Overview

TrustDice has been running since 2018. It began as a Bitcoin dice site and is still built around crypto: there’s an in-house token called TXT, a free crypto faucet, provably fair Dice, Crash and Plinko games, and a loyalty club that pays rakeback. Over the years it has added a large slots and live casino lobby, a sportsbook and esports betting, and fiat payments. The footer says the site is owned and operated by Satoshi Gaming Group N.V., with payments processed by Tahiti Technology Limited in Limassol, Cyprus.

For Indian players the interesting change is the fiat side. TrustDice now lists INR as one of its fiat currencies, and the bonus terms give rupee figures for minimum deposits, maximum bets and free-spin caps. A note in the cashier text says UPI is available for Indian users. India is not on the list of countries the terms block from opening accounts. That said, the site’s own “about” text still calls it a casino “for bitcoin and ethereum players”, there’s no Hindi version, and we couldn’t open the cashier without an account.

The lobby is large. The site’s game feed listed 10,914 titles when we checked, including Evolution and Pragmatic Play, though some studios are switched off depending on where you connect from.

Welcome bonus breakdown

TrustDice advertises a “500% welcome bonus up to $90,000 + 100 free spins”. It’s a three-step pack, and the help centre and bonus page set out each step:

The 500% is the three percentages added together, not a match on a single deposit. The minimums are also given in other currencies: 10 EUR, 10 USDT and small amounts of BTC, ETH and other coins.

How to claim it

You have to switch each bonus on before you pay. Open the Deposit window (or click “Get My Bonus” on the bonus page), turn on the bonus toggle and wait for the “ACTIVATED” message, then deposit without turning the toggle off. The help centre says most missing-bonus complaints happen because the toggle wasn’t on, was switched off before the money arrived, or the deposit was below the minimum. If your account is old but you’ve never deposited, you can still claim all three steps.

The ₹200 bet limit is low, and it works differently from most casinos. Bigger bets aren’t banned, they simply don’t count towards the 40x. The terms also list many slots that can’t be played with bonus money at all, including “all softswiss slots” and a long list of named titles. Only bets on the games linked to the bonus count, and the Promo Code page shows which games those are.

The general bonus terms add one more catch: for free spins and “free wager” bonuses, a bet is counted at a reduced rate based on the game’s RTP. On a 99% RTP game, every ₹1 you bet counts as ₹0.25. Pick higher-variance slots if you’re clearing that kind of bonus.

As an example, a ₹1,000 first deposit gets you ₹2,000 in bonus money. At 40x, that’s ₹80,000 in bets inside seven days, at no more than ₹200 a spin. That’s at least 400 spins at the top bet. Our wagering requirements guide explains how to judge whether that’s realistic for you.

Other promotions

The bonus page lists a mix of crypto-style rewards and contests:

• Faucet (Coinbox): claim small amounts of free BTC, ETH or USDT every six hours. Higher loyalty levels claim faster.
• Daily login rewards: easy tasks for up to 30 TXT and 30 level points a day.
• TXT mining and staking: you mine TXT tokens by playing, and staked TXT earns daily dividends in BTC, ETH, EOS, USDT and USDC.
• 1st deposit cashback: 10% rakeback for seven days after your first deposit, with no wagering.
• Weekly contests: Dice, Crash and Casino wager contests with prize pools of $500 to $1,000 when we checked.
• Referral rewards: 10 USDT for each invited friend who deposits at least 10 USDT within 72 hours.

The loyalty club has nine tiers, from Shell up to Satoshi. You earn level points on real-money bets in any listed currency, including INR, but not with bonus money. Each level-up pays a small real-money bonus with no wagering. Instant rakeback starts at Crab, weekly rakeback at Octopus, and monthly rakeback and a monthly bonus at Shark. The top rate is up to 21%. Rakeback points convert to cash 1:1 with USDT, can be taken in INR, and never expire.

We score the bonus 6.0. The pack is large and priced in rupees, but 40x in seven days, the ₹200 counting limit and the delayed free spins make it hard work. Our welcome bonus guide explains when it’s better to skip one.

Games and providers

TrustDice’s lobby runs on a game feed that the site loads from its own API. When we checked, it listed 10,914 titles from 68 studios. The homepage claims “8000+ crypto games”, which is closer to what you see once regional blocks are applied.

Regional blocks matter here. From one Asian connection, 2,825 games were marked unavailable, including all Evolution and Pragmatic Play titles. From a second, only 596 were blocked, mostly Play’n GO and Push Gaming. We couldn’t check from India, so we can’t tell you exactly which studios an Indian account will see. The counts below are for the full feed:

The studios include Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Playtech, Habanero, BGaming, Evoplay, Endorphina, Booming Games, PG Soft, Big Time Gaming, Amusnet, Galaxsys, One Touch, Winfinity, CreedRoomz and BetGames. There’s also a large Japanese pachinko section, which you won’t find at many casinos.

TrustDice’s own games

TrustDice’s in-house Dice, Crash, Plinko and Pachinko games are provably fair, so you can check each result. These earn rakeback at set rates (1.5% of the bet for Dice and Crash, 0.98% for Plinko, before your level percentage), and Dice has its own jackpot for rolling 7777.

Ezugi’s Indian tables were available from both connections we tried. The Evolution titles (Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Super Andar Bahar) were blocked from one of them. Slots and instant games

Pragmatic Play’s Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus are in the feed in several versions, where your region allows them. Instant-game fans get 41 Plinko titles and plenty of Mines variants from Hacksaw, InOut, BGaming and others.

We score games 8.5: a very big lobby with Indian live tables and good in-house games, with the caveat that region blocks can remove some of the biggest studios.

Payments for Indian players

TrustDice shows its payment methods inside the Deposit window, which needs an account. What follows comes from the help centre, the terms and the cashier text the site loads publicly.

Currencies

The fiat deposit guide lists EUR, JPY, AUD, CAD, KRW, BRL, ARS and INR as examples of fiat currencies you can choose. The bonus terms give rupee amounts throughout, which tells you INR is a working currency here, not just a display option. On the crypto side, TrustDice takes BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, TRX, EOS, XRP, SOL and its own TXT token.

Payment methods

There are three ways in:

For India, the line that matters is a cashier note reading “UPI is only available for Indian users”. It sits next to other country-specific notes for Argentina, Canada and Europe, so UPI looks like the Indian fiat method. We couldn’t see UPI limits, fees or timing without logging in. How to deposit from India

1. Register with your email, a username and a password. You can also sign up with Google, Telegram or LINE.
2. If you want the welcome pack, click Deposit and switch on the first-deposit bonus toggle before you pay.
3. For rupees, choose “Deposit FIAT”, select INR and pick the payment method shown. Look for UPI first.
4. For crypto, choose “Deposit Crypto”, pick the coin and the network, then copy the address or scan the QR code. Make sure the network matches the one you’re sending from, or the funds can be lost.
5. Enter at least ₹1,000 if you’re claiming the welcome bonus. Plain crypto deposits start at $0.10 worth of coins.
6. Wait for the money to arrive. The help centre says both fiat and crypto deposits usually show within 30 minutes. If a fiat deposit hasn’t arrived by then, contact support with your payment receipt.

Use your own money and your own payment account. The terms say “deposits can only be made with your own funds”.

How to withdraw

1. Check you meet the two conditions in the terms: you’ve deposited at least 10 USDT (or the equivalent) in total, and you’ve wagered at least 5x your deposit.
2. Finish or cancel any active bonus. A withdrawal with a bonus running forfeits the bonus and its winnings.
3. Click your profile picture, choose Withdraw, then pick the Crypto or FIAT tab.
4. Select the currency, enter your wallet address (or payment details) and the amount.
5. Confirm with the code sent to your email, or your Google Authenticator code if you’ve set one up.
6. Wait for the security review. The site says the average review takes under 30 minutes.

Card withdrawals must go back to the card you deposited with. TrustDice may ask for ID for withdrawals above 1 BTC or €2,000, or at any time, so it’s sensible to have your documents ready.

Payments score 6.5. INR as a currency and a UPI note for Indian users put TrustDice ahead of most crypto casinos, but we couldn’t confirm UPI in a live cashier, and the 5x deposit-wagering rule before any withdrawal is stricter than usual.

Mobile experience

TrustDice doesn’t push you towards an app. Its mobile page says you “don’t need to download” anything: the site runs as a web app in your browser and adapts to Android and iOS phones and tablets. The welcome pack, faucet, contests and loyalty club all work on mobile, and live tables are optimised for small screens, though they need a fast connection.

We didn’t find TrustDice on the App Store or Google Play. The cashier text includes instructions for installing an Android APK by scanning a QR code, but we couldn’t find a public download link, so we haven’t relied on it. If you want an app-like shortcut, add the site to your home screen from your browser menu.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Use only the official TrustDice domain. The site keeps a page of official mirror domains, and support can confirm a domain at [email protected].
• When depositing crypto from a phone wallet, double-check the network before you send. A wrong network can mean lost funds.
• Live Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and crash games need a steady connection, so use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G/5G signal.
• Turn on Google Authenticator in your account settings. It protects logins and withdrawal confirmations.

We score mobile 6.5: the browser site does everything, but there’s no store app.

Customer support

Support runs 24/7 through live chat on the site, and the homepage says replies come from “in-house staff” in under 90 seconds. We didn’t start a chat ourselves, so we can’t confirm that figure. Languages

The site is available in 24 languages, including English, Arabic, Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese, plus most major European languages. Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming page says you can set limits on how much you deposit, wager or lose over a period, and on session time. When you hit a limit, the system stops further play until the period ends. You can self-exclude straight away from your account settings, or by email. During self-exclusion you can’t log in to withdraw, so the terms tell you to cash out first; otherwise you have to ask support to send your balance. Our verdict

TrustDice is a crypto casino that has made a real effort to work for Indian players. INR is a working currency, the bonus terms are priced in rupees, a UPI option is noted for Indian users, and the lobby has Ezugi’s Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, Aviator and Hindi roulette tables. The in-house games, faucet and rakeback are good extras, and crypto withdrawals are quick with no fees from the casino.

The welcome pack is the weak spot. 40x wagering in seven days, a ₹200 counting limit and free spins that only unlock after wagering make it hard to clear. The 5x deposit-wagering rule before any withdrawal also means you can’t simply deposit and cash out. Region blocks on big studios add some uncertainty about what your lobby will look like.

If you’re comfortable with crypto, or want a rupee option with crypto as backup, TrustDice is worth a look. Check that INR and UPI appear in your cashier before you deposit, and think twice about the bonus if you mainly play live tables.
