Stelario Casino review

Overview

Stelario is a space-themed online casino with a large slot lobby, live dealer tables and a set of extras: a coin shop, a daily “bonus map”, free-spin subscriptions and a rakeback token called STEL. The terms refer to the website as Stelario.com. Unlike most casinos we review, the terms, footer and about page don’t name the company that runs it. They only say that “we” own and operate the site. That makes it harder to know who you’re dealing with if something goes wrong.

For Indian players, the key check is the list of countries in the terms. Section 2.1.2 lists the countries whose residents can’t register, and India isn’t on it. The list does include the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Pakistan and a long list of others. The bonus terms separately exclude players from Finland, Ireland, Japan and Hungary from bonuses (except cashback).

The catch is money. Stelario is built around euros. The welcome pack is in euros, and the terms give other amounts in Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars, Polish złoty, Scandinavian krone and Hungarian forint. Rupees aren’t mentioned anywhere, and the payment logos are cards and e-wallets. If you’re happy to deposit by card or Skrill and play in euros, it’s an option. If you want UPI, it isn’t.

What Stelario does well is Indian card games. Its game feed has more Teen Patti and Andar Bahar titles than many casinos we’ve checked, plus a good set of cricket-themed games.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The Welcome Bonus Pack is advertised as “250% up to €1100 + 250 FS + 50 coins for the first 3 deposits”. The bonus terms set out the steps:

Deposit	Minimum	Bonus	Maximum bonus	Free spins	Coins
1st	€25	100%	€300	100 on Le Fisherman (Hacksaw)	20
2nd	€25	50%	€500	50 on Le Viking (Hacksaw)	10
3rd	€25	100%	€300	100 on Sugar Rush (Pragmatic Play)	20
Total €1,100	250	50

Free spins are paid in batches of 25 every 24 hours, and each batch has to be used within 24 hours. Coins go to the shop, where you can swap them for free spins or bonus money.

There’s also a single-deposit “Venus Welcome Bonus” of 100% up to €300 + 100 free spins + 20 coins. Its terms match the first step of the pack.

Wagering and key rules

Term	What the site says
Wagering on bonus money	40x the bonus
Wagering on free-spin winnings	40x
Maximum bet with a bonus	€5
Time limit	10 days after activation
Maximum conversion	5x the bonus amount
Free-spin winnings cap	€100 for deposit promotions
Slots	100% contribution, with some titles at 20% or 0%
Table games, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat	0%
Live casino	Not available while a bonus is active
Withdrawing early	Bonus money and its winnings are removed
Active bonuses	One at a time

The 5x cap matters. A €100 bonus can turn into at most €500 of withdrawable money, and anything over that is removed when the bonus converts. The bonus terms also list well-known slots you can’t play while a bonus is active, including Book of Dead, Starburst, Immortal Romance, Reactoonz, Moon Princess and Dead or Alive 2.

The bigger problem for Indian players is the game rules. Live casino games can’t be played with an active bonus, and table games count 0%. If you mainly play Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or roulette, the welcome pack won’t help you. For slot players, a €100 bonus at 40x means €4,000 of bets in ten days. Our wagering requirements guide explains how to judge that.

Other promotions

The promotions page listed these when we checked:

• Weekly cashback: 10% to 15% of net losses depending on VIP level, paid on Mondays. The minimum is €10 and the maximum €2,500. It carries 20x wagering and a cashout cap of 10 times the bonus.
• Subscription Standard: deposit at least €20 to get 240 free spins over the month (60 a week) on a Pragmatic Play slot chosen each week. Winnings from each pack are capped at €150, with 30x wagering.
• Subscription Premium: deposit at least €50 to get 400 free spins over the month (100 a week) on Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw slots, with the same cap and wagering.
• Bonus map: a daily deposit offer. On the day we checked, it was 30% up to €1,000 + 80 free spins on Book of Ra Deluxe.
• Seasonal offers: Halloween deposit bonuses such as “Stellar Specter” (65% up to €5,000 at 40x), valid until 30 October.
• Tournaments: a Pragmatic Play “Spin Win Quest” with a €30,000 prize pool and Stelario’s own “Autumn Rush” with 5,000 coins.

The shop and STEL tokens

The coin shop lets you exchange coins for free spins and bonus money. You earn coins from deposits, achievements and tournament wins, and the “Lucky Bets” feature gives 1 coin per €100 bet. Stelario also runs STEL tokens, which give rakeback on every bet through a third-party widget called TruePlay. The terms say Stelario can limit how many STEL tokens you earn or withdraw based on your activity and deposit-to-withdrawal ratio.

The bonus terms also mention no-deposit bonuses and free spins on registration, with winnings capped at €50 or less. We didn’t see one on offer when we checked.

We score the bonus 6.0. The pack is clearly laid out and the subscriptions are a nice idea, but 40x wagering, the 5x cap and the ban on live games make it a slots-only deal. Our welcome bonus guide explains when it’s better to skip a bonus.

Games and providers

Stelario’s game feed, which the lobby uses, counted 11,241 games when we checked. The site’s own figures don’t agree with each other: the about page says “over 12,000”, and the FAQ says “over 8,000” from “over 70” providers. The feed listed 88 studios.

The category counts we saw were:

Category	Games
Slots	6,825
New	1,407
Jackpot	1,239
Live casino	823
Bonus (buy feature)	393
Table games	141
Minigames	93

The best-known studios include Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Nolimit City, ELK Studios, Relax, Yggdrasil, Playson, BGaming, Novomatic, Playtech, Habanero, Quickspin and Spribe. Live tables come from Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Creedroomz, Imagine Live, Vivo Gaming, Winfinity, XPG, SA Gaming, Asia Gaming and Stakelogic.

One thing is missing. Evolution isn’t in the studio list, even though the about page names it as a partner. So there’s no Crazy Time, Monopoly Live or Evolution’s Lightning Roulette. We searched from outside India, and some studios limit games by country, so an Indian account could see a slightly different lobby.

Games Indian players look for

We searched the game feed for the titles Indian players ask about most:

Game	What we found
Teen Patti	11 titles: Bet on Teen Patti and Teen Patti 3 Card (Ezugi), Teen Patti (Creedroomz, Imagine Live, Vivo Gaming and Turbo Games), Teen Patti 20/20 (XPG), M Teen Patti 20-20 (SA Gaming), Poker Teen Patti (EvoPlay) and others
Andar Bahar	14 titles: Ultimate Andar Bahar, Andar Bahar and Casino Marina Andar Bahar (Ezugi), Andar Bahar (Pragmatic Play Live, Creedroomz, Imagine Live, Vivo Gaming, Winfinity and XPG), plus RNG versions
Aviator	Found (Spribe)
Other crash games	JetX (SmartSoft), Spaceman (Pragmatic Play Live) and 47 results for “crash”, including Cricket Crash (Onlyplay)
Dragon Tiger	More than 20 versions, including Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, Creedroomz and Winfinity
Cricket-themed games	15, including Cricket War and Cricket Auto Roulette (Ezugi), CricketX (SmartSoft), Cricket Duel (EvoPlay) and Cricket Heroes (Endorphina)
Crazy Time / MONOPOLY Live	Not found (no Evolution)

Our guides explain the rules: Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Aviator and Dragon Tiger. For live tables in general, see our live casino guide for India.

Slots and instant games

Sweet Bonanza is listed in nine versions, including 1000, Super Scatter and CandyLand. Gates of Olympus has nine versions too. The search found 53 Plinko games and 29 Mines games, including Spribe’s Mines and Hacksaw’s Mines Dare to Win. Many games have a free demo mode, which is a good way to try them before you deposit.

We score games 7.5. The lobby is big and unusually strong on Indian card games, but there’s no Evolution.

Payments for Indian players

Stelario’s payment options are aimed at European and Canadian players. Here’s what we could see.

Currencies

The bonus terms quote amounts in euros, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, Scandinavian krone, Polish złoty and Hungarian forint, and one offer also mentions Brazilian reais. Rupees aren’t mentioned. The terms say any payment in a different currency from your account is converted at the going rate, and you pay any exchange costs. In practice, an Indian player would most likely play in euros, so check the currency list when you register.

Payment methods shown on the site

Group	Methods
Cards	Visa, Mastercard, JCB
E-wallets	Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity
Prepaid and vouchers	Paysafecard, Dennier club/Deliver
Bank	Interac (Canada)
UPI, Paytm, crypto	Not listed

The FAQ says “methods vary based on your country”, so the cashier may show something different once you log in. We couldn’t open it without an account. If UPI matters to you, our guides to UPI casinos in India and what to check before a UPI or Paytm deposit list better choices. For e-wallets, Skrill and Neteller are the most familiar options for Indian players, but check the fees on their side.

How to deposit from India

1. Register. Stelario allows one account per person and IP address.
2. Choose your account currency carefully. It’s likely to be euros, as rupees aren’t offered.
3. Open the deposit page and pick a method. Cards, Skrill, Neteller or MiFinity are the most likely to work for Indian players.
4. Deposit at least €25 if you want the welcome pack, or €20 or €50 for the subscriptions.
5. Use a card or wallet in your own name. The terms require it.
6. Find the bonus in your profile and activate it if you want it. Stelario says deposits are free of fees on its side.

How to withdraw

1. Get verified. Send your ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method to [email protected]. For cards, that means photos of both sides with only the first six and last four digits showing. A bank statement can also be requested.
2. Wager your deposit at least three times. The terms say Stelario can refuse a withdrawal if you haven’t.
3. Finish or cancel any active bonus. Withdrawing cancels it.
4. Request the withdrawal to the method you deposited with.
5. Wait for processing. You can only have one pending withdrawal per method, and some methods allow only one request per 24 hours.

Don’t use a VPN. The terms list using a VPN or proxy to hide your location as improper activity that can lead to your account being blocked and your balance forfeited.

Limits and times at a glance

Payments score 4.5. There’s no rupee, UPI or crypto option, withdrawal caps are tight and you must turn over your deposit three times.

Mobile experience

Stelario doesn’t offer an app to download. The site describes “the Stelario app” as simply opening the site in your mobile browser, and the FAQ says it works on iOS, Android, tablets and desktops with the same experience. The lobby, promotions, shop and live chat are all on the mobile site.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Bookmark the official site and check the address before you log in.
• Don’t use a VPN to reach the site. The terms treat it as a reason to block your account.
• Live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar need a steady connection, so use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G or 5G signal.
• Photograph your ID and card clearly before you need to withdraw, so verification goes quickly.

We score mobile 6.0. It works in the browser, but there’s no app.

Customer support

The homepage says Stelario’s support team is open 24/7, and there’s a live chat button on the site. The contact page gives two email addresses: [email protected] for general help and [email protected] for the finance team and verification. We didn’t open a chat ourselves, so we can’t comment on response times.

The FAQ is short but covers the basics: verification, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, game history, self-exclusion and account closure.

Languages

Hindi isn’t offered. The site has versions in English, Greek, Finnish, French, Norwegian, Portuguese and Vietnamese. Plan to deal with support in English. Our Hindi casino sites article lists casinos with a Hindi interface.

Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming page suggests setting your own deposit and time limits and taking breaks. Cool-off periods and self-exclusion are arranged through support. Self-exclusion can be set for between six months and five years and can’t be reversed during that time. The FAQ says you can see your deposits, withdrawals and game history for up to three months in your account. The page links to BeGambleAware for a self-test. See our responsible gambling page for more help.

Support scores 7.0: live chat and email around the clock, but no Hindi and no named company to escalate to.

Our verdict

Stelario is strongest on games. Its lobby has a wide choice of Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger and cricket games from Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live and smaller live studios, along with Aviator, JetX and thousands of slots. The welcome pack is clearly explained, and the subscriptions, bonus map and coin shop give regular players something extra.

For Indian players, the weak points are serious. There’s no rupee account, no UPI and no crypto on the payment list. Withdrawals are capped at €3,000 a day, you must wager your deposit three times before cashing out, and the welcome pack can’t be used on live tables. There’s also no Evolution, and the site doesn’t say who runs it.

If you play mostly slots and are comfortable using a card or Skrill in euros, Stelario is worth a look. If you want rupee payments, compare it with Patang, which lists INR, UPI and Paytm, or Ivibet, which offers INR. For another large European-style lobby, see Spin Aura. You can also browse our full casino list. Whatever you choose, set a budget first and stick to it.
