Overview

Cosmoswin is a space-themed online casino with a sportsbook, run by Final Enterprises N.V., with Netglenn Ltd in Cyprus acting as its payment agent. Its about page sets out the pitch clearly: it wants to be a crypto casino with a large games library and a different way of handling bonuses. Instead of a single welcome package, Cosmoswin runs a Bonus Shop where you spend your balance on the bonus you want.

For Indian players, the important points are straightforward. India is not on Cosmoswin’s prohibited jurisdictions list. INR is one of the ten currencies offered at registration. The cashier, though, is built around cryptocurrency, and UPI, Paytm and other Indian payment methods are not listed anywhere we looked. There’s no Hindi version of the site.

The site’s own content leans towards Japanese and Arabic-speaking players. The site languages are English, Arabic, Kurdish, Japanese, Malay and Chinese, the KYC document list mentions Japanese ID cards, and support hours are quoted in UTC and Japan time. That doesn’t stop Indian players from signing up, but it explains why some features feel built for another market.

Our scores follow the rubric on our methodology page. They measure how well Cosmoswin suits Indian players, not how it ranks worldwide.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Cosmoswin is unusual because it has no standard first-deposit package. The about page describes the Bonus Shop as its “most unique invention”: after you register and deposit, you open the shop and buy the bonus you want using your deposit or your winnings. The shop page says it carries welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers, and that the catalogue changes over time. You can’t see the shop’s prices or bonuses until you have an account, so we can’t list them.

What we could read were the public new-player offers on the promotions page and homepage banners.

The first offer is effectively a 200% match on a $25 deposit. The wording “the bonus plus the bonus buy amount must be wagered 35x” means you should expect to wager both the bonus and the amount you paid for it, not just the extra $50. On a $75 balance that’s roughly $2,625 in slot bets in seven days.

The Kickstart Booster is the friendlier deal in terms of wagering, since 1x is very low, but it needs a $100 first deposit. Its free spins are on Sweet Bonanza 2500, a newer version of the game in our Sweet Bonanza guide. The free bets are for the sportsbook.

Both offers are time-limited and tied to your account status, so they may look different when you register.

Wagering on deposit plus bonus makes 35x heavier than it looks. A $100 deposit with a $100 bonus would need $7,000 in bets. Our wagering requirements guide explains how to work this out for any offer.

Live tables count only 1%, so the bonuses are really for slot players. No-deposit bonuses have a $200 cap on winnings. You can’t withdraw with an active bonus; to cancel one, you email support and lose the bonus and its winnings.

Promotions and tournaments

When we checked, the promotions page also listed three provider tournaments: Spinomenal’s Spinoleague 2026 (prize pool from €12,000,000, running until 1 March 2027), Playson’s Blasts & Races ($25,000,000 estimated prizes until 30 June 2027) and Evoplay’s Autumn Season of Legends ($660,000 across September to November 2026). These run across many casinos, so the prize pools are shared.

Games and providers

The about page and FAQ both describe a library of more than 3,000 games from over 30 providers. The lobby data we loaded showed 3,485 slots, 44 table games, 28 crash games and 193 live dealer games, but the lobby is filtered by country, so an Indian account may see a slightly different selection.

Studios

The site footer lists 35 providers, including NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Ezugi, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, Quickspin, ELK Studios, Habanero, Playson, Betsoft, Endorphina, Booongo, Spinomenal, Spribe, Tom Horn Gaming, Vivo Gaming and BetGames. The lobby itself also loads games from BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, SmartSoft, Evoplay, Wazdan, Onlyplay, Thunderkick, Mascot Gaming, Red Rake and others.

The FAQ names Evolution, Ezugi, Vivo Gaming and BetGames as its live dealer studios. From our test location, the live lobby actually showed tables from CreedRoomz, Vivo Gaming, BetGames, LiveGames, Playtech, BeterLive and PopOK, and no Evolution or Ezugi tables. We couldn’t confirm what the live lobby shows from India.

India restrictions in the game data

Every game in Cosmoswin’s lobby data carries a list of excluded countries. India appears on that list for all 16 Hacksaw Gaming titles we saw, including Le Pharaoh, Wings of Horus, Hand of Anubis and Rocket Reels. None of the other studios in the data we loaded excluded India, and no provider as a whole was blocked for India.

Games Indian players look for

Teen Patti and Andar Bahar. We didn’t find either game in the parts of the lobby we could load. Ezugi, the studio best known for these tables, is in the footer and the FAQ but didn’t appear in the live lobby from our location. If they matter to you, ask support before depositing. Aviator and crash games. Spribe is in the footer list, but Aviator wasn’t in the 28-game crash category we loaded. The crash section does include SmartSoft’s JetX, Cricket X, Balloon and HelicopterX, BGaming’s Space XY, Evoplay’s Avia Rush and Quickspin’s Cabin Crashers. Cricket X is a cricket-themed crash game, so it may appeal to Indian players. Our Mines guide covers a similar instant format, and BGaming’s Minesweeper is in the lobby.

Live dealer games. The live lobby splits into roulette (42 tables), blackjack (21), baccarat (17), poker (5) and game shows (5), plus dice and card games. The FAQ says game shows include Crazy Time, but we didn’t see it in the lobby from our location. The game shows we did see were Spin a Win, OverUnder, Tombala and Wheel of Fortune. We score games 7.5. The slot library is large and comes from many good studios, but the live lobby we saw didn’t match the studios the FAQ promises, Hacksaw is excluded for India, and we couldn’t find Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or Aviator.

Payments for Indian players

Cosmoswin calls itself a crypto casino, and the payments pages focus on crypto. The FAQ also says it accepts “various cards and e-wallets”, and its document checklist mentions iWallet, Payz, Vega Wallet and Venus Point accounts. It doesn’t say which of these work from India.

Currencies

The sign-up form offers ten currencies: AZN, BRL, CAD, EUR, INR, IQD, JPY, KWD, TRY and USD. INR being on that list is a plus. However, the FAQ tells you to enter crypto deposit and withdrawal amounts in USD, and all limits and bonuses are quoted in dollars, so we can’t confirm how an INR account handles crypto conversions.

Cryptocurrencies

The FAQ lists Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, DAI, USDT, USDC, TRON and Shiba Inu. The crypto payments page also names Bitcoin Cash. Cosmoswin charges no deposit or withdrawal fees, but blockchain network fees still apply. The FAQ points you to Binance, Coingate and Paxful if you need to buy crypto first.

How to deposit

1. Register with your email address and a password, and choose your account currency. INR is on the list.
2. Verify your email address with the link Cosmoswin sends you.
3. Open your Cosmoswin Wallet and go to the Deposit screen. Choose a cryptocurrency.
4. Enter the amount you want to deposit in USD. The screen shows the matching crypto amount and Cosmoswin’s wallet address, or a QR code you can scan.
5. Send the exact amount from your own crypto wallet, using the network the screen shows. Deposits usually arrive within a few minutes, depending on how busy the blockchain is.
6. If you want a bonus, open the Bonus Shop after your deposit and buy it with your balance.

How to withdraw

1. Clear or forfeit any active bonus. You can’t withdraw while one is running.
2. Complete verification. Cosmoswin asks every player to verify on their first withdrawal: an ID document, proof of address from the last three months, and proof of the payment method or wallet you used.
3. Open the Withdrawal screen in your wallet, choose a cryptocurrency, enter the amount in USD and paste your own wallet address.
4. Click “Withdraw”. While the request is pending, you can see its details or cancel it.
5. Wait for processing, which happens Monday to Friday.

The terms say withdrawals generally go back to the same method or wallet you deposited from. If you try to withdraw deposits you haven’t played through, Cosmoswin can run extra checks and charge a fee of up to 10% of the deposit.

We score payments 6.0, at the bottom of our “INR only” band. INR is an account currency and the crypto range is solid, but there are no Indian payment methods, the daily limit is modest, and weekday-only processing means a Friday evening withdrawal may wait until Monday.

Mobile experience

Cosmoswin doesn’t list an app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and we found no APK download or install guide on the site. The FAQ says Cosmoswin can be accessed from “every desktop, laptop, and mobile device”, so on a phone you play in your browser. Lobby pages are built to adapt to mobile screens, and the promotion banners have separate mobile versions.

On mobile you get the same casino, live casino, sportsbook, Bonus Shop and wallet as on desktop. Paying with crypto from a phone is usually simple: copy the address or scan the QR code, switch to your wallet app and send.

We couldn’t test the site on an Indian mobile network, so we can’t comment on speed. With no app and no published install guide, mobile gets our default score of 6.0.

Customer support

Cosmoswin offers two support channels: live chat and email at [email protected]. The contact page also has a message form and promises a reply within 24 hours, while the FAQ says emails are answered in under 12 hours.

Support hours

The published hours are confusing. The about page says Cosmoswin has a “24/7 support team”. The FAQ gives narrower hours: English and Arabic support from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM UTC, which is 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM in India, and Japanese support from 2 PM to 9 PM Japan time, Monday to Friday. Plan on getting live help during Indian afternoons on weekdays, and use email at other times.

Hindi

There is no Hindi site, and Hindi isn’t one of the support languages. The FAQ even names two different language sets: English and Japanese in one answer, English and Arabic in another. Our Hindi casino sites guide lists casinos with Hindi pages.

Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming page is better than many we review. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, and a tighter limit applies straight away. A reality check timer reminds you how long you’ve been playing. Cooling-off is available for 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months, and self-exclusion for 1 year, 5 years or life, both from your account settings. See our responsible gambling page for more help.

We score support 6.5. There’s live chat and email, but the FAQ’s weekday office hours fall well short of 24/7, the hours conflict between pages, and nobody offers Hindi.

Our verdict

Cosmoswin is a reasonable option for Indian players who already hold crypto and mainly play slots. INR is an account currency, India isn’t on the prohibited list, the bonus rules are written in plain figures, and the responsible gambling tools are thorough. The Bonus Shop is a genuinely different idea, and the Kickstart Booster’s 1x wagering is unusually light if you catch it in its 24-hour window.

The weaknesses matter, though. There’s no UPI, Paytm or other Indian payment method, withdrawals are capped at $5,000 a day and only processed on weekdays, and support keeps office hours in the FAQ despite a 24/7 claim elsewhere. We couldn’t find Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or Aviator, Hacksaw Gaming slots are excluded for India, and there’s no Hindi site.

If you want a crypto casino with a straightforward bonus policy and you’re happy to deal with support in English during Indian afternoons, Cosmoswin is worth considering.
