Overview

EnergyCasino is an online casino run by Probe Investments Limited, a company registered in Malta under number C51749. The about page says it holds a Malta Gaming Authority B2C licence, number MGA/B2C/224/2012, issued on 1 August 2018. The footer adds that this licence covers customers outside the United Kingdom. It is a casino-only site: slots, live casino, table games and scratch cards, with no sportsbook.

What makes it worth a look for Indian players is a combination of small signs that India is on the casino’s map. India is not on the “Excluded Countries” list in the general terms, and it isn’t on the shorter list of countries the FAQ says the casino doesn’t accept. The site’s settings file, which the pages load in the background, links the country code IN to INR as the default currency. The standard bonus terms quote rupee amounts alongside euros, and the footer of every page shows UPI and INB (Indian net banking) logos among the payment icons.

We have to be honest about one gap. When we tried to open the registration form, the site said “Please switch off the VPN to continue”, so we never saw the country drop-down or the cashier. Everything about payments below comes from the public pages, the FAQ and the site settings, not from a logged-in account.

The FAQ also says player money is kept in a separate, ring-fenced client account at Bank of Valletta, apart from the company’s own funds, which is a requirement of the Malta regulator.

Welcome bonus breakdown

EnergyCasino has a single first-deposit offer rather than a multi-step package. You pick it on the deposit page before you pay. If you don’t want it, you select “NO BONUS”; the terms say it can’t be added later.

The free spins are on BF Games’ 777 Golden Hit at €/$0.10 each. The offer also adds a 2x win multiplier, which doubles wins from the bonus money but is only applied after you’ve finished the wagering.

We read this offer from a non-Indian connection, where it is shown in euros and dollars. The FAQ says some promotions are only available to players from selected countries, so the bonus card in an Indian account could be different. Go by what your deposit page shows.

The wagering is on the deposit and the bonus together. The site’s own example: deposit €/$100, get €/$100, and you must wager €/$200 x 25 = €/$5,000 before you can cash out. That’s a lot to do in seven days. The excluded list is long and includes Aviator, JetX, CricketX, several Plinko and Mines games, Money Cart and the NetEnt classics Blood Suckers and Dead or Alive. Default bonus rules

The standard bonus terms (version 2.8, last updated 9 December 2025) set the defaults for every other promotion: 15x wagering, seven days to complete it, a €5 (₹400) maximum bet, and a €100 cap on bonus winnings unless the offer says otherwise. They give ₹800 as the rupee equivalent of a €10 bonus amount. They also list using a VPN or proxy to claim promotions as bonus abuse.

• Promo codes: no-deposit bonuses and free spins are claimed in the Promocode section and carry 15x wagering by default

We score the bonus 6.0. The offer is clearly written, but €/$200 is small, 25x on deposit plus bonus in seven days is demanding, and we couldn’t confirm what an Indian account is offered. Our welcome bonus guide covers when it’s better to skip a bonus.

Games and providers

We asked EnergyCasino’s game feed for the desktop game list for India. It returned 6,755 visible games from 63 studios: 5,986 slots, about 449 live tables and the rest split across table games, scratch cards, bingo, video poker and virtual sports.

The biggest slot studios were Games Global (643 titles), Play’n GO (470), Red Tiger (366), Hacksaw Gaming (350), Relax Gaming (296), Greentube (239), Kalamba (231) and Endorphina (218). Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, ELK, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, PG Soft and BF Games are there too. BF Games runs the casino’s own daily and Cash Mesh jackpots.

One big name is missing. The homepage links to a Pragmatic Play page, but the game list for India had no Pragmatic Play games at all. That means no Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus or Pragmatic Play Live tables in this lobby. Studios decide which countries get their games, so this could change, but it’s a real gap for Indian players.

Live casino

The live lobby comes from five studios: Evolution (306 tables in the list), Ezugi (64), OnAir Entertainment (49), Stakelogic Live (17) and BetGames (10). By type, there were 219 live blackjack tables, 90 baccarat, 72 roulette, 44 game shows and 12 poker tables. That’s a good spread for most players, though without Pragmatic Play Live or the smaller Asian studios the choice of Indian card tables is narrower than at some crypto casinos.

We score games 7.5: a big, well-known slot range and the important Evolution and Ezugi Indian tables, held back by the missing Pragmatic Play catalogue and a thin crash-game section.

Payments for Indian players

Payments are where EnergyCasino looks better on paper than most European-licensed sites, but we couldn’t confirm the details from inside an account.

The footer shows the same icons to everyone, including methods for Germany, Finland and Canada, so the UPI and INB logos tell you EnergyCasino works with these methods somewhere. They don’t promise that your account will see them. The FAQ says all available methods appear when you choose “Deposit”. How to deposit from India

1. Register and choose INR as your account currency if it’s offered. The FAQ says the username and currency can’t be changed later.
2. Open “Deposit” and look at the list of methods your account is shown. Check whether UPI or net banking is there before you plan around it.
3. If you want the welcome bonus, select it before paying; otherwise choose “NO BONUS”.
4. Deposit at least €10 or the equivalent. The FAQ says most deposits arrive instantly, but some can take up to one banking day.
5. Pay only from a card, bank account or wallet in your own name. The terms ban third-party deposits.
6. Your statement will show Probe Investments Ltd, not EnergyCasino.

How to withdraw

1. Make sure you’ve wagered every deposit at least once. If you haven’t, the terms allow a 10% administration charge (minimum €10).
2. Request the withdrawal to the same method you deposited with. The terms describe a “closed-loop” policy, with an alternative account only approved case by case.
3. Have your documents ready. The terms say the casino must verify your identity once your deposits reach €2,000 over a rolling 180 days, and you then have 30 days to send them. Proof of address must be a utility bill or bank statement from the last six months. Mobile phone bills aren’t accepted.
4. Allow about 72 hours for the casino’s checks, which the FAQ says apply before any withdrawal leaves, plus the payment provider’s time.
5. A pending withdrawal can be cancelled from “My Account” if it hasn’t been processed yet.

Payments score 6.5. INR settings and UPI and net banking logos put EnergyCasino ahead of most European casinos we’ve reviewed, and the limits are clear. We’d score it higher if we could confirm UPI in an Indian cashier, and the 72-hour check on every withdrawal is slow.

Mobile experience

There’s no store app. The mobile app page explains how to install the site as a web app instead: on Android, open the browser menu and choose “Install App”; on iPhone, use “Add to Home Screen”. The page says the app gives access to the same slots, live tables, promotions, tournaments and payment methods as the desktop site.

The mobile browser site has the same menu as desktop, including the EnergyShop, EnergyChests and promo code section.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Install the web app only from energycasino.com. Don’t download app files from other sites.
• Live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar need a steady connection, so use Wi-Fi or strong 4G/5G.
• The bonus terms treat VPN use as bonus abuse, and our connection was blocked from registering for that reason, so don’t sign up through a VPN.
• Keep a photo of your ID and a recent bank statement or utility bill ready for the €2,000 verification check.

We score mobile 6.5: a working web app and a full mobile site, but no native app.

Customer support

The support page lists live chat from 09:00 to 21:00 CET on weekdays, 12:00 to 20:00 on Saturday and 13:00 to 21:00 on Sunday. In India that’s roughly 13:30 to 01:30 IST on weekdays while Central Europe is on winter time, so you can’t reach chat in the Indian morning. Email goes to [email protected], and the page gives the company’s postal address in Żebbuġ, Malta. There’s also a searchable FAQ covering bonuses, payments, accounts and technical problems. We didn’t open a chat ourselves.

Languages

The site is available in English, Polish, Hungarian, Finnish and German. There’s no Hindi version and no published list of support languages, so expect to use English. If Hindi matters, our Hindi casino sites article lists other options.

Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming page says you can set your own limits on deposits, wagers, losses and session time. You can self-exclude for 24 hours to 30 days from your account. Support scores 6.0: a regulated operator with clear rules and self-service limits, but chat hours don’t suit Indian evenings and mornings, and there’s no Hindi.

Our verdict

EnergyCasino is one of the more India-aware European-licensed casinos we’ve reviewed. India isn’t excluded, the site settings point Indian players to INR, the bonus terms quote rupees, and the footer shows UPI and Indian net banking logos. The live lobby has the Evolution and Ezugi tables Indian players look for, including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Crazy Time and Hindi roulette, and the Malta licence brings clear withdrawal limits and segregated player funds.

The downsides are real. The welcome bonus is modest and strict, with 25x on deposit plus bonus in just seven days. Pragmatic Play is missing from the India game list. Live chat doesn’t run round the clock, there’s no Hindi, and we couldn’t confirm UPI in an actual Indian cashier.
