Overview

Grailbet is a crypto casino and sportsbook at grailbet.com. It’s run by Grail Technologies Ltd, an international business company registered in Saint Lucia under number 2025-00264, with an office in the Rodney Bayside Building at Rodney Bay. The terms say the company is licensed by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, under licence number ALSI-202512005-FI1. The FAQ adds that grailbet.com is the brand’s only official domain, and that the same company runs a prize-draw site called GrailDraw.

The site is new, and its main documents were updated in autumn 2026: the terms, rewards terms, responsible gaming policy and complaints policy on 30 September, and the promotions terms on 6 October.

India isn’t on the restricted list. Section 4 of the terms names the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands and all territories of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Australia, Austria, Germany, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Comoros, Saint Lucia, sanctioned countries such as Iran, North Korea, Russia and Belarus, countries on the FATF call-for-action list, and “any other country or territory where online gambling is prohibited by law”.

Grailbet’s idea is simple: instead of a long VIP ladder, it pays 40% rakeback from your first bet. For Indian players the main drawback is the cashier. Everything runs on cryptocurrency, so you’ll need a crypto wallet or exchange account before you can play.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The casino welcome bonus is a single offer: a 100% match on your first deposit, up to $2,000 in bonus money. All promotion amounts are in US dollars, and deposits in other coins are converted at the site’s rate when you deposit.

What 40x deposit plus bonus means

Most casinos apply wagering to the bonus only. Grailbet applies it to your deposit and the bonus together, and the terms give the example: deposit $100, get $100, and wager $8,000. That’s the same as 80 times the bonus amount, which is high. You have 30 days, longer than the seven days many casinos give, but only slots count fully.

Three other rules matter. First, you can’t cancel the bonus once it’s active, and you can’t withdraw anything until it’s finished, expires after 30 days or your balance runs out. Second, the bonus combines your deposit and bonus into one bonus balance, so your own money is locked in too. Third, the cashier warns that making a new bonus deposit while an old bonus still has wagering left forfeits the earlier deposit, bonus and winnings.

Because rakeback stops while a bonus is running, many players will be better off skipping the welcome bonus and taking the 40% rakeback from the start. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to compare the two.

Other promotions

• Sports free bet: the home page says new sports players who place a first $100 bet get a $50 free bet once it settles
• Refer a friend: the home page says you earn 10% of referred players’ revenue for life; the FAQ says you “earn from their activity” and track it in your account
• VIP levels: the rewards terms say levels depend on total real-money wagering and that benefits “may include” level-up rewards, higher rakeback, reloads, faster withdrawals and a dedicated host, with details on a VIP page

We score the bonus 5.5. The welcome offer is clearly explained, but 40x the deposit plus bonus is expensive and the list of eligible games is narrow. The rakeback is the better deal.

Rakeback and Dual Rewards

Rakeback is Grailbet’s main feature. The rewards terms set it at 40% of the house edge on every settled real-money casino bet. The house edge is 100% minus the game’s published RTP.

Rakeback is credited instantly to a rakeback balance, can be claimed at any time, and goes into your real-money balance with no wagering. It isn’t paid on games excluded from rewards (listed on the rewards page), on bonus money, free spins or free bets, on void or cashed-out bets, or while a bonus is active.

The site calls its loyalty system “Dual Rewards”. Dark Mode is the 40% rakeback with “VIP treatment from day one”. Light Mode is meant to be a rank system with daily, weekly and monthly bonuses, but the home page marks it “coming soon”. The Dual Rewards section of the rewards terms still contains placeholder text in square brackets, such as “[second reward stream, for example level-up bonuses, reload rewards or points]”. It’s a sign that this part of the programme isn’t finished, and we haven’t counted it in our scores.

Games and providers

The home page says the lobby has “thousands of slots” and lists the full set of providers: Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Relax Gaming, Backseat Gaming, Bullshark Games, Slotmill, Thunderkick, Peter & Sons, Jinx Gaming, NowNow Gaming, BGaming and Shady Lady. That’s a short but strong list, focused on popular slot studios. Grailbet doesn’t publish a game count.

Every game page shows the provider and, where available, the RTP and volatility, and the FAQ says you can play in demo mode without depositing.

Grailbet Originals

The Originals are in-house games, and the FAQ says they’re provably fair, meaning you can check each result yourself. They include Plinko, Mines, Crash, Dice, Limbo, Keno, Dragon’s Tower and Traffic Jam, as well as blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables. They only count 10% towards the welcome bonus.

Sportsbook

Grailbet also runs a sportsbook with pre-match and live betting on football, the NFL, the NBA, tennis, UFC, hockey, cricket and other sports, plus esports such as CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant. Sports bets can’t be placed while a casino bonus is active.

We score games 7.0: well-known providers and Evolution live tables, but no published game count, no Aviator, and no confirmed Indian card games.

Payments for Indian players

Grailbet is a crypto-only casino for Indian players. You deposit and withdraw in cryptocurrency, and your balance can be shown in a display currency of your choice.

Methods and limits

The footer’s “available networks” are Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, Litecoin, Solana, Toncoin, Chainlink, XRP, Cardano and BNB. The USDT page says Tether (USDT) is the most used currency on the site and that USDC is also accepted, and the slots page mentions “BTC, ETH, USDT and 12 other coins”. Interac appears in the footer too, but that’s a Canadian bank method. There’s no INR, UPI, Paytm, IMPS or NetBanking.

How to deposit from India

1. Register at grailbet.com with a username, email and password.
2. If you want the welcome bonus, activate it on the Promotions page first. A deposit made before activation doesn’t qualify.
3. Open the wallet, choose Deposit and select a coin, for example USDT.
4. Pick the network shown on the screen and copy your personal deposit address. The screen also shows the minimum deposit and the number of confirmations needed.
5. Send the coins from your exchange or wallet on the same network. The terms warn that coins sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be lost.
6. Your balance updates once the transfer is confirmed on the blockchain.

How to withdraw

1. Finish the welcome bonus if you took one. Withdrawals are blocked while it’s active.
2. Make sure your deposits have been wagered at least once, as clause 7.5 of the terms requires.
3. Complete verification if asked. The terms say Grailbet can ask at any time for photo ID, a selfie or liveness check, a proof of address from the last three months and proof of the source of your funds, and can close accounts that don’t verify within 30 days.
4. Open the wallet, choose Withdraw, select the coin and paste your own wallet address. Double-check the network, because crypto transfers can’t be reversed.
5. Request at least $20.
6. Wait for the coins. The terms aim for 24 hours, and the FAQ says withdrawals usually arrive within minutes. Amounts over $2,500 need approval.

Payments score 4.0. Withdrawals are fast and the minimum is low, but there’s no rupee option at all, so every deposit means buying crypto first.

Mobile experience

Grailbet doesn’t offer an app in Google Play or the App Store, and we didn’t find a downloadable app on the site. The home page says the platform is “fully optimised for mobile”, and the mobile site uses the same lobby, wallet and sportsbook. The site supports two-factor authentication for logins and a vault for setting money aside, both useful on a phone.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Use only grailbet.com. The FAQ warns that any other address using the Grailbet name isn’t the casino.
• Turn on two-factor authentication. The terms say Grailbet staff will never ask for your password, 2FA code or seed phrase.
• When depositing from a mobile wallet, check the network twice before you send.
• Live tables and game shows need a stable connection. Use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G or 5G signal.

Customer support

The FAQ says help is available by live chat on the site, plus Discord and Telegram, and that “real people handle anything the chat assistant can’t”. You can also email [email protected]. Support hours aren’t published, and we didn’t open a chat ourselves.

The complaints policy is one of the clearer ones we’ve read. You complain by chat or by email with “Complaint” in the subject line. Grailbet says it acknowledges complaints within 48 hours, aims to reply in writing within 10 business days and gives a final answer within 30 days. If you’re still unhappy, you can escalate to its compliance team at [email protected], which decides within 14 days, and then to the Anjouan licensing authority. Complaints about a bet or game round must be made within 3 days of settlement.

Languages

The site is in English only. There’s no Hindi version, and support languages aren’t listed. Our Hindi casino sites page lists casinos that offer Hindi.

Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming policy lists a good set of tools in your account settings:

• Deposit limits per day, week or month; decreases apply at once, increases after 24 hours
• Loss and wager limits per day, week or month
• Session reminders showing your playing time and net result
• Cool-off from 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently; the account stays closed after a fixed period until you ask to reopen it, with a 7-day wait

The policy also points to blocking tools such as Gamban and BetBlocker, and to help organisations including Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous.

Support scores 7.0: several contact channels, a detailed complaints process and strong limits, but no published hours and English only.

Our verdict

Grailbet is a well-organised new crypto casino. Its terms are recent and easy to follow, India isn’t on the restricted list, and the 40% rakeback is a straightforward way to get some value back on every bet without wagering. The lobby has top slot studios, Evolution and Pragmatic Play live tables, and a set of provably fair Originals, and withdrawals are meant to be quick.

For Indian players, the limits are clear too. There’s no rupee account, UPI or Paytm, so you’ll need to buy crypto first. The welcome bonus is costly at 40x the deposit plus the bonus, and it stops your rakeback while it runs. Light Mode isn’t live yet, and we couldn’t find Aviator or Indian card games.
