Overview

Bitcasino.io is one of the older names in crypto gambling. Its own help centre describes it as “originally established as an online casino specialising in cryptocurrencies” which now also takes a couple of fiat currencies. The site says it is operated by EZ Spins Ltd, a company registered in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Its responsible gaming page calls Sportsbet.io its “sister platform”, and both sites show the same company in the footer.

For Indian players, the first thing to check is the restricted jurisdictions list in the help centre. India isn’t on it. The list covers almost 50 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, the Netherlands and South Africa. As always, the list can change, so look at it again before you sign up.

The second point is money. Bitcasino doesn’t have a rupee balance and doesn’t list UPI, Paytm or Indian bank transfers. You deposit in crypto, such as USDT, Bitcoin or Ethereum, or in Japanese yen or Canadian dollars if you live in those countries. If you already hold crypto, that works smoothly. If you don’t, you’ll need to buy some first, either on an exchange or through the buy-crypto services in the Bitcasino cashier.

The lobby is a good one. It has Evolution’s live game shows, OneTouch’s Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger, Aviator, JetX and thousands of slots. There’s also a Loyalty Club, weekly rakeback, wager races and a “Live RTP” section that shows which games have paid more or less than expected over the last 24 hours.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The current welcome offer is called “Welcome to Bitcasino - Get up to 5,000 USDT in deposit rewards”. It’s spread over your first three deposits:

How to claim it

The order matters. The terms say you must first enable the offer in the “Rewards” section of your account and then make a single qualifying deposit “instantly after that”. Several smaller deposits that add up to 50 USDT don’t count. The offer is only available in USDT, BTC, ETH, CAD or TRX, and you need to switch your balance display to one of those currencies to see it. Pick one currency and stick with it, because “your bonuses will follow that choice”.

The 30x figure applies to the bonus, not to your deposit plus bonus. That’s gentler than many offers. On a 100 USDT first deposit you get 100 USDT in bonus money and need to wager 3,000 USDT in seven days. The seven-day limit is the tough part. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to work out whether a target like that suits the way you play.

The locked deposit is easy to miss. Once you enable the offer and deposit, the whole deposit is locked. During wagering, your own money is used first and then the bonus. If you change your mind, you have to forfeit the bonus before you can withdraw.

Live games only count 10%, and game shows 20%. If you mostly play Andar Bahar, Crazy Time or live roulette, it would take you five to ten times longer to clear the bonus than a slots player. The terms also list a long set of games that are excluded from wagering completely, including all Amusnet games and some Betsoft and AvatarUX slots.

A contradiction in the terms

The help centre has a separate page called “Bitcasino Reward Terms & Conditions”. It still says that “all rewards that a player wins come without any wagering requirements” and that “Bitcasino does not offer deposit or welcome rewards”. That doesn’t match the welcome promotion, which is live on the promotions page with full 30x terms. We think the help centre page is out of date. The promotion’s own terms are the ones to follow. If something isn’t clear, ask live chat before you deposit.

Other promotions

When we checked, the promotions page listed:

• Weekly Rakeback: up to 5% on selected slots, paid every Monday. Players who wager 1,000 to 49,999 USDT in a week get 3%, and 50,000 USDT or more gets 5%. Rakeback is worked out as total wager × house edge × rakeback %, with a cap of 2,000 USDT a week. This promotion runs until 31 October.
• Weekly Wager Races: 50,000 USDT a week, with the top 100 players winning USDT and free spins.
• Weekly Cash Drops: extra cash prizes on Pragmatic Play slots.
• Hacksaw Boosted RTP: a limited-time offer until 2 November.
• Seasonal promotions such as Trick or Treat Blackjack, Kalamba’s 14 Days of Wicked Wins and a “Best Game of the Week”.

Loyalty Club

Every casino player is part of the Loyalty Club. You earn 5 loyalty points for each 1 USDT you bet with real money. Play with an active reward doesn’t earn points. There are seven levels:

Games and providers

What you see in the Bitcasino lobby depends on where you are. The providers page we loaded listed 40 providers and “4,500+ games”. The slots page talks about “5,000+ online crypto slots”, and the homepage links to around 70 provider pages, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Red Tiger, PG Soft and Ezugi. So the numbers on the site don’t all line up, and an Indian account may see a different lobby again. What we can say for sure is that it’s a big lobby with the main studios.

The lobby is split into slots, Bitcasino Exclusives, jackpots, crash and instant-win games, bonus-buy games, table games, live games, VIP Privé tables, and live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and game shows. There’s also a provably fair “Originals” section.

The live casino category ran to 11 pages when we checked. Most tables come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Winfinity. Winfinity alone had 83 games, mostly roulette, blackjack and baccarat.

Slots

The slots page had popular titles such as Wanted Dead or a Wild, Le Bandit and Le King from Hacksaw, Sweet Bonanza 2500 and Super Scatter, Gates of Olympus 2500 and Super Scatter, Sugar Rush 1000, Money Train 5 from Relax, Book of Ra Magic from Novomatic and Fortune Mouse from PG Soft. Each provider page has a “Hot & Cold” panel showing what each game has paid out over the last 24 hours. That’s interesting to look at, but it doesn’t tell you anything about the next spin.

We score games 8.0. The lobby is large and has Evolution’s game shows and live Andar Bahar from OneTouch. We couldn’t find Teen Patti, and the lobby changes by country.

Payments for Indian players

This is where Bitcasino is weakest for India. It’s a crypto casino first. The only fiat currencies its help centre mentions are Japanese yen and Canadian dollars, and there’s also a page about Turkish lira.

Currencies

You can hold a balance in Bitcoin (shown as mBTC), Ethereum, XRP, Litecoin, TRON, Tether (USDT), Cardano, Dogecoin, BNB, Toncoin, Polygon, USDC and Shiba Inu. There’s no INR balance, so your bets and winnings are in crypto, and the rupee value moves with the market. If you’re new to this, read our crypto casino guide for India first.

The network rules matter. Bitcasino says that crypto sent on the wrong network “will not be credited”, for example USDT sent on Arbitrum. It only accepts ERC20 tokens on Ethereum, and only USDT, USDC and ETH. Always copy the deposit address from the cashier and check the network before sending.

Using a third-party buy-crypto service means you deal with that service’s own checks, fees and exchange rate. Bitcasino doesn’t say which of these services accept Indian cards. How to deposit from India

1. Register and verify your email address. You need a verified email before you can withdraw anyway.
2. If you want the welcome offer, go to “Rewards” and enable it first.
3. Click the orange “Deposit” button at the top right of the page.
4. Choose the cryptocurrency you want. If it’s not listed, select “Add New Cryptocurrency” to create a wallet for it.
5. Copy the deposit address and check the network carefully.
6. Send at least the minimum from your own wallet or exchange. For the welcome offer, send at least 50 USDT or equivalent in one transaction.
7. If you don’t hold crypto, use the “Buy Cryptocurrency” option in the cashier and follow the provider’s steps.

How to withdraw

1. Make sure your email address is verified.
2. If you have an active reward, finish the wagering or forfeit it. You can’t withdraw while a reward is active.
3. Open the cashier, choose withdrawal and enter your own crypto wallet or exchange address and the amount.
4. Bitcasino approves the request. The average approval time is “approximately 2 minutes”, but it can take longer if your play or transactions are reviewed.
5. The transaction is sent to the blockchain. Bitcasino has no control over network speed after that.

Some rules to know first. Bitcasino can ask you to wager your deposit once before it accepts a withdrawal. If you change your password, withdrawals are blocked for 48 hours. KYC documents can be requested once your total deposits reach USD 10,000, and extra checks can apply to withdrawals above €2,500 or equivalent. Large wins can be paid at up to 1 million USDT a week. If your account is inactive for more than 12 months with money in it, Bitcasino can deduct 5% a month as an admin fee.

Payments score 5.5. Crypto withdrawals are quick and the limits are generous, but there’s no rupee option at all, so every Indian player has to go through crypto.

Mobile experience

We didn’t find a native app download on the Bitcasino site. You play in your phone’s browser. The mobile site uses the same account, lobby, cashier and help centre as the desktop version, with a compact logo and a collapsible side menu.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Keep your crypto wallet app and the Bitcasino tab open side by side so you can copy the deposit address without typing it.
• Double-check the network on your phone before you send. A mistake can’t be reversed.
• Live game shows and crash games need a steady connection. Use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G or 5G signal.
• Use two-step verification if it is offered on your account. The terms recommend it.

We score mobile 6.0. The browser site works, but there’s no app.

Bitcasino offers 24/7 live chat and email at [email protected]. Most help-centre pages end with the same two options. There’s also [email protected] for self-exclusion. We didn’t open a chat ourselves, so we can’t comment on response times.

The help centre is well organised. It’s split into Getting Started, Your Account, Your Transactions, Your Rewards, Payment Options, About Crypto, How to Buy Crypto, Loyalty Club and Bitcasino Information. The crypto network guides are especially useful if you’re new to this.

Languages

The site is available in English, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Thai, German, French, Vietnamese, Turkish and Arabic. There’s no Hindi. Responsible gambling tools

According to the responsible gaming page, you can ask for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours. A support agent will then explain the voluntary self-exclusion options: one week, one month, three months, six months or permanent. Accounts closed under self-exclusion can’t be reopened early. The page links to GamCare, Keep It Fun and Gambling Therapy, and suggests a self-assessment questionnaire from Gamblers Anonymous or Gambling Therapy. Support scores 7.5: 24/7 chat and email and a useful help centre, but no Hindi and some out-of-date pages.

Our verdict

Bitcasino suits Indian players who already use crypto. India isn’t on its restricted list, crypto withdrawals are approved in minutes, and there’s no stated maximum. The lobby has Evolution’s game shows, OneTouch’s Andar Bahar, Aviator and JetX. The welcome offer of up to 5,000 USDT uses 30x wagering on the bonus alone, which is fairer than most.

The downsides are hard to ignore. There’s no rupee account, no UPI and no Paytm, so you have to buy crypto first and accept price swings. The bonus must be wagered in seven days, your deposit is locked while you do it, and live games barely count. There’s no app, no Hindi, and one help-centre page still says the casino doesn’t offer welcome bonuses at all.
