Overview

Mirax Casino is a crypto-focused online casino with a steampunk circus theme. Its home page calls itself a “futuristic circus carnival” and mostly promotes Bitcoin play, but it also takes US dollars, euros and a few other fiat currencies. The menu has no sportsbook, just casino games, live dealer tables, tournaments, a lootbox promotion and a VIP club with its own MCoins currency.

For Indian players, the key fact is in the terms. India is not on the restricted-country list, so you can open an account and play for real money. The list is long, though, and covers several of India’s neighbours, including Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. India does appear on a separate list of countries excluded from no-deposit offers.

What Mirax lacks is anything built for India. There is no INR account, no UPI or other Indian payment method, no Hindi version and no rupee bonus figures. You would be playing in crypto, USD or EUR. The pages we read also don’t name the company that runs the site or give a licence number. The only hint is a reference to Curaçao in the anti-money-laundering section of the terms.

The welcome package covers your first four deposits. The bonus terms give the cap in BTC and in each fiat currency. We show the BTC and USD figures here, because those are the currencies an Indian player is most likely to use.

Added up, that’s the home page’s headline of 5 BTC plus 150 free spins, or $4,000 if you play in dollars. The terms also list caps for ETH, LTC, USDT, TRX, DOGE and other coins, for example 400 USDT on the first deposit and 2,000 USDT on the fourth.

Codes have to be typed in capital letters in the “Bonus Code” field of your profile before you deposit. If you skip the code, you won’t get the bonus for that step.

Other pages give different figures. The promotions page says crypto deposit bonuses need 40x and free spins 45x. The VIP page shows “x45 wager” next to the welcome package. The general bonus rules say bonuses from promotions or VIP managers need 30x. On the minimum deposit, the FAQ says 20 USD/EUR and the promotions page 0.001 BTC. We’d go by the welcome package section of the bonus terms (35x, 0.00028 BTC), but ask support to confirm before you deposit.

We score the bonus 5.5. The package is large, and 35x is fair for the industry. But there are no rupee figures, the terms contradict each other, and Indian players are shut out of the no-deposit deals.

Some names are our reading of the short provider codes the site uses.

We couldn’t count the games ourselves. The site hides the lobby from the regions we could connect from, and every category showed “No games found”. So we can’t confirm the 7,000 figure or the titles an Indian account would see.

The terms add a list of game restrictions set by Evolution’s group of studios (Evolution, NetEnt, Red Tiger and others). Two NetEnt slots, Planet of the Apes and Vikings, are blocked in India.

There’s also a “Bonus Wagering” category that lists the games that count towards bonus wagering. The footer links crypto pages for slots, live casino, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker, and a provably fair page.

We score games 7.0. The studio list is solid and includes the live and crash names Indian players want. Because we couldn’t see a single game, we can’t confirm what’s actually there for an Indian account.

Payments for Indian players

This is where Mirax falls short for India. It is built around crypto, US dollars and euros, and nothing on the payments page is aimed at Indian players.

Currencies

The terms list EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, DOGE, XRP, TRX, ADA, BNB, USDT, USDC and SOL. The FAQ adds NOK, PLN and BRL. You can hold more than one currency in your wallet and add a new one from the “Balance” tab. There’s no INR, so if you deposit in dollars your bank or wallet will convert from rupees and may charge for it.

How to deposit from India

1. Register with your username, password, mobile number, address and email, then click the activation link sent to your inbox.
2. Choose a currency. For crypto, pick the coin you’ll actually send. For e-wallets, USD is the simplest option.
3. Click “Deposit”, choose the currency and method, and enter the amount. Fiat methods need at least $10.
4. For the welcome bonus, deposit at least 0.00028 BTC or 20 USD/EUR. Type W2, W3 or W4 in the bonus code field for steps two to four.
5. For crypto, copy the wallet address and double-check it. The FAQ warns that coins sent to the wrong address can’t be recovered, and that blockchain confirmations can delay the balance.
6. Use your own account or wallet. The terms forbid third-party payments and void any winnings from them.

How to withdraw

1. Wager your deposit at least three times before you withdraw. The terms raise this to 10 times for table and live games.
2. Go to “Wallet”, then “Withdrawal”, and enter the amount and method. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with where possible.
3. Complete verification when asked: a passport, ID card or driving licence, a selfie with the document and sometimes proof of address. The FAQ says verification normally takes up to 24 hours.
4. Be ready for a video call or phone call. The terms say an account can be locked if the casino can’t reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request.
5. Wait for the payment. Crypto and most e-wallets are listed as instant once approved, cards 3 to 5 banking days and bank transfers 5 to 7.

The caps are the biggest problem in this table. The terms set them in BTC and the FAQ in dollars or euros, so the two won’t match as the Bitcoin price moves. Ask support which figure applies to your account before you play for large amounts.

Payments score 3.5. Crypto is well covered and fast, but there’s no rupee option at all, cards cost 2.5%, and the withdrawal caps are unclear.

Mobile experience

None of the pages we read mention a native app. The site is built to run in a mobile browser and publishes a web app manifest, so you can add it to your phone’s home screen. The FAQ says all modern games are built in HTML5, which runs on any recent phone or browser, and suggests an outdated browser is the usual reason a game won’t load.

The mobile site has the same menu as the desktop version: games, lootbox, promotions, tournaments, VIP, payments and a game search. Demo play is available for every game except live tables, without registering.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Use a well-known crypto wallet app on the same phone, so you can copy the deposit address without retyping it.
• Live games need a steady connection. Use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G/5G signal for Evolution and Ezugi tables.
• Keep your ID and a selfie with it ready before you request your first withdrawal.

The FAQ says support is available 24/7 through live chat on the website and by email at [email protected]. There is also a contact form on the support page. The FAQ admits replies can be slow when agents are busy. We didn’t open a chat ourselves.

Languages

According to the FAQ, you can set daily and monthly limits on deposits, losses and session time yourself in your account settings. You can also block access for a day, a week or a month, or ask support to close your account for as long as you choose. Our verdict

Mirax is a straightforward crypto casino. India isn’t banned, the welcome package is large at up to 5 BTC plus 150 free spins, and 35x wagering is reasonable. The studio list includes Evolution, Ezugi and Spribe, and the weekly reloads, lootbox and cashback give regular players something to claim.

For most Indian players, though, it’s a poor fit. There’s no INR, no UPI or other Indian method, no Hindi and no rupee bonus figures. The FAQ, promotions page and terms disagree on wagering, minimum deposits and withdrawal caps. We also couldn’t see the lobby from any connection we tried, and the operator isn’t named.

If you already hold crypto and are happy to play in BTC or USDT, Mirax is a usable option. Confirm the wagering and withdrawal caps with support before you deposit.
