Overview

Bizzo Casino is a casino-first site with a sportsbook on the same platform. Its terms and conditions, read on 31 October 2026, say the site is operated by Lumora Digital Ltd of Belize, under licence no. ALSI-202505033-FI2 from the autonomous island of Anjouan (Union of Comoros), issued on 29 May 2025. A launch year is not published.

Bizzo’s pages are built by browser scripts. A plain request returns only a “Loading…” screen, and we don’t work around that. Instead we read the public data the site itself loads: page settings, the text the pages display, the currency list and the site’s configuration. On 31 October 2026 we also read the promotion pages and the terms and conditions the same way (the site’s own content service, reached through a connection from a country where Bizzo is open). That gave us enough to describe support, the mobile web app, the welcome series and the general deposit and withdrawal limits, but not payment methods or the game lobby.

That shapes this review. Facts we could confirm on the official site are stated plainly. Facts from our earlier review that we couldn’t trace to the official site, including the payment lists, payout times, support languages and most of the provider list, have been removed or marked “not published”.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Welcome series: up to 125% and €/$1,250 + 125 free spins + 1 bonus game on the first deposit, then 50% up to €/$300 + 50 free spins, 30% up to €/$1,000 and 25% up to €/$1,000. We read these figures on Bizzo’s own first- to fourth-deposit promotion pages and its General Bonus Terms on 31 October 2026. The English pages give the amounts in euros and dollars only; rupee figures appear only in the general bonus terms.

The first-deposit percentage depends on how much you pay in:

The first-deposit free spins are released in daily sets of 25 rather than all at once. Each step can be used only on that numbered deposit, made as a single transaction.

What 40x means in practice

The general terms say deposit bonuses “must be wagered x40”; read as 40 times the bonus, the second step works like this: a €100 deposit brings a €50 bonus, so you would need €2,000 in slot bets (40 × €50) before the bonus money can be withdrawn. Because table and live dealer games do not count at all, the welcome series only makes sense if you play slots. Our take on the bonus

40x is a common multiple, the terms are published in full, and the tiered first deposit lets a small depositor take part from €/$10. Against that, the amounts are not shown in rupees, the €20 / ₹1,800 general minimum for deposit bonuses sits awkwardly next to the €/$10 first tier, and live and table players get nothing out of it. We have scored the bonus 7.0, the same as National Casino, which runs the same 40x terms.

Claiming the first-deposit bonus does not oblige you to take the second, and if the wagering on the first one proves hard to clear, skipping the follow-up offers is often the better choice. Only one bonus can be active at a time, so finishing or forfeiting one before starting another keeps things simple.

Games and providers

Bizzo’s live casino page text says it offers video slots, table games and live dealer games “from the world’s most renowned software providers, including NetEnt, Evolution, and Playtech”. Its promotion pages include a Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins page and a BGaming drops page, which tells us those studios are on the site too. A total game count and a full provider list are not published on any public page we could read.

Our earlier review said around 100 providers and named Ezugi, Play’n GO and Yggdrasil. We couldn’t confirm those on the official site, so we’ve removed them and lowered games from 8.2 to 7.5.

Lobby sections

The site’s page list shows a casino lobby, a live casino section, tournaments, a “hall of fame” page for big wins and a sportsbook. The live casino text describes live blackjack, and the help area includes betting rules for the sportsbook.

Games Indian players look for

We couldn’t search Bizzo’s lobby. The game list loads through the site’s scripts, and the game data wasn’t in any public response we could read. Here’s where things stand:

Evolution’s catalogue includes game shows and Lightning tables, and some Evolution casinos also carry its Indian tables. But we can only report what Bizzo shows publicly, and it doesn’t name individual live games. Slots and table games

NetEnt, Playtech, Pragmatic Play and BGaming between them cover a wide range of slot styles. We couldn’t see individual slot titles, so search for any game you have in mind before depositing. Payments for Indian players

This is the weakest part of Bizzo for Indian players, mainly because so little is public.

What we could confirm

• Methods: not published. The payment list appears only inside the cashier after login. The site’s settings show Visa and Mastercard logos as its default payment icons, but that isn’t a full method list. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not mentioned anywhere we could read. A crypto first-deposit bonus page (“using a crypto payment method”) shows crypto deposits exist, but the coins are not listed publicly.
• Currencies: the currency list the site loads includes INR along with about 47 other currencies. We couldn’t confirm that an Indian player can choose INR at registration, so we treat INR as not confirmed.
• Profile details: the site asks for your first name, last name, date of birth, street, city, postcode and phone number before it lets you withdraw.
• Card payouts: the terms say payouts go to cards via Visa Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard Payment Transfer, but India is on Visa’s list of unsupported countries and is not on the Mastercard list of supported countries. Plan on a different withdrawal method if you deposit by card.
• VIP perks: the VIP page says higher levels get higher withdrawal limits and shorter withdrawal processing times, but gives no figures.

Our earlier review listed cards, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, Interac, bank wire and crypto, and payout times from 0 to 7 days. We couldn’t trace those to the official site, so we’ve removed them and lowered payments from 5.2 to 4.5. The withdrawal caps are now confirmed in the terms and conditions (see the table below).

How to deposit

1. Register and check the currency drop-down. If INR is offered for your country, you can avoid conversion on your side. If not, choose the currency your card or wallet uses.
2. Open the cashier and look at the methods listed for your account. Check for UPI or an Indian bank option first. Note the minimum, maximum and any fee shown for each method.
3. If you want a welcome bonus, select it in the cashier before you pay. If you don’t, make sure no bonus is pre-selected.
4. Pay from an account in your own name and keep the confirmation.

How to withdraw

1. Complete your profile (name, date of birth, address, postcode and phone). The site blocks withdrawals until these fields are filled in.
2. Finish or cancel any active bonus.
3. Open the cashier’s withdrawal tab, pick a method and note the limits and processing time it shows.
4. If documents are requested, upload them promptly. Bizzo’s verification rules are not readable on the public pages, so we can’t say what it asks for.

Mobile experience

Bizzo has no App Store or Google Play app, but it can be installed as a web app. The site ships a web app manifest (“Bizzo Casino”, standalone display) and handles the browser’s install prompt, so on Android Chrome you can install it from the menu or the site’s prompt. On an iPhone, use Safari’s Share button and then “Add to Home Screen”. Either way it opens full-screen like an app.

The site’s settings also switch on a mobile banner and mobile-specific layout features. Beyond that, Bizzo publishes no mobile details, such as supported devices. Mobile drops slightly from 6.8 to 6.5 because we couldn’t confirm the extra detail behind the earlier score, although the web app itself is confirmed.

A few practical points:

• Use a stable Wi-Fi connection for live dealer games; streams use far more data than slots.
• Find the “My limits” section in the account menu on your phone before you play. Being able to change a deposit limit quickly matters more than any visual feature.
• Only install Bizzo from its own site. Be wary of APK files offered elsewhere.

Customer support

The site’s contact page text says Bizzo’s support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round, by live chat or email. There’s also a contact form with categories for deposits and withdrawals, general questions, feedback, in-play betting and live games; the form says the team will reply within 24 hours. The general email given in the site’s messages is [email protected], and the VIP page mentions a 24/7 VIP live chat with a personal manager for higher levels.

Support languages are not published. Our earlier review listed seven support languages; we couldn’t confirm them, so we’ve removed them and set support at 8.0 rather than 8.3. The site itself has 19 language versions, including English (with Canadian and New Zealand versions), German, Spanish (with Peruvian, Chilean and Argentine versions), Portuguese (with a Brazilian version), French, Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Greek, Norwegian and Finnish. Responsible gambling tools

The account area has “My limits” screens for deposit limits and loss limits. The responsible gaming page itself loads only in the browser, so we couldn’t read the full list of tools, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion options. Our verdict

Bizzo Casino offers round-the-clock support by chat and email, an installable web app, live dealer games from Evolution and Playtech, and a busy promotions calendar with a four-step welcome series, reloads, prize drops and a VIP programme.

For Indian players, the problem is how much is hidden behind sign-in. UPI and Paytm are not listed, INR accounts are not confirmed, and payment methods and payout times are not readable on any public page. The welcome series is now confirmed on the official site, but it is priced in euros and dollars and only slot play counts toward the 40x wagering. We also couldn’t confirm Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or Aviator in the lobby.
