for the rest, treat this as a list of what exists rather than what it pays:

• Friday reload, Sunday reload and a VIP Sunday reload
• Crypto bonus and crypto reload bonus
• High-roller bonus
• Wednesday bonus-buy offer (with a VIP version)
• App bonus
• 10 free spins for subscribing
• Wheel of fortune, secret bonus, “unlimited” bonus and bonus codes
• Prize drops, including Pragmatic Play and BGaming drops
• Slot races (Sonic, Flash and Rapid races)
• A comeback bonus and a “200 bonus pack”

We score the bonus at 7.0. The offer is published on the official site, in rupees on the Hindi pages, with clear wagering, max bet and minimum deposit, and crypto players get their own 200% first-deposit bonus. The caps are modest, though, and 40x with no credit for table or live games keeps it from scoring higher.

Games and providers

National does not publish a total game count on the pages we could read. Its official demo-game sitemap lists more than 18,000 game pages, which gives a sense of the slot and RNG catalogue; live tables are not included because they have no demo mode.

The site’s provider category pages include Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, Spribe and Smartsoft. The demo list adds Pragmatic Play, KA Gaming, JDB, Games Global, Urgent Games and Winfinity, and the promotions include BGaming prize drops. The terms also mention NetEnt jackpot games.

Live casino

The official lobby has live sections for roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, game shows and new live tables, and the site’s provider pages include Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. For card tables, see our blackjack and baccarat guides, and for game shows our Monopoly Live guide.

Slots

Pragmatic Play is named, and Pragmatic prize drops appear among the promotions. Popular Pragmatic slots such as Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus are high-volatility games: long dry spells are normal, so size your stakes for them. Our RTP and volatility guide explains the trade-off. One catch for India: the terms say players from India are not eligible to win jackpots from NetEnt jackpot games, and some individual slots (such as Vikings Video Slot and Planet of the Apes) are unavailable in India.

Games Indian players look for

National’s game search only works inside its script-heavy lobby, so we used the official demo-game sitemap (more than 18,000 game pages) and the provider category pages instead. That shows RNG and crash games well but does not list live dealer tables, which have no demo mode.

Game	What we found	Notes
Teen Patti	RNG versions only	Teen Patti 20-20 from KA Gaming and JDB; live Teen Patti tables not confirmed
Andar Bahar	RNG version only	Andar Bahar from KA Gaming; live tables not confirmed
Aviator	Yes	Spribe Aviator demo page
Other crash games	Yes	JetX, JetX3, CricketX, Balloon and FootballX (Smartsoft); Spaceman (Pragmatic Play); Spribe Mines, Plinko, Dice and Goal
Dragon Tiger	RNG versions	Pragmatic Play, Games Global, KA Gaming, Urgent Games and Winfinity versions
Crazy Time	Not confirmed	Evolution has a provider page, but live shows are not in the demo list
Lightning Roulette	Not confirmed	As above

Ezugi and Evolution both have provider pages on National, and those studios run most of the live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar tables in the market, but we could not see the live list itself. Search the live lobby for “Teen Patti” or “Andar Bahar” before you deposit if those are your games. CricketX is a nice touch for cricket fans who like crash games. Table and live games do not count towards bonus wagering.

Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live and Spribe are confirmed on the official site, but there is no full provider list or game count, so we score games 7.0.

Payments for Indian players

Payments have improved on paper since our last check. National’s official terms now list the accepted currencies as EUR, USD, CAD, PLN, CZK, NOK, BGN, BRL, CHF, CLP, CNY, HUF, INR, IQD, JPY, MXN, MYR, PEN, PKR, RUB, THB, UAH and VND, and the bonus terms and Hindi promotion pages quote rupee amounts (₹1,800 minimum deposit, ₹400 max bet, bonuses up to ₹9,000 and ₹18,000). Confirm that INR is offered in the registration form. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not listed anywhere we could read, and the cashier is visible only after you log in.

Payment methods

National does not publish a full payment list on its public pages. The official FAQ points you to the in-account Payments page, which shows the methods available in your country. From the official pages we can confirm cards (the terms describe Visa and Mastercard payouts), e-wallets (the FAQ says most e-wallet withdrawals are instant), bank transfers (the terms mention intermediary bank fees) and crypto (there are dedicated crypto deposit bonuses). The individual e-wallets and coins are not named.

One official detail matters for India: card payouts go via Visa Original Credit Transfer or Mastercard Payment Transfer, and the terms list India among the countries where Visa payouts are not supported. If you deposit with a Visa card, expect to withdraw by another method.

How to deposit

1. Register and choose INR as your account currency if the form offers it; otherwise pick EUR or USD.
2. Open the cashier from your account. The methods shown depend on your country.
3. Choose a method. Without UPI, the realistic choices from India are likely to be an e-wallet or crypto; the cashier shows which ones you can use.
4. To get the welcome bonus, deposit at least €20 / ₹1,800. A first deposit in crypto can take the Crypto First Deposit Bonus (200% up to €500, 40x) instead of the standard package.
5. Check the balance and the bonus before you start playing. National takes no commission on transactions, though your payment provider may.

How to withdraw

1. Bet each deposit in full first. The terms let the security team refuse withdrawals where bets don’t add up to the deposit amount at minimum odds of 1.1.
2. Verify your account. The FAQ asks for a government-issued ID (passport or ID card), and says a KYC check is usually completed within 72 hours. The terms allow a selfie with ID, a selfie with a special sign or a phone call, and say pending withdrawals can be held or cancelled during checks.
3. Request the withdrawal in the cashier. If the amount exceeds the method’s limit, it is paid in instalments.
4. Expect e-wallets to be fastest; the FAQ says most e-wallet withdrawals are instant, while other methods can take up to several days.

Limits and times

Detail	Published
Minimum deposit	€20 / ₹1,800 for deposit bonuses; general minimum by method (not published)
Maximum deposit	Not published
Minimum withdrawal	10 EUR/USD or equivalent
Maximum withdrawal	€/$4,000 a day, €/$16,000 a week, €50,000 a month (higher for some VIP levels)
Processing	“As soon as possible”; some methods up to 3 days (terms)
E-wallets	Most withdrawals instant (FAQ)
KYC check	Usually within 72 hours (FAQ)
Bank transfer charges	Intermediary bank fees up to the equivalent of €16
Before withdrawing	Deposits played through at odds of 1.1 or more (terms)

The terms say progressive jackpot winnings are paid out in full rather than under the daily cap. The deposit play-through rule matters even if you don’t take a bonus: you can’t deposit and withdraw straight away.

INR in the official currency list, but no UPI or Paytm, moves National into our INR-only band. With crypto and e-wallets available, we now score payments 6.0, up from 5.0. If you want UPI, our best UPI casinos list is a better starting point, and our crypto casino guide explains the crypto route and the fees to watch.

Mobile experience

National now has a confirmed app. The official “Get the App, Grab Free Spins” promotion says to install it from the site menu by tapping “Application”, and pays 10 free spins with no deposit for installing it (once per person, wagered within 7 days, general bonus terms apply). The page doesn’t say whether the app is a store download, an Android installation file or a home-screen web app, and we didn’t find it in an app store, so check what the “Application” option does on your phone before installing anything.

The site itself is optimised for mobile browsers. The Hindi version works the same way on mobile, which makes it one of the few places where you can read bonus terms in Hindi on your phone.

We score mobile 7.0, up from 6.5: the app is confirmed on the official site, though its platform details are not published.

Customer support

Live chat is listed as available 24/7, and the official FAQ refers to “24/7 live chat support” several times. The official contact page publishes two email addresses, one for support and one for complaints. There is also an FAQ and a help centre. Phone support is not offered.

Channel	Details
Live chat	24/7 (official FAQ)
Email	[email protected]
Complaints	[email protected]
Phone	Not offered
Response times	Not published; KYC checks usually within 72 hours

The Hindi site

National’s official sitemap lists about 20 language versions, including Hindi, Korean, Arabic, Finnish and several European and Latin American versions. The Hindi version covers the home page, help centre and FAQ, rules, responsible gaming page, about page and the full promotions list. Live chat languages are not published, so you may need to use English in chat. Our Hindi casino sites article compares other options.

Responsible gambling tools

National has a responsible gaming page in its rules section, also in Hindi, but we could not confirm from its own pages which tools it offers. Look for deposit limits and self-exclusion in your account settings, set a deposit limit when you open your account, and see our responsible gambling page for further help.

24/7 chat earns 8.0, and the Hindi site adds 0.5, for a support score of 8.5.

Our verdict

National Casino has a lot going for it: a Hindi version of the site, 24/7 live chat, well-known live and crash studios and a long list of reloads and VIP rewards. The welcome bonus is clearly published, in rupees on the Hindi site: 100% up to ₹9,000 plus 100 free spins, then 50% up to ₹18,000 plus 50 free spins, at 40x with a ₹400 max bet.

For Indian players, payments are still the weak spot. INR is in the official currency list, but UPI and Paytm are not listed and Visa payouts aren’t supported for India, so you’d likely use an e-wallet or crypto, where a separate 200% first-deposit bonus up to €500 applies. Withdrawals are capped at €/$4,000 a day, and deposits must be played through before you can withdraw. Aviator, JetX and CricketX are easy to find; live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar tables we could not confirm.

Our India score is 7.1. National suits a Hindi-speaking player who is comfortable with crypto and values variety and round-the-clock chat. If rupee payments matter most, compare our full casino list first, and set a deposit limit whichever site you choose.
