Overview

Del Oro Casino (branded “Deloro Casino” in its own settings) runs at delorocasino.com and describes itself as “the top international online casino”, promising instant withdrawals, slots, crash games, live casino and high-RTP games. It also carries “Sportsbook” in its logo. The site is a single-page web app: almost nothing is visible until it loads in a browser. The data it loads is public, though, and for this update we read the payments page, the terms, the KYC policy, the responsible gaming page and the game lobby directly from the site’s own content service.

For Indian players, three things put it ahead of most casinos of its type. First, Hindi is one of 16 site languages. Second, the Indian rupee (INR) appears in the site’s currency list and among the eight currencies it can display balances in (USD, GBP, ARS, JPY, INR, EUR, RUB and CAD). Third, the lobby carries Teen Patti and Andar Bahar from several studios, plus Evolution tables with Hindi-speaking dealers. The main gap is that UPI and Paytm are not listed anywhere.

The owner is not stated consistently. One version of the terms names Anj of Gold, another names JNAGcur B.V., and the KYC and responsible gaming policies name Anj of Gold Limited. We have not recorded an owner until the site settles on one. The launch year is not published.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The promotions page itself only renders in a browser, but the bonus cards it shows are served by the site’s public bonus list, which anyone can read without an account. That list is the source for this section. It does not label a separate “welcome package”; instead, the main offer for a new player is a 150% deposit bonus card marked for deposit #1, which can also be claimed on later deposits.

The card says the bonus “works with any currency” and does not name one for the amounts above. The site’s other promotions quote their minimum deposits in euros, so expect the figures to apply in euros or the equivalent in your balance currency, and check the card in your account. To claim, you press “Activate” on the card and then deposit. The card adds that players who want to deposit more can ask live support to raise the cashout cap.

Working through the numbers

A 20 deposit brings a 30 bonus and requires 1,050 in bets (35 × 30) before the bonus can be cashed out, with any bonus winnings capped at 450. A 100 deposit brings a 150 bonus, 5,250 in required bets and a cap of 1,000. At the top end, about 667 is enough to reach the full 1,000 bonus, which then needs 35,000 in bets, yet winnings are still capped at 1,000. In other words, the cap stops scaling once the bonus is large, so mid-sized deposits get the best ratio of bonus to potential cashout.

Because the bonus is non-sticky, you play with your own money first. If you win early, you can cancel the bonus and withdraw your real-money balance without completing the wagering. The 75% alternative and other promotions

A second card offers 75% of the deposit up to 1,000 from a 20 deposit, with 30x wagering on the bonus, 14 activity days, no maximum bet and the same 10x-bonus cashout rule (1,000 at most). It suits players who prefer a lower wagering multiple to a bigger match. A seasonal 80% Halloween card was also listed when we checked.

The public list also shows weekly reloads of 50% on Tuesday, 55% on Friday and 60% on Sunday (minimum deposit 20 EUR, with limits and wagering confirmed through live support), a weekly real-money cashback of up to 15% paid on Thursdays with no wagering, a loss-based bonus arranged through support, a refer-a-friend scheme and an invitation-only VIP Telegram club. The site’s menu adds tournaments, PvP “battles” and a loyalty shop.

Clear, readable terms, a non-sticky structure and no maximum bet are real positives. The cashout cap of 10x the bonus, flattening at 1,000, and an offer amount without a stated currency hold the score back. We score the bonus at 6.0.

Games and providers

The site’s menu splits the lobby into slots (“spins”), table games and live casino, with a most-popular section, recent and favourite games for logged-in players, tournaments, a shop and PvP “battles”. Its own meta description adds crash games and high-RTP games.

Providers

A total game count is not published on the site. When we loaded the lobby’s provider list, it showed 47 studios. The largest by game count were Hacksaw Gaming (424 games), Evolution (388), Spinomenal (314), Microgaming (270), Evoplay (257), BGaming (242), Endorphina (235) and Betsoft (223). Others included Playson, Blueprint Gaming, Booming, Skywind, Quickspin, GameArt, Novomatic, Thunderkick, Slotmill, Netgame, Realtime Gaming, Triplecherry, TurboGames, InOut, Spinmatic, 3 Oaks and Spribe.

One caveat applies. The list is filtered by the visitor’s country, and we loaded it from outside India, so an Indian account may see a slightly different set. Studios that did not appear in the list we loaded, such as NetEnt or Nolimit City, are not counted here.

The live casino has its own provider list: 7Mojos, 7Mojos Live, Amusnet, Evolution (including a premium section), Ezugi (including a premium section), LuckyStreak, Playtech Live, Pragmatic Live, Skywind Live Casino, Vivo, Winfinity and XProGaming.

Evolution’s Hindi-dealer tables are worth a special mention: the lobby lists Hindi Lightning Roulette, Hindi Roulette and two Hindi Speed Baccarat tables. Cricket fans will also find 7Mojos’ 500x Cricket Auto Roulette and a handful of cricket-themed slots and instant games, such as Cricket Duel (Evoplay) and Cricket Boom (TurboGames).

This is one of the better lobbies we have checked for Indian card games. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar come in both RNG and live-dealer form, so you can learn the rules on a low-stakes RNG version before moving to a live table.

Tournaments and battles

Del Oro’s PvP battles let players buy into head-to-head slot contests for prizes, and the site has separate tournament and game-tournament sections. These add variety, but they also encourage longer sessions, so decide your stake before joining.

Payments for Indian players

Rupees and crypto

INR is in the site’s currency list, and the site supports multiple balances. The same list includes a long run of cryptocurrencies, among them Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, XRP, Litecoin, Dogecoin, TRON and BNB. Deposits and withdrawals run through an external cashier that loads only for logged-in players, so we could not see which methods work with an INR balance.

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not listed on the official payments page or anywhere else we checked.

What the payments page lists

Del Oro’s own payments page says it accepts payments “in over 25 currencies” and notes that its Latin American methods are not included in the list. Every method on the page shows the same figures: a 0% fee, “Instantly” as the processing time, and a limit per transaction of minimum 10 and maximum 5,000. The page does not say which currency those amounts are in.

Interac is a Canadian method and Rapid Transfer and bank transfer availability varies by country, so not all of these will appear for an Indian account. For most Indian players, crypto, or an e-wallet such as Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity or Jeton that you already hold, is the realistic route.

How to deposit

1. Register, confirm your email and open the cashier from your account.
2. Choose your balance currency. INR is in the site’s list, but check whether your chosen method accepts it; if not, pick a crypto balance or the currency of your e-wallet.
3. If you want the 150% bonus, press “Activate” on the bonus card before you deposit, as the card instructs. If you don’t want it, leave it inactive.
4. For crypto: copy the deposit address shown in the cashier, check the network matches the coin you are sending, and send from your own wallet. Start with a small amount the first time.
5. For an e-wallet: select it, enter an amount between the published 10 minimum and 5,000 maximum, and approve the payment in the e-wallet.
6. Check that the deposit shows in your balance before you start playing.

How to withdraw

1. Make sure any active bonus is finished or cancelled. The terms say a withdrawal is not processed until wagering requirements are met, and funds marked “Bonus” cannot be withdrawn.
2. Complete verification. The terms say KYC needs a selfie and a picture of your ID, and the team may also ask for card photos, a bank statement, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method on your first withdrawal. You must also be able to verify your email.
3. Open the cashier, choose a withdrawal method and enter the amount. The terms say withdrawals go back through the method you used to deposit.
4. Confirm. Pending withdrawals can be cancelled, in which case the money returns to your balance.

The KYC policy sets out three levels. Basic personal details are needed for any withdrawal. An ID check is needed once deposits or withdrawals pass $2,000, and source-of-wealth information once they pass $5,000. Until a level is completed, the related withdrawal is held, so it is worth verifying early.

INR listed with no confirmed UPI or Paytm places Del Oro in our INR-only band, and we keep payments at 6.0. The published limits and instant processing are positives, but we could not confirm which methods accept rupees. If UPI is a must, our best UPI casinos list is the place to start.

Mobile experience

No native iOS or Android app is mentioned anywhere on the site, and there is no APK. The site’s public settings show its installable web-app (PWA) option switched off and its Telegram mini-app option switched off, so we no longer describe it as installable. You play in the phone’s browser, where the site uses a separate mobile logo and a mobile bottom menu, and the same lobby, promotions, tournaments and support-ticket pages are available.

For crypto deposits on a phone, copy wallet addresses with care and check the network every time. Mobile scores 6.0: browser play is clearly supported, but there is no app and no home-screen install.

Customer support

Del Oro lists several ways to get help:

• Live support: the terms refer to “our 24/7 live support”, and the About Us page says the casino provides 24/7 live support. The bonus cards also send players to live support for reload terms and higher cashout caps.
• Email: [email protected] (named in the terms and responsible gaming policy) and [email protected] (About Us page). Complaints about KYC checks go to [email protected].
• Support tickets: the site’s “Contact us” link opens a ticket system, which works for guests as well as account holders.
• Community channels: the About Us page links to a Telegram community, a Discord community and Instagram. These are community channels rather than a stated support desk.

Response times are not published, and we did not open a chat because that needs an account. No FAQ page is listed in the site’s footer.

Hindi

The site is available in 16 languages: English, Hindi, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Turkish, Korean, Chinese, German, Italian, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish and Polish. Support languages are not published, so do not assume chat agents speak Hindi. The terms also state that only the English version of the policies counts. Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming page gives general advice, such as setting yourself a deposit limit before you play, and links to a self-test. Self-exclusion and account closure are handled by contacting support by email or through live support, and the terms say the review can take up to 7 days. A self-exclusion applies to Del Oro only, not to sister brands, unless you ask for it to be extended. The published policies do not describe self-service deposit, loss or session limits.

Our verdict

Del Oro is one of the few crypto-friendly casinos where an Indian player can browse in Hindi, where INR appears in the currency list and where the lobby genuinely caters to Indian tastes, with Teen Patti and Andar Bahar from several studios, Aviator, and Evolution tables with Hindi-speaking dealers. Its payments page is also more open than most, listing a 10 minimum, a 5,000 maximum per transaction and instant processing for every method.

The weaknesses are clear too. UPI and Paytm are not listed, the payments page gives amounts without a currency, and you cannot see which methods accept rupees until you register. The bonus is simple and non-sticky, but its cashout cap of 10x the bonus, flattening at 1,000, limits the upside. There is no app, and the responsible gambling tools run through support rather than your account.
