Overview

Welle is an online casino with a small sportsbook, built around a sea theme: a mermaid mascot, “waves” of promotions and loyalty levels named after ranks at sea. According to the footer and terms, welle.casino is owned by JER-Team N.V., a Curaçao company (registration number 160979) registered at the Bon Bini Business Center, Curaçao, and holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/600/0262. Payments are handled by JER-TEAM LIMITED in Nicosia, Cyprus. The terms we read were version 1.14, last updated on 8 January 2026.

Welle is a sister site of Wazbee, which we have already reviewed. The terms even say you can withdraw from Welle straight to partner casinos Wazbee and Royspins, and the cashier list and much of the bonus wording are the same. If you know Wazbee, Welle will feel familiar, but the bonus maths is different and, in our view, less friendly.

For Indian players the starting point is mixed. India is not on the list of restricted territories in the terms, India is in the registration country list, and Hindi is one of the site languages. On the other hand, INR is not an account currency, there’s nothing Indian in the payment list, and the lobby served for India leaves out Pragmatic Play.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The welcome offer is called the WellStart Bonus Package. It is spread over your first four deposits and adds up to 225% in match bonuses, up to €1,000, plus 200 free spins.

The package page quotes amounts in euros, US, Canadian and Australian dollars and several other currencies, but not in rupees. Because INR isn’t an account currency, you would claim it in euros, dollars or one of the other listed currencies.

The important line is that wagering is calculated on the deposit and the bonus together. On the first step, a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus means €200 x 50 = €10,000 in qualifying bets, all inside seven days and at no more than €3 a spin. That is a much tougher target than a 30x or 35x bonus-only offer, and the €3 cap means you need more than 3,300 maximum-stake spins to get there. Game weighting matters too. The general bonus terms count slots at 100%, blackjack and baccarat at 20%, other live and table games at 50% and sports bets at 50%. Roulette and crash or fishing games count 0%, so Aviator and other crash games won’t help you clear a bonus at all.

There’s also an inconsistency to be aware of. The promotion terms give each WellStart bonus seven days, while the general bonus terms say an activated bonus must be wagered within three days. The more specific promotion terms should apply, but check the bonus card in your account before you start.

Other promotions

• Crypto Wave Bonus: 150% up to €100 on a crypto deposit of at least €20, available once, from your second deposit onwards. Deposits above €66 get the maximum. Same 50x deposit-plus-bonus wagering, €3 maximum bet and seven-day validity.
• Return of the Wave: a weekly reload of 50% up to €100, available once a week from Monday. The minimum deposit is €20 and €200 gets the full bonus. Again 50x deposit plus bonus, €3 maximum bet, seven days.
• Haunted Tide Bonus: a short Halloween offer of €10 for a deposit of €20 or more, running from 30 October to 1 November 2026, with 35x wagering.
• Accumulator Boost: for the sportsbook, extra winnings from 5% on a three-fold up to 100% on a 20-fold accumulator, with odds of 1.30 to 10.00 per selection.
• Tournaments: the tournaments page carried provider network campaigns, including a mystery-box prize drop and Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins. Pragmatic games weren’t in the lobby we saw for India, so check eligibility before you join one.

Loyalty and VIP

Welle’s loyalty system is based on turnover and has six levels: Sailor, Boatswain, Captain, Admiral, Triton and Poseidon. Weekly cashback rises from 8% at Sailor to 9%, 10%, 11%, 13% and 15% at Poseidon, credited every Monday at 12:00 UTC on the previous week’s net losses. Cashback has a €5 minimum, 5x wagering and a 10x withdrawal cap. Each new level adds a cash bonus (€20 at Boatswain up to €500 at Poseidon, 30x wagering) and free spins. Bets made with bonus money don’t count towards your level. The VIP club page adds a personal manager, birthday bonuses, custom withdrawal limits and cashback of up to 25% for members.

We score the bonus 5.0. There’s a lot on offer, but 50x on deposit plus bonus, seven days, a €3 cap and euro-only amounts make the welcome package hard to recommend to most Indian players. If you want to understand when to skip a bonus altogether, read our welcome bonus guide.

Games and providers

The about page promises “more than 5,000 games from 50 different providers”. The site’s own game feed, filtered the way the site filters it for India, returned 7,813 active games from 43 studios when we checked. The feed for Ireland returned about 9,860 games from 48 studios, so India sees a noticeably smaller lobby.

The biggest names in the India lobby were KA Gaming (more than 1,000 titles), Spinomenal, EGT, Hacksaw Gaming, Wazdan, Red Tiger, BGaming, Evoplay, Habanero, Amatic, Betsoft, Endorphina, Booming Games and NetEnt. Nolimit City, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Playson, Big Time Gaming, PG Soft, Playtech, Spribe and Mascot are there too.

The notable gap is Pragmatic Play. Both Pragmatic Play and Pragmatic Play Live appeared in the Irish feed but not in the Indian one, and a search for Gates of Olympus found nothing for India. So if Sweet Bonanza or Gates of Olympus is why you play, Welle isn’t the place.

The Evolution titles appear under a label (“EvoSW”) that points to an aggregator connection rather than a direct Evolution lobby, and the live casino category in the India feed held only 26 titles, mostly Evolution game shows and EGT roulette. Slots and categories

Slots make up the bulk of the lobby, with categories for bonus buy (753 titles), jackpots, Megaways, “books” games, hold-and-win style “savings” games and seasonal collections. Classic NetEnt titles such as Starburst are present. The lobby has demo play for games that support it, which the FAQ confirms.

We score games 7.0: a big slot library and the key Evolution game shows, but no Pragmatic Play, a small live section and a lobby noticeably smaller for India than for other countries.

Payments for Indian players

Welle’s public payment information comes from a list the site loads for each country. The list for India is the same mix of cards, e-wallets and crypto we saw at Wazbee, with nothing aimed at Indian banking.

The public payment page shows a fixed €1 fee on card deposits; the other methods were shown without fees. How to deposit from India

1. Register and choose your account currency carefully. The terms say it can’t be changed later, and INR isn’t offered, so pick EUR or USD.
2. Complete your profile with your real name, date of birth, phone number and address. The terms say wrong details can stop verification, and only very small spelling errors can be fixed later.
3. Open the cashier with the ”+” button under your username (on mobile, open the menu at the bottom left first).
4. Choose a bonus or deposit without one, then pick a method. With a crypto deposit, send at least the minimum: the terms warn that transfers below the minimum may be lost.
5. Pay from an account or wallet in your own name. Withdrawals go only to the registered account holder.

How to withdraw

1. Turn over your deposit before asking for a payout. The terms require 3x your deposit on slots, 6x on crash, fishing, dice and live games, 15x on blackjack and baccarat, or 1x on sports bets at odds of 1.5 or more. Without this, Welle can charge a 15% fee on the withdrawal.
2. Request the payout to the method you last deposited with, or by bank transfer. Any active bonus is cancelled when you withdraw.
3. Expect a security check after a single withdrawal above €1,000 or cumulative withdrawals above €2,000. You may be asked for your passport or ID, proof of address, a colour photo of your card, payment statements or a selfie with your ID.
4. Be ready for a video call if asked: the terms give you seven days to complete video verification, extendable on request.
5. Big wins (10,000 euros or more, 5,000x your stake, or a balance of €50,000) can trigger checks of up to seven working days.

Higher loyalty levels raise the limits. Note also that your withdrawal limit follows the method you deposited with: if you deposited by card, the card limits apply even to a crypto payout unless you deposit more in crypto.

Payments score 5.0. The method list is decent for e-wallet and crypto users, and processing is quick, but with no rupees and no UPI, most Indian players will have to convert money first.

Mobile experience

We didn’t find a Welle app on any page we read. The terms mention apps in general wording, but the site offers no download link or install guide that we could see. Welle is played in the mobile browser. The FAQ describes the mobile layout: the menu button sits at the bottom left, and the support shell icon at the bottom right.

The FAQ’s deposit instructions cover the mobile version, so the cashier works in the mobile browser as well. We tested the site on a desktop browser only, so we can’t comment on how smoothly the mobile layout runs.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Bookmark welle.casino and check the address before you log in. The terms warn that genuine emails only come from addresses ending in @welle.casino.
• Live game shows need a steady connection, so use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G/5G signal.
• Keep a photo of your ID, a recent address document and your payment method ready, because verification can be requested by email or video.

We score mobile 6.5: a full mobile site with Hindi, but no app.

Customer support

The about page says support is available 24/7. You reach live chat through the shell icon on the site, or email [email protected]. Account security questions, address changes and self-exclusion requests go to [email protected]. Welle also lists Facebook, Telegram and Instagram channels. We didn’t open a chat ourselves.

Languages

The site language list has 15 options, including Hindi and English. When we loaded the site with a Hindi browser setting, menus and promotion pages appeared in Hindi. Support languages aren’t published, and the terms say complaints are accepted in English only, with the English terms taking priority. Responsible gambling tools

The FAQ says you can choose a cool-off period of 1, 2, 5 or 7 days yourself under Account > Limits. The responsible gaming page mentions 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day and 2-month breaks, with longer periods only by email to [email protected]. The terms add that support agents can’t set blocks longer than a week, so longer limits and exclusions must be requested by email with your name, phone number, reason and time frame. Support scores 7.5: round-the-clock chat and email, a Hindi interface and a named licence holder, held back by English-only complaints and limits that partly depend on emails.

Our verdict

Welle has some real strengths. India isn’t restricted, the site is available in Hindi, the lobby holds about 7,800 games for India, and the Evolution titles Indian players ask for are there: Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Live, Super Andar Bahar and Teen Patti, plus Aviator and a long list of crash and Plinko games. The loyalty programme pays weekly cashback from 8%, and payouts at higher levels are processed in minutes rather than days.

The drawbacks are just as clear. There are no rupee accounts and no UPI, Paytm or NetBanking, so you’ll be paying through e-wallets, cards with a fee, or crypto. The welcome package looks generous at €1,000 and 200 spins, but 50x wagering on deposit plus bonus within seven days is one of the stricter rule sets we’ve seen. And the India lobby has no Pragmatic Play and only a small live section.

If you already use Skrill, Neteller or crypto and mainly play slots, Welle is a reasonable choice, and you may find its sister site Wazbee slightly better for bonuses.
