Overview

SvenPlay is an online casino and sportsbook that runs at sven-play.com (svenplay.com redirects there). Its about page promises more than 15,000 games from leading providers, a live casino, a sportsbook and a support team available 24/7. The site is operated by L.C.S Limited, a company registered in Malta. The same company runs Wallacebet and BetsAmigo, so if you’ve read those reviews, much of the bonus and payment structure here will look familiar.

For Indian players, the short answer is that you can sign up, but the site isn’t built around you. India is not on SvenPlay’s list of excluded territories, either for opening an account or for promotions. But the whole site runs in euros, we didn’t see INR as a currency, and there’s no mention of UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or IMPS on any page we read. The site is available in English, German, Finnish and Norwegian, with no Hindi version.

What SvenPlay does well is write things down. The welcome package, each weekly offer and the general bonus terms are all published with wagering, minimum deposits, maximum bets and time limits. The catch is that a few of those numbers don’t agree with each other, which we cover below.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The Welcome Casino Package is split over your first three deposits. We checked it on the official promotion page on 30 October 2026, and it was unchanged from our earlier check. Each part has to be picked from the bonus drop-down in the cashier before you pay, so choose the offer first and then deposit.

Rules from the general bonus terms

The general terms add several limits that matter just as much:

• Bet size: while a casino bonus is active, the minimum bet is €0.50 and the maximum bet is €5 per spin. Spins outside that range don’t count towards wagering, and winnings from them can be removed.
• Game weighting: slots count 100%, virtual games 50%, table games 20% and “lucky games” 50%. Casino bonuses cannot be wagered on live casino games at all.
• Excluded games: a long list of named titles doesn’t count towards wagering. It includes crash and instant games such as Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines and Plinko, plus well-known slots such as Sweet Bonanza, Dead or Alive 2 and Twin Spin. Check the list before you play.
• Verification first: casino bonuses and free spins are only given to fully verified players.
• One at a time: only one bonus can be active. Others wait in an “Available” section for up to 7 days.
• Real money first: your own money is used before bonus money.

The winnings cap

The most important rule is the cap on bonus winnings, which depends on the bonus percentage:

So if you deposit €100 and take the 125% first-deposit bonus, the most you can turn into withdrawable cash from that bonus is €800. That’s reasonable for small deposits, but it becomes a real limit if you hope for a big slot win.

Where the numbers don’t agree

We found three inconsistencies. The general terms and conditions say the maximum bet with a casino bonus is €5 or 15% of the bonus, whichever comes first, while the bonus terms say just €5. The general free-spin rules say 35x on winnings, but the welcome page says 30x. And a default table in the terms lists casino bonuses at 45x deposit plus bonus. The welcome page clearly states 30x, so that’s the figure we use, but play within the lowest limits to be safe.

On 30x deposit plus bonus, a €100 deposit with a €125 bonus means €6,750 in slot bets. Our wagering requirements guide explains how to work this out for any amount.

Weekly promotions

SvenPlay runs a separate casino offer for each day of the week:

• Monday: 100% casino reload up to €200, minimum deposit €25, 35x deposit plus bonus, to be wagered within 7 days of activation
• Tuesday: 10 free spins per €1 deposited on Bigger Bass Splash, from 250 up to 1,000 spins, minimum deposit €25, 35x on winnings
• Wednesday: wager €50 on live casino and get a €5 live casino bonus plus 150 free spins on Sweet Rush Bonanza (35x)
• Thursday: 25% cashback on live casino losses, up to €150, with only 1x wagering
• Friday: 350 free spins on Gates of Olympus Super Scatter for a deposit of €50 or more (35x)
• Saturday: 100% live casino reload up to €150, minimum deposit €25, 35x deposit plus bonus
• Sunday: wager €100 on slots and get 350 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza 1000 (35x)

Each free-spin offer says that in countries where Pragmatic Play is unavailable, the spins are given on a Betsoft slot instead. When we checked, there was also a seasonal “Trick or Spin” offer of up to 2,000 free spins with 25x wagering. The weekly offers run on Central European time, which we cover in the mobile section.

Sports bettors have separate welcome offers listed on the promotions page: a 100% up to €100 sports bonus and a €25 welcome free bet.

The VIP club is by invitation, based on how often you play, with a personal account manager, faster withdrawals and personalised offers. The VIP page also says a single deposit of €1,000 or more makes you an instant VIP.

We score the bonus 7.0. The offer is large and its terms are published, but the winnings cap, the live casino exclusion and the conflicting figures keep it from scoring higher. Our welcome bonus guide explains when it makes sense to skip a bonus.

Games and providers

SvenPlay claims more than 15,000 games. The lobby shown to us was smaller: its studio page listed 46 slot providers with about 6,400 games between them, and the live casino listed six providers with about 480 tables. Game availability varies by country, so the lobby you see from India may be different.

If Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are the main reason you play, search for them in the live lobby before you deposit. Remember too that live games don’t count towards casino bonus wagering at all, so the Thursday cashback and Saturday live reload are the offers meant for live players.

We score games 8.0: a deep list of well-known slot studios and strong live casino providers, though the lobby shown to us was well short of the 15,000 claim and Pragmatic Play was missing.

Payments for Indian players

This is SvenPlay’s weakest area for India. The terms say the available payment methods depend on the country and currency you choose at registration. The payments page shows the list for the visitor’s own country, and we couldn’t see the version for India, so the methods below are what the page showed to us. They may differ for an Indian account.

Currencies

We found no sign of INR. Every amount on the site is in euros, the payments page showed EUR as the currency, and the terms describe the euro as the base currency for all figures. The FAQ adds that your account currency cannot be changed once set. Expect conversion costs if your card, bank or e-wallet is in rupees, and note that the terms say SvenPlay isn’t responsible for exchange-rate changes.

How to deposit

With no rupee methods listed, an Indian player would most likely deposit through an e-wallet such as Skrill, Neteller or Jeton:

1. Register and check the currency offered. If you’re shown only EUR, accept that you’ll be playing in euros, because the currency can’t be changed later.
2. Fund your e-wallet first, in rupees if it allows, and let the wallet handle the conversion to euros. Compare its exchange rate with your bank’s.
3. In SvenPlay’s cashier, choose your payment option.
4. If you want a bonus, select it from the drop-down list now. The welcome package has to be chosen before you pay, not after.
5. Enter at least €25 (Flexepin vouchers start at €20) and approve the payment in your wallet.
6. Make sure the wallet is in your own name. The terms say the account holder’s name must match the payment method exactly, or transactions can be cancelled.

How to withdraw

1. Upload your passport or national ID in your profile before you ask for your first payout. The terms make this a condition of the first payment, and full verification is also needed to receive bonuses.
2. Make sure you’ve wagered each deposit at least 3 times. Deposits are meant for play, and the terms let SvenPlay charge processing costs if you withdraw without enough play.
3. If you have an active bonus, finish or cancel it first, keeping the winnings cap in mind.
4. Open the cashier, choose Withdraw and pick a method. Where possible, money goes back to the method you deposited with.
5. Enter your ID details exactly as they appear on the document when asked on the first withdrawal.
6. Wait for approval by the payments team. After approval, the terms allow up to 72 hours for processing, and then your e-wallet or bank adds its own time.

Card deposits aren’t on the list shown to us, so don’t plan around Visa or Mastercard. Exact payout times for each method aren’t published beyond the 72-hour processing window.

Mobile experience

We didn’t find a SvenPlay app for Android or iOS advertised anywhere on the site, and the terms only mention apps in general wording. The site itself works in a mobile browser. On a phone you get a bottom menu with Casino, Sports, Promotions and Search, plus the same cashier, bonus drop-down and account settings as on desktop. You can add it to your home screen from your browser if you want quick access.

Game pages offer a “Demo” mode on many slots, so you can try a game on your phone before playing for money. The live casino, including Evolution’s game shows, runs in the same mobile site.

The weekly offers run on a daily schedule in CET/CEST, which is 4.5 hours behind India in winter and 3.5 hours behind in summer. A Monday offer, for example, starts at 4:30 am Monday in India in winter and stays open until 4:29 am on Tuesday. Keep that in mind if you plan to claim a day-specific offer late at night.

The contact page lists two channels:

• Email: also answered 24/7, in English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish

The about page repeats that the support team is available 24/7. The FAQ covers registration, account changes, verification, closing and re-opening an account, and why you can’t change your currency. VIP members get a personal account manager.

Language

Tips for contacting support

• Ask about the payment methods for India before you register, since the cashier depends on your country and currency.
• Confirm which wagering figure applies to your bonus if you’re unsure, and keep the chat transcript.
• Send verification documents early, so your first withdrawal isn’t held up.

Responsible gambling tools

From the Responsible Gaming tab in your account you can choose a time-out or a self-exclusion period and click Save. The request is accepted immediately, and a time-out or fixed self-exclusion can only be reversed after 24 hours. You can also set limits in the “My Account” section, and once a limit is reached you can’t go past it. To remove a limit or exclusion, you have to ask in writing, and SvenPlay can refuse. Our verdict

SvenPlay is a well-stocked casino with a sportsbook attached. Its strengths are a deep slot lobby led by Yggdrasil, Play’n GO, Playtech and Hacksaw, a live casino built on Evolution, Playtech and Ezugi with Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Lightning Roulette, and a promotion for every day of the week. Unlike many sites, it publishes the full rules behind its offers, including the welcome package’s 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus, the €25 minimum deposit and the 30-day window.

For India, the gaps are serious. Everything runs in euros, the cashier shown to us had no UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or crypto, and there’s no Hindi version. The welcome bonus is also less generous than the headline suggests, because winnings are capped at 8 to 10 times the deposit, live games and crash games can’t be used for wagering, and the terms give conflicting wagering and max-bet figures. We also couldn’t confirm Teen Patti or Andar Bahar tables.

SvenPlay makes most sense for players who already use Skrill, Neteller or Jeton and are happy to play in euros. If you want rupee deposits through UPI, start with our full casino list instead.
