Overview

Wallacebet is a combined online casino and sportsbook. Its about page promises more than 15,000 games, a live casino, a sportsbook with pre-match and in-play betting, and support around the clock by live chat and email. The site is operated by L.C.S Limited, a company registered in Malta, and you’ll see the same company name at the foot of every page.

India is not on either of Wallacebet’s excluded-country lists, so Indian residents can register. That is about where the India-specific story ends, though. The site runs in euros, the terms quote every limit in euros, and we didn’t find INR, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or IMPS anywhere on the pages we read. There’s no Hindi version either.

What Wallacebet does well is publish its rules. The welcome package, every weekly reload and the general bonus terms are written out in full, with wagering, minimum deposits, maximum bets and time limits. That makes it easy to work out what a bonus is really worth before you deposit, which is more than many sites in this category manage.

The 30x basis is stated clearly: deposit plus bonus. That is a heavier job than it sounds. Deposit €100 on the first step and you get a €125 bonus, so you need to wager 30 × €225, or €6,750, in slot bets within 30 days. Winning caps

The general bonus terms limit what you can win from a deposit bonus, based on the match percentage. For bonuses of 120–149%, the most you can keep is 8 times your deposit. For 100–119%, it’s 10 times. Anything above that is removed. So a €100 first deposit with the 125% bonus could pay out at most €800. Free-spin winnings are capped at €100 unless an offer says otherwise.

These caps rarely matter for small deposits, but they are worth knowing before you chase a big win with bonus money. There is also a €0.50 minimum bet for wagering to count, which rules out very low-stake play.

Who should skip the bonus

Because live casino games cannot be used to wager a casino bonus, anyone who mainly wants live roulette, Andar Bahar or Teen Patti gets little from the welcome package. Where Pragmatic Play is not available in your country, the free spins are swapped for Betsoft slots. A seasonal Halloween offer was also running when we checked, but it was limited to accounts in EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, BRL, NOK and GBP.

The VIP page invites players by activity, or instantly after a single deposit of €1,000 or more. It promises faster withdrawals, an account manager and personal offers, but doesn’t publish levels or reward rates.

The bonus score is 7.0. The terms are clear and the weekly calendar is generous, but the deposit-plus-bonus wagering, the win caps and the live casino exclusion take a lot off the headline value.

Wallacebet’s about page claims more than 15,000 games. We couldn’t count the whole lobby without logging in, but the providers page listed 45 slot studios when we visited, including:

Pragmatic Play doesn’t appear in the providers list we were shown, but the weekly offers give free spins on Pragmatic slots with a Betsoft fallback “for countries where Pragmatic Play is unavailable”. So Pragmatic titles such as Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza may or may not appear, depending on your country.

Live casino

The live section lists Evolution, Ezugi, Playtech, LuckyStreak, Pateplay and Eeze. Tables we saw include Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Mega Ball, Dream Catcher, First Person Lightning Roulette, Immersive Roulette, Dragon Tiger Phoenix and several blackjack and baccarat tables. If you play Dragon Tiger or baccarat, those are covered. The main live lobby page only shows a selection; the per-studio pages list far more, including Ezugi’s Indian card tables (see below).

The “crash games” section itself holds mines, Plinko and cash-or-crash titles such as Olympus Plinko, Plinko Rush, Treasure Jet and Triple Cash or Crash, which work like the games in our Plinko and Mines guides. Aviator is not in that section, but it is listed on Spribe’s studio page (see below).

Games Indian players look for

We re-checked the lobby in October 2026 by opening the studio pages for Ezugi, Evolution and Spribe and the game-show and crash sections. The site showed us the lobby for our checking location, which was outside India, and Wallacebet says game availability can vary by country, so search from your own account before you deposit.

That is one of the better line-ups for Indian card games among the euro-only sites we review. For a crash game such as Aviator, decide your stake and cash-out target before the round starts, and stop after a set number of rounds.

Remember that none of these live tables can be used to wager a casino bonus, and the terms add all roulette, blackjack and baccarat games to the list of games that don’t count towards wagering. If you mainly want Teen Patti or Andar Bahar, play with your own deposit and skip the welcome package. The Wednesday and Saturday live offers and the Thursday live cashback are the promotions aimed at these tables.

Many game pages offer a demo mode, so you can try a slot or crash game before staking money.

We have raised the games score from 8.0 to 8.3 because this check confirmed Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Aviator, which we could not confirm before. Availability still varies by country.

Payments for Indian players

This is the weak part for India.

Currencies

Wallacebet doesn’t publish a currency list. Its terms say the available currencies are shown during registration, and that all amounts in the terms are in euros as the base currency. The FAQ adds that you can’t change your account currency once it’s set. We saw no mention of INR anywhere on the site.

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not listed, and we found no crypto option. The terms say the methods on offer depend on your country and the currency you register with, so what an Indian account sees may differ. If UPI is essential, compare our best UPI casinos for India.

The €1,000-per-transaction ceiling we saw means larger wins would need several withdrawals. If a request goes over the daily or monthly cap, the terms say the rest stays in your account to be withdrawn on later days or months. The terms also say every deposit must be wagered at least 3 times, allow Wallacebet to charge costs if you deposit and withdraw without betting enough, and let it charge €10 a month to an inactive account (no login for six months) while it has a balance.

How to deposit

Wallacebet does not publish a separate method list for India, so these steps use the methods shown on its deposit page. None of them is UPI, Paytm or IMPS, and there is no crypto option.

1. Register and choose your account currency carefully. The FAQ says it cannot be changed later, and INR was not offered on any page we saw.
2. Open the cashier and pick a method. For most Indian players that means an international e-wallet such as Skrill, Neteller or Jeton, funded beforehand, or a card through Apple Pay or Google Pay where your bank allows it.
3. If you want the welcome package, pick it from the bonus drop-down before you pay. Skip this if you mainly play live tables.
4. Enter at least €25 (Flexepin vouchers come in fixed values from €20) and confirm.
5. Deposit only from an account in your own name. The terms say deposits from third parties can lead to winnings being voided.

How to withdraw

1. Verify your account first. The FAQ asks for a national ID, passport or driving licence, a proof of address, and proof of your card or e-wallet. The terms say Wallacebet asks for ID before the first payout and makes full verification mandatory once deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000.
2. Make sure each deposit has been wagered at least 3 times and that any bonus is finished or cancelled.
3. Go to “Withdraw” in the account section, choose a method, enter the amount and confirm.
4. Withdrawals go back to the account the money came from where possible, so an e-wallet deposit is paid back to the same e-wallet.
5. The terms say approved payouts are processed within 72 hours. Time for the money to reach you after that depends on the e-wallet and was not published.

Mobile experience

Wallacebet doesn’t advertise an app or a mobile-specific offer, and its pages say nothing about iOS or Android. We found no app page, no APK download and no App Store or Google Play link when we re-checked in October 2026. The site is a web app that you open in a mobile browser, with a compact menu bar (Menu, Casino, Sports, Promotions and Search) for small screens.

What you can do from a phone is the same as on desktop: register, deposit and withdraw from the cashier, pick a bonus from the drop-down, upload verification documents in your account settings, set deposit limits, take a time-out and use live chat. The bonus terms and limits are the same on both.

Tips for mobile play

• Live tables such as Andar Bahar, Teen Patti and Crazy Time stream video continuously. Use Wi-Fi where you can, or watch your data use.
• Crash games like Aviator need a stable connection, because a lag can cost you a cash-out.
• Add the site to your home screen from your browser menu for quicker access.
• Set a deposit limit from the account settings before your first session. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately.

With nothing published about apps, mobile scores the rubric default of 6.0.

Customer support

The contact page says live chat runs every day, 24/7, and that you can email [email protected] at any time. Email support is offered in English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish. Hindi is not listed, and the site itself is available only in English, German, Finnish, Norwegian and French. Our Hindi casino sites article lists alternatives.

The FAQ is short. It covers account set-up, verification and currency, and sends most account changes (email address, closure) to live chat or email. Verification documents are uploaded in the documents section of your account settings, and you are notified once they have been checked. The FAQ also says you can only hold one account per person, IP address, address or household, and that you cannot change your account currency.

Live chat opens from the “Support” link in the site header and footer. The site does not publish response times for chat or email, and there is no phone line or callback option listed. Because live chat languages are not stated, expect to use English. For a payment dispute, email gives you a written record, which is worth having.

Our verdict

Wallacebet is a large, well-stocked casino with one real strength: it publishes its bonus terms in full. You can see the 30x deposit-plus-bonus wagering, the €5 maximum bet, the €0.50 minimum bet and the winning caps before you deposit. The daily promotions calendar is also one of the fullest we’ve reviewed, with live casino cashback at just 1x, and the live lobby includes Ezugi’s Teen Patti and Andar Bahar tables alongside Evolution’s game shows and Aviator from Spribe.

For Indian players, the problems are practical. There’s no INR, no UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, no crypto and no Hindi. Withdrawals we saw were capped at €1,000 a transaction, and the bonuses can’t be wagered on live tables.
