Overview

Frenzino is an online casino and sportsbook at frenzino.io. The about page promises “over 15,000 games”, a sportsbook with more than 3,500 sporting events, payments by bank transfer, cards and e-wallets, and 24/7 support. The site shows prices in euros and has a casino lobby, a live casino, jackpots, tournaments, a VIP area and a rewards section.

The footer is unusually complete. It says Frenzino is held and operated by 3-102-941348 SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica with Company Register number 4062001350004, at an address in Los Yoses, San Pedro, San José. Payments are processed by Fodenmacko Trading Co Limited (HE309248) of Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. The company is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under licence number 01035. The same operator, processor and licence appear on 21Bets and TikTak Bet, and the three sites share a platform, bonus terms and promotion calendar.

Section 2.5.4 of the terms lists the jurisdictions whose players can’t create accounts: the USA and its outlying islands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Israel, Spain, Greece, the Dutch Caribbean islands, Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, North Korea, Syria, Lebanon, Myanmar, Pakistan, Panama, the Philippines, Türkiye, the UAE, Cyprus, France, Malta, Hungary, Russia, Belarus and several others. India is not on it. The only India-specific lines we found are NetEnt’s standard restrictions, which stop two branded slots, Planet of the Apes and Vikings, from being offered in India.

Deposit-plus-bonus wagering makes the package heavier than the headline suggests. A €100 first deposit brings a €125 bonus, and 30x of €225 is €6,750 in bets. Bets under €0.50 don’t count at all, so you can’t grind through it with tiny stakes. Check the excluded list before you play, because popular crash games like Aviator are on it. Each day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 CET/CEST. Where Pragmatic Play isn’t available, the free spins go on a Betsoft slot instead. At the time of writing there was also a Halloween offer, Trick or Spin, running from 27 October to 1 November: 500 to 2,000 free spins on Big Bass Halloween Splash 1000 for wagering €50 to €150 on selected slots, with 25x wagering. We counted the lobby from the studio pages. The RNG section listed 103 studios with roughly 14,000 games between them, close to the “over 15,000 games” on the about page. The biggest were KA Gaming (968 games), Pragmatic Play (655), Spinomenal (557), Yggdrasil (521), Playtech (465), Amusnet (333), One X Two (282), Hacksaw Gaming (262), Betsoft (260), BGaming (251), Booming (250), Saucify (248) and Evoplay (242). NetEnt had 135, Nolimit City 96, Red Tiger 177 and Quickspin 124. Spribe had 11 games and SmartSoft 62.

The live section listed 14 studios and 905 tables: Pragmatic Play (305), Evolution (248), Playtech (122), Ezugi (64), Creed Roomz (46), Seven Mojos (32), Vivo (24), Lucky Streak (14), XPG Live (12), Live Games (9), Graz Game (8), Medialive (8), Absolute Live Gaming (7) and Pateplay (6).

We saw the site from a Japanese connection. The terms say games depend on your country, so an Indian account may see a slightly different lobby. Treat the counts as a guide.

Slots and collections

The RNG lobby is split into slot, virtual and “lucky” games, with collections for bonus buy, crash games, new games, top games, trending games, VIP specials and seasonal themes such as Halloween. There are separate jackpots and tournaments pages. With Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, NetEnt and Red Tiger all present in our view, most well-known slots are covered, including Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza.

Games score 7.5. The lobby is big and the live section is broad, with Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Playtech and Ezugi. We’d score higher if we could confirm the Indian card games.

Payments for Indian players

Frenzino has no rupee account. The account rules list EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NOK, GBP, RUB, NZD, JPY and BRL as betting currencies, and the payment page we saw was in euros.

The withdrawal tab listed the same methods with €100 to €500 per transaction. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, IMPS and NetBanking weren’t listed, and no cards appeared, even though the about page mentions cards and bank transfers. How to deposit from India

1. Register and choose your account currency. INR isn’t offered, so EUR or USD is the practical choice, and you’ll pay conversion on every deposit.
2. Open the cashier and choose a method. Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton or crypto are the likeliest options from India.
3. If you want the welcome bonus or a daily offer, pick it from the drop-down list before paying, and deposit at least €25.
4. Use an account in your own name; payouts go back to the method you deposited with.
5. Keep the deposit confirmation in case you need to contact support.

How to withdraw

1. Upload a copy of your passport or national ID in your profile. The terms require it before the first payout to an e-wallet or card, and the company can also ask for proof of address or a selfie.
2. Finish or forfeit any active bonus first; you can’t withdraw while wagering is open.
3. Choose Withdraw, select the method you deposited with and enter an amount within the limits shown (we saw €100 to €500 per transaction).
4. Wait for approval. Payments are processed within 72 hours of the payments department approving them.

Payments score 4.0. Crypto and e-wallets work, but there’s no rupee account, no Indian method, a small per-transaction withdrawal range and a €1,000 daily cap.

Mobile experience

We didn’t find a Frenzino app and the site doesn’t link to one. It’s a responsive site that switches to a compact logo and a short Casino, Sports, Promotions and Search menu on small screens, with the casino, live casino, sportsbook and cashier all in the browser.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Live tables need a stable connection; use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G/5G signal.
• Daily offers run on CET/CEST, so in India they start at 4:30 AM IST in winter and 3:30 AM IST in summer.

The contact page offers live chat 24/7 and email at [email protected]. It says support works in English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish, so there’s no Hindi. We didn’t open a chat ourselves. The FAQ has 13 questions, but the answers aren’t shown on the public page.

Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming page says you can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits by contacting support. Decreases apply at once; increases or removal only after 24 hours. You can take a time-out of one to five days in the Responsible Gambling Controls section of My Account, and request self-exclusion by email for at least six months, up to indefinitely. Support scores 6.5: round-the-clock chat and email with proper limit and exclusion tools, but no Hindi and limits must be set through support rather than in your account.

Our verdict

Frenzino is a big, well-stocked casino with an open footer: the operator, payment processor and licence are all named, and India isn’t on its banned list. The lobby has Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Ezugi and Playtech, Aviator and Cricket X, and the daily offers, especially the Thursday live cashback, are better than average.

For Indian players it’s a hard sell. There’s no rupee account and no Indian payment method, the welcome package needs 30x deposit plus bonus with a €0.50 minimum bet and many games excluded, and you can’t take out more than €1,000 a day. If you already use Skrill, Neteller or crypto, Frenzino is worth a look for its game range. If you want rupee payments, start with Patang or V.Vegas, or compare all options on our full casino list.
