Lucky Days Casino has been running since 2019, and we also covered it alongside Patang in our piece on Lucky Days and Patang. The official site footer names the operator as 3-102-961212 S.R.L., a Costa Rica company, with payment services run by Orionis Services Ltd in London.

The short version for Indian players is this:

• Euros only: the official site says everything runs in euros, so there is no INR account.
• UPI and Paytm are not listed in the payment methods we found.
• The welcome package is worth up to €1,500 over three deposits, at 35x deposit plus bonus.
• There is a Lucky Days app for Android and iOS, and the site is in English and German only, not Hindi.
• The lobby does carry Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Aviator, plus Evolution’s Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The official Lucky Days site and its promotions page set out the welcome offer as a three-deposit package worth up to €1,500. Each part is capped at €500, needs a €10 deposit and is wagered at 35x deposit plus bonus.

Key terms

• Time limit: each bonus has 7 days to be wagered.
• Games: slots only. Live casino games do not count towards the first-deposit bonus.
• Free spins: the first-deposit bonus comes with free spins, credited according to the deposit amount. The site does not publish a fixed number of spins or the slot they land on, so check the bonus card in the cashier.
• Non-sticky first part: the first-deposit bonus is non-sticky, meaning bonus funds sit separately from your own deposit rather than being merged into one balance.
• How to claim: select the welcome bonus in the Deposit section before you complete the payment. The second and third parts work the same way on your next two deposits.

The package is in euros, the only currency the site lists. If you deposit from a rupee card or wallet, your bank or payment provider converts the amount, so check the rate and any fee before you pay.

What “deposit plus bonus” wagering means

When wagering applies to deposit plus bonus, both amounts count towards the turnover target. A worked example on the first part: deposit €100, receive a €100 bonus, and 35x on €200 means €7,000 of bets before the bonus money can be withdrawn. At the €2 maximum stake that is at least 3,500 spins inside 7 days.

The third part is the most generous on paper. A €400 deposit at 125% already reaches the €500 cap, so 35x on €900 means €31,500 of bets. Other promotions on the official site

The promotions page also lists offers that continue after the welcome package:

• Rewards Wheel: one free spin per day for 30 days after a deposit of €10 or more, with prizes such as free spins and no-deposit bonuses. Unused daily spins expire at 23:59 CET.
• Lucky Days Drop: any slot spin from €0.20 can trigger a random prize, with 10x wagering and 7 days to complete it.
• Reload campaigns: short offers such as Paws & Perks (50% up to €300, 10x deposit plus bonus) appear for limited periods.

The gap in wagering is worth noticing. A smaller reload at 10x is often easier to turn into withdrawable money than the 35x welcome package, so do not assume the biggest headline is the best deal for your budget.

Games and providers

Lucky Days is primarily a slots site with a live casino attached. The official home page says it works with 70+ studios and names Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming and Relax Gaming as the best-known. The FAQ adds Wizard, Netgaming, Playzido, Booongo, Habanero, PG Soft, Green Jade, Bally Wulff, Triple Cherry, High 5 Games, BF Games, Booming Games and Ezugi. Live tables carry Evolution names such as “Evolution Baccarat Lobby”. A total game count is not published, so we cannot give you a number.

The lobby has four filters above the game grid: Search, Category (themes such as Fruity or Joker), Providers and Features. Sections include popular games, new games, slots, table games and a live casino.

Slots

The home page lobby shows Pragmatic Play hits such as Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush and Big Bass Splash, plus Play’n GO’s Book of Dead and Relax’s Money Train 2. Live casino

The live casino section shows tables such as First Person Lightning Roulette, American Roulette, blackjack lobbies and baccarat, with Evolution and Playtech names among them. Guides such as Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time explain how the best-known formats work.

Games Indian players look for

Lucky Days has a public information page for each game in its lobby. We checked for pages covering the titles Indian players ask about most. The pages confirm the game is in the catalogue but don’t always name the studio, so we only name one where the page or title makes it clear.

So the Indian favourites are there, which is better than we could confirm in our earlier check. Live games do not count towards bonus wagering, so play Teen Patti and Andar Bahar with real money rather than bonus funds. Some games may still be hidden for certain countries, and the site doesn’t publish a country list per game, so search the lobby after you log in.

Strong providers and confirmed Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Aviator earn a games score of 7.5; the missing game count keeps it there.

Payments for Indian players

The official site says “Everything runs in euros” and lists Euro (€) as its currency, so INR accounts are not offered. Your balance, bonus caps and limits are all in euros, and every rupee deposit and withdrawal goes through a currency conversion set by your bank or payment provider. Curiously, the withdrawal-limit clause in the terms quotes an INR figure (₹10,00,000 a day), but nothing on the site offers a rupee account.

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not listed among the payment methods. The official site lists 14 methods:

Several of these, such as Revolut, N26 and Rapid Transfer, are European services that most Indian players won’t have. The realistic routes from India are an international card, Skrill, Neteller or MiFinity, or crypto. Lucky Days says crypto deposits are settled in euros too. How to deposit

1. Open an account with the “Open Account” button and confirm your email address.
2. Go to the Deposit tab. If you want the welcome bonus, select it there before paying.
3. Choose a method. The minimum and maximum for that method appear next to it.
4. Deposit at least €10 if you want the bonus or the daily Rewards Wheel spin.
5. Pay from a card, wallet or account in your own name; paying for someone else, or into someone else’s account, is not allowed. Most deposits arrive instantly, while a classic bank transfer can take up to 7 business days. Lucky Days charges no deposit fee.

How to withdraw

1. Wager your deposit at least once. If you don’t, the terms allow an 8% fee (minimum €4) on the withdrawal.
2. Complete full verification before your first withdrawal: upload a valid ID and any other documents requested under My Account > My Documents (colour scans or photos, JPG, GIF or PDF, up to 5 MB). Lucky Days may also ask for proof of address, a selfie or a verification call.
3. Open the Withdrawal tab and request the amount, using the same method you deposited with where possible. Payouts go only to cards and accounts in your name.
4. A withdrawal that hasn’t been finalised can be cancelled under My Account > Pending Withdrawals.

The daily cap has changed since our first check: the current terms set a single €10,000 limit across all withdrawals in any rolling 24 hours, replacing the older day, week and month caps. Because processing is quoted in business days, a request made on a Friday evening may not move until the following week. Complete verification early, and plan withdrawals ahead if speed matters to you.

Mobile experience

The official app page offers a Lucky Days app for Android and iOS:

• Android: tap “Download App” on the app page, confirm the installation in the pop-up (or open the downloaded file from your browser’s menu), and the icon is added to your home screen. It is installed from a file, not from Google Play, so download it only from the official luckydays.co app page.
• iOS: there is no App Store download. Open Lucky Days in Safari, tap the three dots or Share, choose “Add to Home Screen” and confirm with “Add”.

You can also simply play in your phone’s browser, and the same account works on desktop and mobile. The site says it runs “on your desktop or on your phone”, with the same lobby filters, cashier and live chat.

If you play on mobile data, live dealer streams will use the most bandwidth. Slots are much lighter. We have not tested load times ourselves, so we score this on what is stated rather than on hands-on testing.

Customer support

Lucky Days lists two support channels: live chat and email. The official support page says live chat “is open 24/7” and gives the email address [email protected]. The home page adds that the team speaks English and German, and that email is best for anything that needs documents or a written record. There is also an official Telegram channel, which is used for news and promotions.

A few account tasks go only through support: changing personal details beyond password, address, phone and language; closing your account; and getting a username reminder. Expired bonuses can’t be reactivated.

Support in other languages is not mentioned, and the site itself is offered only in English and German, so there is no Hindi interface. English speakers will manage without trouble, but players who prefer Hindi will find better fits elsewhere; see our list of Hindi casino sites.

Responsible gambling tools

Lucky Days lists a solid set of controls:

• Deposit limits for one day, one week or one month, set under My Account > Responsible Gaming
• Time-outs of 24 hours, 30 days or 90 days
• Account closure

Our verdict

Lucky Days is a capable, slot-focused casino with strong providers, an Android and iOS app and round-the-clock live chat. Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Aviator all have pages in its lobby, and the €10,000 daily withdrawal cap is generous. For an Indian player happy to play in euros and use cards, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity or crypto, it is a reasonable option.

It falls short in three places. UPI and Paytm are not listed and there is no rupee account, the welcome package carries 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, and there is no Hindi site. The bonus score reflects a clear, generous-looking package held back by that heavy wagering.
