24Casino opened in 2024 and is run by Novatrix SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. The site has a casino, a live casino, a sportsbook section, tournaments, raffles, a VIP club and a “Casino Store” where you can buy bonuses with points. The official providers page lists more than 40 studios, from Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO to Evolution, Spribe and SmartSoft.

What sets 24Casino apart from many sites we review is that its welcome bonus terms are actually published in detail. That makes it a useful casino to learn from: you can see exactly what you are agreeing to, and decide whether it suits the way you play. The flip side is that those terms are fairly strict, and there are a few charges in the general terms that are easy to miss.

For Indian players the main limitation is banking. INR is not an account currency, and UPI, Paytm and IMPS are not listed, so you would be depositing in euros or dollars through a card or e-wallet, or using one of the crypto accounts. The site does show a separate version of its terms and conditions to players from India (along with Canada and Zimbabwe), and we used that version for this review.

How the first-deposit spins arrive

The 150 spins are split. Fifty land straight away on Sweet Bonanza (Pragmatic Play) or Elvis Frog in Vegas (BGaming), then 20 more arrive each day for five days on a series of slots such as Big Bass Bonanza and Gates of Olympus 1000, or BGaming alternatives. Second-deposit spins are on Bonanza Billion, third-deposit spins on Elvis Frog Trueways, and fourth-deposit spins on Book of Fallen or Fruit Million. The terms note that the game can vary by location.

What these terms mean in practice

The headline issue is the combination of 40x wagering and a 5-day window. A worked example: deposit €100, receive a €100 bonus, and 40x means €4,000 in bets within five days. At the €5 maximum bet, that is at least 800 spins, which is a lot of play in a short time. We count this tight turnover window as a weakness.

The caps matter too. However well a session goes, winnings from a welcome deposit bonus are capped at €5,000 and winnings from the welcome spins at €1,000. The bonus terms also list a long table of games excluded from wagering, including Plinko and some blackjack variants, so check the list before you play bonus money. High-roller alternative

Instead of the standard first-deposit bonus, larger depositors can take 125% up to €2,500 plus 100 free spins with a €500 minimum deposit, at the same 40x. A second high-roller deposit offer of 125% up to €2,500 plus 100 spins follows. A €500 deposit is a serious commitment, and it only makes sense if that amount already sits comfortably inside your monthly entertainment budget.

Other promotions

The promotions page also lists cashback, rakeback, mystery drops and a Telegram channel for bonus drops. The Casino Store sells bonuses for points: for example, a Bronze Bonus costs €20 and gives a €30 cash bonus with 40x wagering and a €300 winnings cap. These all carry the same short activation and 5-day use windows, so treat them as optional extras rather than a reason to play more.

Our rubric scores the bonus on value and clarity: the package is large and its terms are published in full, but 40x in five days holds it back. 24Casino doesn’t publish a total game count, and its public lobby feed did not return games for our location when we checked, so we can’t give a reliable number. What the official site does publish is a providers page with more than 40 studios:

Games Indian players look for

We searched the site for the titles Indian players ask about most. Because the lobby feed was unavailable from our location, we could only check the studio list and the site’s own pages, not individual game tiles. Here is what we can and can’t confirm.

Teen Patti. We could not find Teen Patti anywhere on 24Casino’s public pages. Ezugi, the studio best known for live Teen Patti, is not on the providers page. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are listed, but we can’t confirm that a Teen Patti table is offered. If this is the game you want, read our Teen Patti guide and ask support before you deposit.

Andar Bahar. Same result: we could not find Andar Bahar on the site’s public pages, and we can’t confirm a table. Our Andar Bahar guide explains the rules and side bets if you find it elsewhere.

Aviator and other crash games. Spribe, the studio that makes Aviator, is on the providers page, and so is SmartSoft, which makes JetX. That’s a good sign, but we could not open the game list to confirm that Aviator itself is live for Indian accounts, because studios can restrict titles by country. Live dealer tables. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are both listed, and the live casino has separate roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game show sections. Slots

Pragmatic Play features heavily in the welcome spins, so it is worth reading our Sweet Bonanza guide if tumbling-reel slots appeal. Bonus buys and Nolimit City or Hacksaw titles tend to be high volatility, which can drain a balance fast. Our explainer on RTP and volatility is worth a read before you try them. The terms also say some games may be unavailable in certain countries because of provider restrictions, so the lobby you see may differ from the providers page.

Payments for Indian players

INR is not one of 24Casino’s account currencies. The currencies the site returns are EUR, USD, NOK, NZD, AUD, CAD, CLP, CHF and CZK, plus seven cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Tether (USDT) and Solana. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not on the payments page.

The India version of the terms doesn’t list specific methods either. It asks players to contact support at [email protected] to find out which payment methods are most favourable for their country. That’s worth doing before you deposit, because the cashier you see after signing up may not match the general payments page.

Several of these are country-specific (Interac for Canada, Pix and Pay4Fun for Brazil), so the realistic options for an Indian player are cards, international e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, MuchBetter or AstroPay, and crypto.

How to deposit

1. Open an account and confirm your email address. The FAQ says a verification email is sent when you sign up.
2. Choose your playing currency. INR isn’t available, so pick EUR or USD for cards and e-wallets, or a crypto currency such as USDT or BTC. You can add more currencies later from the Wallet section of your profile.
3. Open the cashier and pick a method in your own name. The terms say third-party payments are not accepted, and winnings from such deposits can be confiscated.
4. Enter at least €20 (or $20). The payments page lists a maximum of €4,000 ($5,000) per card or e-wallet deposit.
5. If you want the welcome bonus, make sure the deposit is at least €20, and enter 24PACK2, 24PACK3 or 24PACK4 on the second to fourth deposits.
6. For crypto, copy the wallet address shown in the cashier and send the exact coin on the right network. The general terms note that crypto deposits can’t have upper limits applied in the usual way.

Your bank or card issuer may charge a foreign-currency or international transaction fee when you pay a euro-denominated merchant from an Indian card. That charge comes from your bank, not the casino.

How to withdraw

1. Complete verification first. The FAQ says you’ll need a government-issued photo ID and a liveness check, and support may ask for proof of address (a utility bill, phone bill or bank statement no more than 3 months old) or proof of payment.
2. Note the script rule. The India terms say documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet; if they are not, the casino may ask for a video verification showing you holding your documents.
3. Open the cashier, choose Withdraw and pick a method. The payments page lists the same methods for withdrawals as for deposits, apart from Paysafecard. Card payouts go back to the card up to your net deposits, with any extra paid by another method, according to the general terms.
4. Request at least €40 for fiat methods. The general terms put the crypto minimum at the equivalent of €20.
5. Keep an eye on your email and phone. The India terms say your account may be locked if the casino can’t reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, and winnings can be forfeited if KYC isn’t completed within 40 days.

One rule matters a lot: if you withdraw before wagering at least three times your last deposit, the India terms let the casino charge you its deposit and withdrawal processing fees. The payments page lists “None” for fees on every method, but this clause still applies, so play through your deposit before you cash out.

The dormant fee is a real cost if you forget about a small balance. If you stop playing, withdraw what’s left rather than leaving it in the account.

Mobile experience

24Casino doesn’t list an app on the App Store or Google Play, and we found no APK download. Instead, the site is built as a progressive web app (PWA). It publishes a web app manifest that opens the site full screen, and the interface has an “Install App” button. On iPhone, the site’s own instructions are to tap the share icon and then “Add to Home Screen”.

A web app sits between browser play and a native app. It opens from your home screen like any other app, takes up very little storage and updates itself, because it is the same site. Your balance, bonuses, limits and verification status are shared with the desktop site, so you can start on a laptop and carry on from your phone.

The mobile site has the same sections as desktop: the slots and live casino lobbies, promotions, tournaments, the VIP and Casino Store pages, the cashier, and the support FAQ with the live chat button. Personal limits, which we cover below, are also set from your account. We couldn’t test game loading on Indian mobile networks, but the support FAQ notes that slow or lagging games are usually down to the connection, and suggests closing other apps that use bandwidth.

If you play on a phone, set your deposit limit before your first deposit. A one-tap home-screen icon makes it very easy to open the casino on impulse.

Customer support

24Casino’s support page offers two ways to get help: email at [email protected], open to everyone, and live chat, which the site describes as “24/7 Support From the moment you Deposit”. In practice that means the chat is for depositing players. If you have a question about bonus terms or payment methods for India before your first deposit, you will need to email. We count this as a weakness, because pre-deposit questions are exactly where Indian players need answers, such as which methods actually work here.

The support centre has an FAQ split into four sections: Account, Verification, Deposits & Withdrawals, and Bonuses & Games. It is short but useful, and it is where the published withdrawal times and document requirements come from. The casino also runs a Telegram channel, mainly for bonus drops and offers rather than support.

Support languages are not published. The site itself is available in English, Finnish, Norwegian, German, Estonian, Italian, Arabic, French and Spanish versions. Hindi is not offered, and the terms say English is the official language, with the English version taking priority if a translation differs.

Response times are not published, so we can’t give you a typical wait for email or chat.

Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming page lists:

Lowering a limit takes effect straight away, while raising one needs email confirmation and only happens after the current limit runs out. The page also says deposit limits can’t always be applied to crypto deposits, which matters if you plan to play with USDT or BTC. Limits are set through live chat or by email. The account area also has session and time limit settings.

Our verdict

24Casino is one of the more transparent casinos we have reviewed. The welcome terms are published in full, the payments page lists no casino-side fees, there are seven crypto account currencies, and the PWA works from any phone’s home screen. There is even a separate set of terms shown to Indian players, which tells you exactly what applies to you.

The terms themselves are demanding, though. Forty times wagering in five days, with winnings caps on both the bonus and the spins, means the €3,000 package is worth less than it looks. The €40 fiat withdrawal minimum, possible fees if you cash out before wagering your deposit three times, and a dormant-account fee of at least €25 a month add friction. Live chat is closed to you until you deposit, and support languages aren’t published.

For Indian players, the lack of INR, UPI, Paytm and IMPS means this suits crypto and international e-wallet users best. We also could not confirm Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or Aviator in the lobby, although the studios behind Aviator and the main live tables are listed.
