Overview

RoiBets is an online casino and sportsbook. Its terms say it is “held and operated by Famagousta B.V.”, a company registered in Curaçao (Commercial Register No. 152449). The footer says Famagousta B.V. is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/155/0098. Payments are processed by Fodenmacko Trading Co. Limited of Nicosia, Cyprus. The address roibets.com redirected us to roibets88.com, which is where we read the site.

India is not a problem on paper. Section 2.5.4 of the terms bars players from the USA, Curaçao, Malta, the UK, Spain, Lithuania and Australia. India isn’t on that list, and it isn’t on the list of countries excluded from bonuses either. The about page promises “over 9000 games”, a sportsbook and 24/7 support.

The trouble for Indian players is in the cashier. Everything is priced in euros, there are no Indian payment methods, and the withdrawal rules are among the tightest we have seen.

The site blocked our direct connection, so we checked it from Japan. The payments pages showed the Japanese method list, and an Indian account could see a slightly different one.

The headline is generous, but the wagering is heavy. Because it applies to the deposit plus the bonus, a €100 deposit with a €125 bonus needs €6,750 in slot bets within 30 days. That’s 30 times €225. The bonus is also no help for Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or game shows, since live tables are excluded. Aviator and Sweet Bonanza are on the excluded list too.

There’s a second, separate offer for crypto players: 150% up to 1 BTC plus 150 free spins on Reels of Wealth, credited automatically on a first crypto deposit of €30 or more. It has 40x wagering on the bonus only, within 30 days, and a €5 maximum bet.

Two account rules also affect bonus players. Every deposit must be wagered at least three times before withdrawal. Slots and live lobby extras

The live lobby includes Pragmatic Play’s Sweet Bonanza Candyland and Gates of Olympus Roulette alongside the usual blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables. In the slot section, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter and Bigger Bass Splash are used for the weekly free spins. We score games 7.5. The studio list is long, and Evolution, Ezugi and Playtech are all there with Aviator and Andar Bahar. We couldn’t confirm Teen Patti, couldn’t see the full lobby, and checked from Japan rather than India.

This is where RoiBets falls down for India. The cashier is built around euros, e-wallets, vouchers and crypto.

How to deposit from India

1. Register and log in. Accounts are priced in euros, so expect currency conversion on any non-crypto method.
2. Open the deposit page and check which methods your account is offered. The public page lists e-wallets, vouchers and crypto, but none of the Indian methods.
3. If you want a bonus, choose it from the drop-down list before paying, and deposit at least €25 (€30 for the crypto welcome offer).
4. Pay only from a card or account in your own name. The terms say deposits from third-party accounts can lead to void winnings.
5. For crypto, send the coin on the network the cashier shows. The crypto welcome bonus is credited automatically.

How to withdraw

1. Wager each deposit at least three times. The terms require it before any withdrawal.
2. Finish or cancel any active bonus. Cancelling removes the bonus, its winnings and the amount already wagered.
3. Upload your passport or national ID before your first withdrawal. Payouts over €2,300 need proof of identity, age and address.
4. Request between €100 and €500 per transaction, to the same account you deposited from.
5. Allow up to 72 hours after the payments team approves your request. Amounts over the monthly limit roll over to the next month.

The payout rules repeat themselves and don’t agree. One section gives a €1,000 daily withdrawal limit and instalments for wins over €10,000. Another gives €5,000 a day in net winnings and instalments over €30,000. Plan on the stricter figure.

Payments score 4.0. Crypto and e-wallets are covered, but there are no rupee options, the €100 minimum withdrawal is high, and the caps would bite on any big win.

Mobile experience

We didn’t find an app for RoiBets on the site, and the footer has no app-store links. The site works in a mobile browser and switches to a compact logo and menu on small screens.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Bookmark the site you actually use, since roibets.com redirects to roibets88.com.
• Live tables such as Andar Bahar need a steady connection. Use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G or 5G signal.
• Keep photos of your passport or national ID and proof of address on hand for verification.
• Check the network carefully before sending crypto from a mobile wallet.

We score mobile 6.0: a working mobile site, but no app and no mobile-specific features we could confirm.

Customer support

The contact page says live chat is available “everyday 24/7”, and email goes to [email protected], also 24/7. Support is offered in English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish. We didn’t open a chat ourselves.

Languages

Responsible gambling tools

The terms describe a few tools in the account settings:

• Limits: lowering a limit works at once; raising or removing one takes 24 hours
• Time-out: a short break that blocks deposits, withdrawals and play; it can only be revoked after 24 hours
• Self-exclusion: requested by email. Your account is first closed for a 24-hour cooling-off period, then support offers fixed exclusion periods, and you must confirm by email within another 24 hours.

Our verdict

RoiBets has a solid base. It’s licensed in Curaçao, it accepts players from India, and its lobby of more than 9,000 games includes Evolution, Ezugi and Playtech live tables, Playtech’s Andar Bahar, Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and Aviator. The weekly promotions are busy, and the Thursday live casino cashback is good value.

The money side is the problem. There’s no rupee pricing, UPI or Paytm, and no Hindi site. The welcome pack needs 30x the deposit plus the bonus, and the payout rules are strict: €100 to €500 per withdrawal, €7,000 a month, €50,000 in total net winnings and a 15x cap for single-deposit players. Some of these rules contradict each other, which doesn’t help.
