Overview

Crocoslots is an international online casino with a crocodile mascot, a large slots lobby and a VIP club built around “Croco Coins”. The version of the general terms that the site shows to visitors from India, Canada and Zimbabwe says the casino is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. Those terms were last updated on 8 April 2026.

For Indian players, the picture is mixed. The good news is that India is not on the list of restricted countries in those terms, INR is one of the accepted currencies, and the lobby carries the card games Indian players look for most: live Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger from Ezugi, plus Aviator. The bad news is that the bonus terms specifically exclude India from the welcome package and from no-deposit offers, and the payments page has no UPI, Paytm or other Indian method.

That makes Crocoslots a casino you would choose for its games and its daily cashback rather than for a sign-up offer. If a big welcome bonus matters to you, look elsewhere. If you are happy to play without one and can deposit with an e-wallet or crypto, it is worth reading on.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Crocoslots advertises a three-part Welcome Package on its promotions page. We set it out here so you know what other players are offered, but read the next section before you get your hopes up.

Each step needs a deposit of at least €20, the money bonus lasts one month, free spins last seven days, and both bonus and free-spin winnings must be wagered 45 times. The promotions page also contains an older text block that describes the first bonus as “100% up to €1000 + 100 FS”. The bonus terms say 150%, and they are the document that applies.

Not available to players from India

Section 4.2 of the bonus terms lists the countries whose players can’t receive the Welcome Package. India (IN) is on that list. India is also on the list of countries excluded from no-deposit bonuses, which covers free spins and bonus money from quests, tournaments, special promotions and points exchanges.

This is the single biggest weakness of Crocoslots for Indian players. Don’t enter the CS1 code expecting a bonus, and don’t sign up on the strength of a banner you see elsewhere. If an offer turns up in your account anyway, ask support in writing whether it is valid for your country before you play with it, because the terms say bonuses obtained against the rules can be cancelled along with their winnings.

What Indian players can claim

Two regular promotions are not on the India exclusion list.

Cashback Hunt. If you wager at least €100 of real money in a day, you get cashback on the previous day’s net result. The rate climbs each day you qualify in a row:

Miss the qualifying amount and the rate resets. The daily cap depends on your VIP level, from €500 with no VIP status up to €5,000 at Diamond. The cashback is paid as a bonus with wagering of 35x at the entry level, 25x at Bronze, 15x at Silver, 7x at Gold and 3x at Diamond. You must activate it within 24 hours and use it within seven days.

VIP Boost. From Silver VIP level you can enter the code BOOST on one deposit a day for a 25% bonus (Silver), 35% (Gold) or 50% (Diamond), capped at €100, €200 and €500. Wagering is 45x, 35x and 25x respectively.

The VIP programme itself awards Croco Coins at one coin per €20 wagered with real money. The VIP page lists Standard, Silver, Gold and Diamond levels, with level-up prizes of €100, €500 and €1,000 and a dedicated host from Gold. Note that the bonus terms do not exclude India from VIP level prizes either.

Because live games don’t count at all, cashback earned on Teen Patti or Andar Bahar losses has to be wagered on slots. We score the bonus 3.5. Indian players lose the main offer, and what’s left is a cashback scheme with steep wagering at the lower VIP levels.

Crocoslots is a big lobby. The site’s own category feed reported these counts when we checked:

The provider list we were served held 106 studios, among them Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Playson, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick, Quickspin, BGaming, Betsoft, Endorphina, Evoplay, Booming Games, Kalamba, Mascot, Spinomenal, Spribe and Playtech. We queried the feed from outside India, and some studios limit their games by country, so the lobby for an Indian account could look different.

Two names were missing from what we saw: Evolution and Pragmatic Play. Searches for Crazy Time, MONOPOLY, Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus returned nothing. That may be a territorial restriction rather than a gap in the casino’s contracts, but we can’t confirm Evolution games are available to Indian players.

With more than 8,000 slots there’s plenty of choice: Megaways, bonus-buy, hold-and-win and jackpot collections, plus seasonal categories. Instant-game fans will find 45 Plinko titles, including Spribe’s and Hacksaw’s versions, and 17 Mines games. The lobby also runs tournament collections such as Croco Rush Hour, Spinoleague and Million Drops.

We score games 7.5: a very large lobby with the key Indian card games and Aviator, marked down because we couldn’t find Evolution or Pragmatic Play from our test location.

Crocoslots publishes a payments page with methods, limits and processing times. The cashier itself is only visible after login, and it shows the methods for your country, so treat the list below as the full menu rather than what you will definitely see.

The terms served to India list EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NZD, NOK, BRL, JPY, INR and six cryptocurrencies. The public currency feed the site loads also includes INR. So you can hold your balance in rupees, which avoids conversion each time you play.

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not on the page. For most Indian players, that leaves an e-wallet such as Skrill, Neteller or MiFinity, or crypto. How to deposit from India

1. Register with your email address and confirm it through the link in the welcome email. Choose INR as your account currency if the form offers it.
2. Click “Deposit” in the top right corner and look at the methods the cashier shows for your account.
3. Pick an e-wallet or a cryptocurrency. Cards are listed, but Indian banks often decline gambling payments, so have a backup.
4. Deposit at least €20 or the equivalent (₹2,000 at the rate in the bonus terms). For crypto, check the coin minimum, such as 20 USDT.
5. Don’t enter a welcome code: the Welcome Package isn’t available to players from India.
6. Pay only from an account in your own name. The terms say third-party payments lead to confiscated winnings.

How to withdraw

1. Make sure you have wagered at least three times your last deposit. If you haven’t, the terms let the casino charge you its transaction fees.
2. Click your profile icon and choose “Withdraw”.
3. Select a method. Withdrawals generally go back through a method you’ve used, and bank transfers have a higher €200 minimum.
4. Upload the documents the casino asks for: typically ID, proof of address and proof of payment. The terms ask for documents in Latin or Cyrillic script, or a video call if you can’t provide them.
5. Answer any email or phone contact quickly. If the casino can’t reach you within two weeks, the account can be locked, and winnings can be forfeited if KYC isn’t completed within 40 days of the request.

Payments score 5.0. Rupee accounts are a real plus, but without UPI or Paytm most Indian players will need an e-wallet or crypto, and the €5,000 weekly cap is low for bigger winners.

Mobile experience

We found no app page on Crocoslots and no download link in the site’s page list. The casino is played in the mobile browser. The lobby feed tags games for desktop and mobile, and the Ezugi tables, Aviator and the bulk of the slots are marked as mobile-ready.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Bookmark the official crocoslots.com address rather than following links from messages or social media.
• Live tables need a steady connection, so use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G/5G signal for Teen Patti and Andar Bahar.
• Photograph your ID and a recent proof of address in good light before you ask for your first withdrawal. The terms don’t accept documents in scripts other than Latin or Cyrillic.
• If you use a crypto wallet app, double-check the network and address before you send coins.

We score mobile 6.5: the browser site works, but there’s no app and no mobile-specific features.

Customer support

The support page promises 24/7 help through live chat and email at [email protected], and claims answers “in less than a minute” on chat. We didn’t open a chat, so we can’t confirm that figure. VIP members from Gold level get a personal host.

Languages

Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gambling policy shown to Indian visitors lists:

Our verdict

Crocoslots does some things well for Indian players. You can open an account in rupees, India isn’t on the restricted-country list in the terms you’ll be shown, and the lobby has the Ezugi card tables, Hindi roulette, cricket games and Aviator. The daily Cashback Hunt is one of the more generous cashback schemes we’ve seen, at up to 20% of a day’s net losses.

The drawbacks are just as clear. The welcome package and no-deposit bonuses are closed to India, there’s no UPI or Paytm, withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a week, and we couldn’t find Evolution or Pragmatic Play games from our test location.

If you already use Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity or crypto and mainly want a big slots lobby with live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, Crocoslots is a reasonable option.
