Overview

CasinoCasino (casinocasino.com) is a European online casino with a small sportsbook. It’s run by L&L Europe Ltd, a company registered in Malta (company number C53706) with its address in Mosta. The footer says the company holds licences from the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission and Sweden’s Spelinspektionen. The terms are version 1.9, last updated on 1 October 2026.

It isn’t aimed at India the way some newer casinos are, but Indian players can register. India is in the registration form’s country list, Indian Rupee is one of nine account currencies, and India is not on the terms’ long list of countries the casino doesn’t serve. That list does include Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The bonus terms go further and name India as one of six countries eligible for the welcome bonus, alongside the UK, Ireland, Sweden, New Zealand and South Africa.

The catch is payments. Everything the casino publishes about payments is built around European cards, e-wallets and bank options. Like Granawin and Betandyou, it accepts rupee accounts without offering any Indian payment method on its public pages.

Welcome bonus breakdown

CasinoCasino’s welcome offer is simple: one bonus on the first deposit.

The bonus page and FAQ only quote pounds, dollars and euros. No rupee amount is published, so if you register in INR, check the bonus card in My Account before you deposit. The FAQ adds that after the welcome bonus there’s “always 10% cashback”, plus promotions and tournaments, but we couldn’t find terms for the cashback.

How to claim it

The FAQ explains the process. Go to My Account, open your personal bonus page and choose the Available bonuses tab. Click Redeem bonus on the offer you want. If it needs a deposit, you’re taken to the deposit page. Manual bonuses are credited automatically, and free spins appear when you open the game.

A 40x requirement on the bonus is about average. The bigger problem for Indian players is that live games don’t count at all and you can’t open the live casino while the bonus is active. Free spins and no-deposit offers

The terms set separate rules for free spins and no-deposit bonuses. Free-spin winnings are bonus money with 40x wagering, and they must be wagered within 24 hours of being credited. If you haven’t deposited yet, you need at least £/€/$40 to withdraw, and you can take out no more than £/€/$100. The same 40 minimum and 100 maximum apply to no-deposit bonuses.

We score the bonus 5.0. India is explicitly eligible, which is good to see, but the cap is low, there’s no rupee figure, live games are blocked, and the rules punish e-wallet users.

The site describes its lobby as “over 900 games from 20 world-famous providers”, while the bonus page says “over 1000 casino games”. The footer shows logos for Amatic, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint, Booming Games, ELK, Evolution, NetEnt, Games Global, Gaming Corps, Hacksaw Gaming, IGT, Microgaming, NextGen, Nolimit City, Novomatic, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, Sneaky Slots and Stakelogic. Relax Gaming and NYX titles also appeared in our searches.

The lobby has video slots, classic slots, table games, video poker, Slingo, scratch cards, casual games, a Rapid Fire Jackpots section, an “Exclusive Peter And Sons” section and a Halloween collection. Retro slot fans will find Novomatic and Amatic classics such as Book of Ra, Sizzling Hot and Billyonaire.

The site says its live casino is “powered exclusively by Evolution”. In practice the lobby also has Pragmatic Play Live tables, including Roulette Azure, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar and Sweet Bonanza Candyland. Evolution is listed for Crazy Time, the Lightning Roulette tables, Super Andar Bahar and Lightning Dragon Tiger. Other live titles in the lobby include MONOPOLY Live, MONOPOLY Big Baller, Lightning Storm, Crazy Balls, Balloon Race, Mega Roulette 3000, Red Door Roulette, Speed Baccarat and Ultimate Texas Hold’em.

Pragmatic Play is well represented: Sweet Bonanza, Sweet Bonanza 1000, 2500, Super Scatter and Xmas all came up in search, and the lobby features Gates of Olympus 2500. The site also says new releases are added every week in a “New Games” section.

We score games 6.0. The quality is good, with Evolution and Pragmatic live tables, but the lobby is small by today’s standards and has no Teen Patti or Aviator.

Payments for Indian players

This is where CasinoCasino falls short for India. INR accounts are available, but nothing on the public pages suggests you can pay the way most Indians do.

The terms say all accounts process transactions “in Euro (€) and its equivalent in other currencies”, so expect conversion. The cashier only shows after login, so it may offer more than the public pages. We couldn’t confirm that. Remember that a Skrill or Neteller first deposit doesn’t qualify for the welcome bonus.

How to deposit from India

1. Register and choose Indian Rupee as your currency, with India as your country.
2. To get the welcome bonus, claim it under My Account > Available bonuses first. Don’t use Skrill or Neteller for that first deposit.
3. Open the cashier and see which methods your account is offered. Deposit at least €10 or the equivalent (€30 for a bank transfer).
4. Use a payment method in your own name. The terms require the name to match your account.
5. If you use a card, keep a copy of the front and back ready. The terms say card verification is done once per card.

How to withdraw

1. Finish or forfeit any active bonus. You can’t withdraw while a bonus is being wagered.
2. Withdraw to the method you deposited with. The terms only allow withdrawals the same way you deposited.
3. Request one withdrawal at a time. A new request is only possible once the current one has been authorised.
4. Be ready for verification. The terms trigger checks at a single transaction of €1,000 or €2,000 in total. The FAQ gives €2,300 in withdrawals. Expect to provide ID and proof of address.
5. Requests made before 06:00 Monday to Friday are processed the same day. Later requests are processed the next day.

CasinoCasino doesn’t advertise a mobile app, and we didn’t find one. The site says it works on mobile browsers and gives the same experience on any device. The live casino FAQ covers playing on a phone. The FAQ also mentions Flash, which is clearly out of date. The games we saw are modern HTML5 releases.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Bookmark casinocasino.com and log in through your browser. There’s no app to install.
• Turn on the reality check (every 15 to 60 minutes) when you set up your account. It’s easy to lose track of time on a phone.
• Live tables need a steady connection, so use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G/5G signal for Andar Bahar or Crazy Time.

We score mobile 6.5: a working browser site, but no app and nothing designed for Indian users.

Customer support

CasinoCasino has live chat, email ([email protected]) and phone support. The Malta number is +356 2033 0253, and there are separate UK and Swedish numbers. The FAQ says the support desk is open daily from 08:00 to 01:00 CET. Outside those hours you can still email. In Indian time, that’s 12:30 to 05:30 IST in winter and 11:30 to 04:30 IST while Europe is on summer time. We didn’t contact support ourselves.

Languages

The FAQ says support is available in English, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and German, and the site itself is in English and Swedish. There’s no Hindi option. If you’d rather play in Hindi, see our Hindi casino sites article.

Responsible gambling tools

This is CasinoCasino’s strongest area. In My Account you can set:

• Deposit limits and net deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly rolling periods)
• Loss limits and bet limits
• Time limits (up to three at once: per day, week and month)
• Reality checks every 15 to 60 minutes
• A time out, or self-exclusion from six months up to an indefinite period

The terms say lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while raising one waits 24 hours. After a self-exclusion, reopening an account involves a cooling-off period of 24 hours (fixed-term exclusion) or seven days (indefinite). Support scores 6.5. Phone support and the limit tools are very good, but there’s no Hindi, no round-the-clock chat, and the hours are awkward for India.

Our verdict

CasinoCasino is a properly run European casino that also accepts India. You can register as an Indian player in rupees, and India is named as eligible for the welcome bonus. The terms are detailed, the limit tools are among the best we’ve seen, and the live lobby has Evolution and Pragmatic tables including Super Andar Bahar, Lightning Dragon Tiger, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette.

For most Indian players, though, it isn’t practical. There’s no UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or IMPS on the published payment lists. The welcome bonus is capped at 100 in pounds, dollars or euros and can’t be used on live games. Teen Patti and Aviator don’t appear in the lobby, and support doesn’t cover Hindi.
