Overview

21Bets is a combined online casino and sportsbook. The about page puts the sports side first, with more than 35,000 sports events in pre-match and live markets, but the casino side is substantial too: an RNG lobby of slots, crash and table games and a live casino led by Evolution and Ezugi. The site is in English and quotes all figures in US dollars or euros.

Unlike many of the casinos we review, 21Bets names everyone involved in its footer. The site is held and operated by 3-102-941348 SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica with the Company Register number 4062001350004, at an address in Los Yoses, San Pedro, San José. Payments are processed by Fodenmacko Trading Co Limited (HE309248) in Nicosia, Cyprus. The footer says the company holds Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence number 01035, issued on 10 December 2025.

The terms list a long set of jurisdictions whose players can’t open an account, including the USA, Spain, Greece, Israel, Pakistan, the Philippines, Türkiye, the UAE, Cyprus, France, Malta, Hungary, Russia and Belarus. India is not on the list. The only India-specific restrictions we found are the standard NetEnt ones: Planet of the Apes and Vikings slots can’t be offered in India.

The casino welcome package covers your first three deposits. You pick the offer from a drop-down list in the cashier as you deposit; it isn’t added automatically.

Wagering on deposit plus bonus is tougher than it looks. Deposit $100 on the first step and you get a $125 bonus; 30x of $225 is $6,750 in bets. Where Pragmatic Play isn’t available in your country, the Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday spins are given on a Betsoft slot instead. At the time of writing there was also a Halloween offer running from 27 October to 1 November: up to 2,000 free spins on Big Bass Halloween Splash 1000 for wagering $50 to $150 on selected slots, with 25x wagering. Note that the Halloween offer was limited to EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, BRL, NOK and GBP accounts.

The sportsbook has its own welcome bonus (100% up to $100) and a $25 welcome free bet, plus reloads, early payouts and accumulator boosts. These are alternatives to the casino package, not additions.

We score the bonus 5.5. The daily promotions are a genuine plus, especially the live casino offers, but 30x on deposit plus bonus and a long list of excluded games make the welcome package harder than it looks. Read our welcome bonus guide before you opt in.

Games and providers

We counted the lobby from the studio pages. The RNG section listed 51 studios with about 6,250 games between them, and the live section eight studios with 414 tables.

The largest RNG studios were KA Gaming (968 games), Yggdrasil (521), One X Two (282), BGaming (251), Booming (250), Saucify (248), Evoplay (242), Endorphina (235), Tada Gaming (231), Mascot (179), BF Games and Red Tiger (177 each), Nucleus (154), NetEnt (135) and Pascal Gaming (134). Spribe had 11 games and SmartSoft 62. Live studios were Evolution (248 tables), Ezugi (64), Creed Roomz (46), Vivo (24), Live Games (9), Graz Game (8), Medialive (8) and Absolute Live Gaming (7).

The site showed us a US view (country “US”, currency USD). The terms say available games depend on the country, and the promotion pages talk about countries where Pragmatic Play isn’t available. Pragmatic Play wasn’t in the studio list we saw, but it may well be for an Indian account, since several free-spin offers are on Pragmatic slots. Treat the counts above as a guide.

Slots and other games

The RNG lobby is split into slot, virtual and “lucky” games, with collections for bonus buy, books games, crash games, jackpot games, new games, top games, VIP specials and seasonal themes. There’s a separate jackpots page and a tournaments page. Without Pragmatic Play in our view, the best-known slot names came from Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, NetEnt, BGaming and Booming.

Games score 7.0. The live section has the Ezugi tables Indian players want, plus Evolution’s main game shows, and Aviator is there. The RNG lobby is smaller than at many rivals and leans heavily on KA Gaming, and we couldn’t confirm what an Indian account would see.

21Bets doesn’t support rupees, and the payment page we saw was built for other markets.

How to deposit from India

1. Register and choose your account currency carefully. INR isn’t on the list, so you’ll be converting every deposit. The FAQ has a question about changing currency, but the answer isn’t shown publicly.
2. Open the cashier and see which methods your account is offered. Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, AstroPay or crypto are the likeliest options.
3. If you want the welcome bonus, choose it from the drop-down list before you pay and deposit at least $25.
4. Use a method in your own name. Withdrawals go back only to the account the money came from.
5. Keep any deposit confirmation in case it doesn’t arrive and you need to contact support.

How to withdraw

1. Upload a copy of your passport or national ID in your profile before your first withdrawal; the rules require it before the first e-wallet or card payout.
2. Expect full verification once your total deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000: ID, bank cards or statements, utility bills, and possibly proof of source of funds. If you don’t verify within 30 days of being asked, the account is frozen.
3. Choose Withdraw in the account section, pick the method you deposited with, enter the amount and confirm.
4. Wait for approval. Payments are processed within 72 hours of the payments department approving the request.
5. If you withdraw without wagering your deposit, the company can charge you the costs of processing the deposit and withdrawal.

Payments score 4.0. The e-wallet and crypto options are reasonable, but there’s no rupee account, no Indian method on view and a daily withdrawal cap of €1,000.

Mobile experience

We didn’t find a 21Bets app in the App Store or on Google Play, and the site doesn’t link to one. It is a modern responsive site that switches to a compact logo and a simplified Casino, Sports, Promotions and Search menu on small screens. The casino, sportsbook, cashier and promotions are all available in the browser.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Live Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and game shows need a steady connection. Use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G/5G signal.
• Keep a photo of your passport or national ID ready, as you’ll need it before your first withdrawal.
• Promotions are timed in CET/CEST, which is 3.5 to 4.5 hours behind India, so a “Monday” offer runs from 3:30 or 4:30 AM IST on Monday to the same time on Tuesday.

Mobile scores 6.0: a clean browser site, but no app.

Customer support

The contact page offers live chat every day, 24/7, and email at [email protected]. It says support is available in English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish, so there’s no Hindi. The about page gives a different address ([email protected]); we’d use the one on the contact page. We didn’t open a chat ourselves. The FAQ only lists 13 questions, and the answers to most of them aren’t visible without opening each one.

Responsible gambling tools

According to the responsible gaming page, you can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits by contacting support. Decreases take effect straight away; increases or removals only after 24 hours. You can take a time-out of one to five days from the Responsible Gambling Controls section of My Account, and you can request self-exclusion by email for six months or more, up to indefinitely. The page also describes a comprehensive self-exclusion you submit to the Commission, which is permanent and can’t be reversed. See our responsible gambling page for more help.

Support scores 6.5: round-the-clock chat and a proper set of limit and exclusion tools, but no Hindi and some contradictory details in the documents.

Our verdict

21Bets is more open about who runs it than most offshore casinos: the operator, payment processor and licence number are all in the footer. India isn’t on its banned list, the live section has Ezugi’s Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Hindi roulette tables alongside Crazy Time and MONOPOLY Live, and Aviator, JetX and Cricket X are in the lobby. The daily promotions, especially the Thursday live cashback with 1x wagering, are better than average.

For Indian players, though, it’s an awkward fit. There’s no rupee currency, no Indian payment method on the page we saw, the welcome package needs 30x deposit plus bonus with many games excluded, and you can’t withdraw more than €1,000 a day.

If you’re happy with Skrill, Neteller or crypto, 21Bets is a reasonable choice for live table players. If you want rupee payments, start with Patang or V.Vegas, or compare everything on our full casino list. Whatever you choose, set a deposit limit first and take a break whenever you need one.
