Spinch Casino review

Overview

Spinch is an online casino that, according to its footer, is owned and operated by TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica (registration number 3-102-913501). The footer also says spinch.com operates under licence number ALSI-202410047-FI2 from the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. The brand’s mascot is a squirrel, and the about page describes it as “a globally-accessible and modern platform” with casino games only. There is a “Quick Sport” section among the instant games, but no sportsbook.

For Indian players the starting point is reasonable. India is not on the restricted-country list in the terms and conditions (version 4.0, updated 15 January 2026), and India is included in the 201-country list the site uses for registration. The lobby is large, and it carries live Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Evolution’s Hindi Lightning Roulette.

The problems are payments and language. INR is not one of the 22 account currencies, the payments page has no Indian methods, and Hindi isn’t among the 21 site languages. In practice, Spinch is a crypto, card or e-wallet casino for Indian players, priced in euros or dollars.

The site blocked our US connection, so we checked it from Japan.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The welcome pack covers your first three deposits. Each step needs its own bonus code, entered before you pay.

The homepage advertises this as “225% up to €31,500 + 225 FS”, which matches the three steps. A second banner on the same page shows a smaller “225% up to €6,000 + 150 FS” version with a chance on the Spinch Wheel. Go by the bonus terms and the promotion cards, which both describe the €31,500 package.

The promotion cards say the first-step free spins come with the bonus. On steps two and three, they arrive on the second day after activation.

Three details matter more than the headline. First, the €30,000 cap on the first bonus doesn’t mean much when the terms cap deposit-bonus winnings at five times your deposit, up to €5,000. Second, 40x within seven days is a lot of play. A €100 bonus needs €4,000 in slot bets in a week, at no more than €2 a spin. Third, the general terms say live and table games count 5%, while the Lucky Lootbox page says 0%. Either way, the bonus is no use for Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or live game shows.

The FAQ adds to the confusion. It still tells players to use a code called WBSPIN with a €30 deposit, which doesn’t match the current bonus terms. Use the codes on the promotions page, and see our wagering requirements guide for a way to judge offers like this.

The cashback offers are the best part of the bonus package. With only 3x wagering, they’re worth more to a regular player than the big welcome headline. Be careful with the Bonus Cancellation offer: it rewards you for cancelling a withdrawal and putting the money back into play. We score the bonus 5.5. The cashback is good value, but the welcome pack has strict wagering, a €2 bet limit, a low winnings cap and conflicting information across the site.

Games and providers

Spinch’s lobby is large. The provider feed the site loads listed 149 studios and 14,101 games when we checked. The site’s own pages give lower figures (“5,000+”, “6,000+” and “7,000+” in different places), which look out of date. The biggest catalogues in the feed were KA Gaming (1,006), Spinomenal (706), Pragmatic Play (613), Playtech (613), Pragmatic Play Live (472), Fazi (456) and Evolution (412).

Live studios include Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, Winfinity, Absolute Live Gaming, LuckyStreak, SA Gaming and BetGames. Slot studios include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, BGaming, ELK, Thunderkick, Habanero, PG Soft and many smaller names.

We checked the feed through a Japanese connection. Studios restrict games by country, so an Indian account could see a slightly different lobby.

Slots and instant games

The popular Pragmatic Play titles are all there, including Sweet Bonanza in several versions and Gates of Olympus, Gates of Olympus 1000, 2500 and Super Scatter. Pragmatic Play Live’s Sweet Bonanza Candyland and Gates of Olympus Roulette are in the live lobby.

The menu also has a Quick Wins section with crash games, Plinko, “chicken” games and quick games, plus categories for bonus-buy slots, jackpots, Drops & Wins, table games and roulette. Most slots can be played in demo mode; the FAQ says live games are real-money only.

We score games 8.0. The lobby is huge, and every Indian favourite we searched for was there, with Evolution and Ezugi live tables. We couldn’t check it from an Indian connection, and the game counts on the site’s own pages don’t match.

Payments for Indian players

This is where Spinch falls short for India. The cashier has plenty of methods, but none of them are Indian, and you can’t hold a rupee balance.

The payments page doesn’t filter by country, so the cashier after login might show different options. The terms say method availability “may vary depending on your country of residence”, and support suggests emailing [email protected] to ask which methods suit your region. We couldn’t confirm what an Indian account sees.

How to deposit from India

1. Register and choose your account currency. With no INR, most Indian players will pick USD, EUR or a cryptocurrency such as USDT.
2. Open the cashier and check which methods your account is offered. The public payments page lists crypto, cards and e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity, but it doesn’t say which of them work for India.
3. If you want a bonus, enter the code (for example SPINCHFTD) before you pay and deposit at least €20 or the equivalent.
4. Pay from an account in your own name. The terms ban third-party payments.
5. For crypto, send at least the minimum shown in the cashier. The terms say deposits below the minimum can’t be processed or returned.

How to withdraw

1. Wager each deposit at least 3x before you request a withdrawal. The terms say the casino may otherwise charge transaction costs.
2. Request at least €30 (or the crypto equivalent). Bank transfers can’t be paid in USD.
3. Expect to verify your identity with a passport, driving licence or national ID, and proof of address. The terms say processing time is counted from when your documents are verified.
4. Use the same method you deposited with where possible. The casino can pay card deposits back to the card as refunds, and the rest by another method.
5. Wait for processing. The payments page lists every method as instant, but the terms say bank transfers take up to ten banking days.

Payments score 4.0. The limits are clear and crypto is well supported, but with no rupee account and no Indian methods, every deposit involves conversion or crypto.

Mobile experience

Spinch doesn’t have an app in the App Store or Google Play. Its install page explains how to add the site as a web app. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share and choose “Add to Home Screen”. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the three dots and choose “Install app”. The same option works in Chrome on Mac and Windows.

The mobile site uses the same lobby and cashier as the desktop site, and the game feed marks games like Aviator as available on both desktop and mobile.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Install the web app only from spinch.com, and check the address before you log in.
• Live Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and game shows need a steady connection. Use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G or 5G signal.
• Keep photos of your ID and a recent bank statement or utility bill ready for verification.
• If you deposit crypto from a mobile wallet, double-check the network and minimum amount before you send.

We score mobile 6.0: a working installable web app, but no native app and no app-only bonus.

Customer support

The about page says support is available 24/7 by email and live chat. The contact address is [email protected], and the FAQ also gives [email protected]. There’s a support form in the footer and a Telegram link in the menu. We didn’t open a chat ourselves.

Languages

The site offers 21 language options: English (including Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, Philippine and Costa Rican versions), French, Portuguese, German, Greek, Norwegian, Slovenian, Slovak, Bulgarian, Romanian, Latvian, Luxembourgish, Polish and Spanish. Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming page points to self-tests and advice from BeGambleAware. Self-exclusion is handled by email to [email protected], and the policy says chat requests won’t be actioned. The pages disagree on the periods: the self-exclusion policy offers 6 months, 9 months or 1 year, while the responsible gaming page says between 6 months and 5 years. If you ask to end a self-exclusion early, the terms say your account is reactivated only after a further seven days. The FAQ says other limits can be requested from support managers. Our verdict

Spinch has a lot going for it on the games side. It accepts Indian registrations, and its lobby of about 14,000 games includes everything Indian players usually look for: live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar from Ezugi and Evolution, Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Live, Hindi Lightning Roulette, Aviator and cricket-themed tables. The cashback offers, with only 3x wagering, are better value than most welcome bonuses.

For Indian players, the drawbacks are significant. There’s no INR account, no UPI or Paytm, and no Hindi site. The welcome pack looks huge, but 40x wagering in seven days, a €2 maximum bet and a winnings cap of five times your deposit make it hard to profit from. The FAQ, payments page and terms also disagree on several points, so read the terms rather than the marketing.

If you already use crypto or Skrill and mostly play live games, Spinch is worth a look for its lobby and cashback.
