Cloudbet review

Overview

Cloudbet is a crypto casino and sportsbook at cloudbet.com. Its about page says it was founded in 2013 as one of the first cryptocurrency sportsbooks and casinos, and that it now supports more than 30 cryptocurrencies across sports betting, casino, live casino and esports. It is one of the longest-running brands we have reviewed.

The site is operated by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao with company number 148526 and an address on Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard in Willemstad. The terms and the footer say it is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/328/0599, issued on 27 May 2025. Some payment methods are handled by a wholly owned subsidiary, Solas Technologies Limited of Limassol, Cyprus, which the terms describe as a payment processor only.

The terms and conditions were last updated on 30 September 2026. India is not on the list of countries in section 7.1.3 where players may not use the site. That list names Australia, Austria, Belgium, China (with Macau and Hong Kong), Curaçao, Cuba, France, Germany, Iran, Japan, Lithuania, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Singapore, Syria, Spain, Turkey, the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. The terms add that you must not use the site anywhere online betting is prohibited, and that checking this is your own responsibility.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Cloudbet does not offer a classic deposit match. Its welcome package, set out in section 8.4 of the terms, is a 30-day reward programme worth up to $2,500 that pays you back as you play.

The package is activated by your first deposit of any amount, and the 30 days start when you place your first bet after that deposit. It is open to users who registered on or after 2 January 2025 and who haven’t received a different sign-up offer. Rewards are calculated in USDT and paid in your active currency.

Part of each rakeback payment and daily cash drop is credited straight to your account. The rest is added to a Rewards Calendar, where amounts unlock at 00:00 UTC and must be claimed within 24 hours or they are forfeited. When the package ends, the Cash Vault balance and any unlocked, unclaimed rewards are paid directly into your account. Sports bets don’t earn rakeback; they only count towards the weekly sports drops once settled.

What the package is worth

Because the rewards are tied to the house edge, the value depends entirely on how much you bet. On a slot with a 96% RTP, the house edge is 4%, so ₹10,000 in spins carries an expected cost of ₹400; 10% rakeback returns ₹40 of that. The daily cash drops come on top, but their size is “determined at Cloudbet’s sole discretion”, so we can’t put a number on them. Reaching the full $2,500 would take a very large volume of betting.

The big advantage is that these rewards are paid as cash with no rollover. You don’t have to clear a 35x or 40x wagering requirement before you can withdraw them, which is what usually makes welcome bonuses hard to use. Loyalty Club

Section 9 of the terms describes an eight-tier Loyalty Club: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond and Blue Diamond. Your tier is based on lifetime real-money turnover, and once you reach a tier you keep it. Rewards can include rakeback, TURBO (a temporary boost to your rakeback rate after you claim a reward), daily cash drops, weekly and monthly cash drops from Silver upwards, weekly sports cash drops and level-up bonuses. All of them are paid as cash with no wagering. The about page says rakeback can return up to 80% of the house edge, depending on tier.

The rates for each tier are published in the help centre rather than the terms, and Cloudbet may change them at any time. You may need to verify your phone number before claiming rewards, and play with an active bonus doesn’t count towards the club. The live casino page adds that from Sapphire tier a VIP host can request faster withdrawal handling.

We score the bonus 6.5. Cash rewards without a rollover are friendlier than most welcome offers, and the long-term rakeback is a real benefit for regular players. But there is no fixed match, the cash drops are discretionary, and casual players will collect only a small part of the $2,500 headline.

Games and providers

Cloudbet’s own pages give a few different figures for the lobby: “over 2,000 slots” on the home page, “over 3000 top-quality games” on the casino page and “250+ live casino games” on the live page. The studios page says the site carries games from more than 75 casino studios. We couldn’t count the lobby ourselves, so treat these as the casino’s own claims.

The studios hub names Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Evolution, Nolimit City, Playtech, BGaming, Winfinity, Games Global, AvatarUX, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, NetEnt, Peter & Sons, Shady Lady, Galaxsys and Print Studios. The live page adds Ezugi, Authentic Gaming and Vivo Gaming, and the casino page mentions Big Time Gaming. Spribe’s Aviator appears in the lobby.

The live page says blackjack variants go up to 99.56% RTP and roulette variants up to 97.30%. Cloudbet’s Originals run on its own provably fair system: the server seed is committed with a SHA3-256 hash before you play, combined with your client seed and a nonce, and the provably fair page has a calculator to check any round yourself.

Ezugi is on the provider list, and Ezugi makes several Indian live tables, but we didn’t find dedicated Teen Patti or Andar Bahar pages on Cloudbet. There is also a full sportsbook covering football, basketball, tennis, MMA, baseball, NFL, horse racing and esports, according to the about page. Cloudbet is the official sportsbook partner of the Professional Fighters League, and it offers a “Whale Mode” for very large sports stakes. This review focuses on the casino.

We score games 8.0: a large, well-known set of studios and a deep live section, held back only by the lack of confirmed Indian live tables and the mixed game counts.

Payments for Indian players

Cloudbet is designed for crypto. Section 7.3.1 of the terms lists 29 “Supported Coins”: BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT, USDC, USDP, PAXG, DAI, DOGE, LTC, DASH, LINK, DOT, ADA, SOL, ALGO, AVAX, POL, SHIB, BNB, XLM, XRP, stETH, TRON, ZEC, TON, USDe, sUSDe and HBAR. The same clause says Cloudbet may also accept fiat currency “depending on your jurisdiction and the payment methods available to you”. The home page mentions third-party payment options for buying crypto.

We found no INR account, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Indian bank transfer on any official page. In practice, an Indian player should plan to deposit and withdraw in crypto.

How to deposit from India

1. Buy a supported coin such as USDT, BTC or LTC on an exchange or through a crypto purchase option, in your own name.
2. Register at cloudbet.com with your email address and a strong password, and turn on two-factor authentication in your account security settings.
3. Open the deposit page, choose the coin and the network, and copy the deposit address. Check the network carefully: sending USDT on the wrong chain can lose the funds.
4. Send the crypto from your own wallet. The terms say coins other than the supported ones sent to your Cloudbet wallet are not Cloudbet’s responsibility.
5. Wait for the network confirmations. Your first deposit of any amount starts the welcome package, and the 30 days begin with your first bet.

How to withdraw

1. Make sure you have wagered your deposits at least once, and claim any unlocked rewards first.
2. Complete verification if asked. Cloudbet uses Sumsub for automated ID checks, and verification is mandatory once your deposits total USD 2,200. You may be asked for photo ID, proof of address and a photo of yourself.
3. Open the withdrawal page, pick the coin and network, and check the minimum and the network fee shown there.
4. Paste your own wallet address and confirm. Cloudbet won’t pay to addresses that blockchain analytics flag as sanctioned or linked to illicit activity.
5. Convert to rupees through your exchange if you need INR in your bank account.

We score payments 5.5. The crypto side is fast and well documented, with no deposit fees and low minimums, but there is no INR, UPI or Indian bank route, every withdrawal pays a network fee, and the terms keep a 5% handling charge in reserve.

Mobile experience

Cloudbet runs in the mobile browser. We found no app download on the official pages; the only app the site mentions is Google Authenticator for two-factor login. The sportsbook, casino lobby and help pages load as normal web pages, and the games themselves come from the providers’ own mobile-ready clients.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Keep your crypto wallet app and Cloudbet in separate tabs or apps, and double-check the network before every deposit.
• Turn on two-factor authentication. Cloudbet’s security settings support Google Authenticator.
• Rewards Calendar amounts must be claimed within 24 hours of unlocking at 00:00 UTC, which is 5:30 am in India. Set a reminder if you play daily.
• Live tables need a steady connection, so use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G or 5G signal.

We score mobile 6.0: the site works on a phone browser, but there is no app and nothing mobile-specific for India.

Customer support

The casino page says support is available 24/7 by live chat, email and social media, and the terms give [email protected] as the contact address. The responsible gambling page also points players to live chat and that email for help. There is a help centre at cloudbet.com/en/support, which the terms point to for the current welcome package and loyalty rates. We didn’t open a chat ourselves.

Languages

The site is available in 16 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese. Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gambling page explains each tool step by step:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly (7 days) or monthly (30 days). Lowering a limit takes effect at once; raising or removing one waits 24 hours. Deposits above the limit are held and released when the period resets.
• Cooling-off: 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months, during which you can’t place bets.
• Self-exclusion: 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or lifetime. A lifetime exclusion can’t be undone.
• Outside help: Gamblers Anonymous (including its 20-question self-assessment), GambleAware, Gambling Therapy and Gamtalk, plus blocking tools Betblocker, GamBlock and Gamban.

Our verdict

Cloudbet has been around longer than almost any other crypto casino, and it shows in the paperwork: detailed terms updated in September 2026, a named Curaçao operator with a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, clear fee tables and a full set of responsible gambling tools. India is not on its restricted list. The lobby is large, the live section is strong with Evolution and Ezugi, and the rewards are paid as cash without a rollover.

For Indian players, though, Cloudbet is only a fit if you are already comfortable with crypto. There is no INR, UPI or Paytm, every withdrawal pays a network fee, and the $2,500 welcome package is earned slowly through rakeback and discretionary cash drops rather than handed over as a match bonus. We also found no Hindi version and no dedicated Indian live tables.
