Report an error or outdated information
Casinos change their offers and payment methods often. If something in a review no longer matches the casino’s site, tell us:
- the page on our site (a link is easiest);
- what you think is wrong;
- if possible, a link to the casino’s own page that shows the current information.
We check every report against the casino’s own pages before changing anything. How we handle corrections is set out in our editorial guidelines.

Problems with a casino account
We are a review site and are not connected to any casino’s customer service. We can’t access accounts, process payments, reverse bets or resolve disputes. For deposits, withdrawals, verification or bonus questions, contact the casino’s own support; each review lists the support channels the casino publishes.
Casino operators and partners
Operators can write to the same address to point out factual changes. We correct facts that the casino’s own pages confirm, but scores and criticism are not changed on request, and placement can’t be bought. See our about page for how the site is funded.
