Overview

BlueChip (bluechip.io) is a casino and sportsbook built for players in South Asia. It has Hindi and Bengali versions of the site, takes Indian rupees as an account currency and uses Indian number formatting for INR (₹1,00,000, not ₹100,000). Its payment page is mostly Indian methods: Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay for deposits, IMPS and NetBanking for withdrawals. The sportsbook menu has a cricket section, and the VIP page mentions Navratri and Diwali promotions.

According to the footer and the general terms, the site is run by MRB Solutions LTD, a company registered in Costa Rica (registration number 3-102-916403). TRA Solutions Limited of Cyprus handles payments for it. An older help-centre article still names a different company, XZ Solutions B.V., so the brand seems to have changed operator at some point. The footer and terms are the newer documents, but the mismatch is worth knowing about.

India is not on the general terms’ list of excluded jurisdictions. That list includes Pakistan, the UK, the USA, Australia and most of the EU countries you’d expect.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The registration form gives you a choice of two welcome offers:

On a ₹300 deposit, the casino offer adds ₹450 in bonus money. To get the full ₹32,500 bonus you’d need to deposit about ₹21,667. The sign-up form shows the headline offer but not the wagering, the free-spin game or the time limit. Those appear on the promo card in your account, so read the card before you opt in.

How to claim it

The help centre explains how it works:

1. Open Promotions and opt in to the welcome bonus. If you don’t opt in, you won’t get it.
2. Deposit at least ₹300 within 24 hours of opting in, or the opt-in lapses.
3. Once the deposit lands, the bonus appears under Rewards. Claim it there to move it into your bonus balance.
4. Wager it as the promo card says.

The same article says the welcome offer can only be claimed in the first seven days after you register. The article was last updated in January 2024, so the period may have changed. Check your promo card.

Wagering and key rules

BlueChip’s casino bonus terms (version 5.11, updated 15 October 2026) are clearer than most:

The terms give a worked example: a ₹1,000 bonus with a 5x wager needs ₹5,000 in bets. That’s only an illustration, not the welcome offer’s actual multiplier.

The 300% withdrawal cap matters most. A ₹1,000 bonus can turn into at most ₹3,000 of withdrawable winnings, unless the promotion sets a different limit. Real-money bonuses

Some BlueChip rewards are paid as “real money bonuses” straight into your cash balance. You need to wager the deposit plus the real-money bonus three times before you can withdraw.

Loyalty and VIP rewards

The BlueChip Stars programme has 16 levels, from Starter to Royal. Each level from Bronze upwards pays real-money cashback and a pack of free spins:

For loyalty cashback, slot losses count in full, live casino losses at 70%, and crash, instant, table and sports losses at 50%. If you don’t earn any Stars for 30 days, you drop a level.

Above that sits a VIP Club with four tiers: Premium, Gold, Platinum and King, the last by invitation only. VIP rewards include reload bonuses, a Sunday reload, mystery gifts, free spins on new games, private tournaments, cricket free bets and codes posted in a VIP Telegram channel. The VIP page also mentions seasonal offers for Navratri, Diwali and Halloween. Gold VIPs and above get priority withdrawals.

We score the bonus 6.5. The rupee pricing and ₹300 minimum are good, and the terms are well written, but you can’t see the welcome wagering before you register, and the 300% cap on bonus winnings is restrictive. See our welcome bonus guide for when it’s better to play without one.

BlueChip’s providers page listed 54 studios when we checked. Their game counts add up to about 5,770. The biggest suppliers are KA Gaming (801 games), Pragmatic Play (614 slots plus 172 live games), Spinomenal (514), BGaming (280), JILI (264), Endorphina (225), 1spin4win (198), NetEnt (191), Onlyplay (173), PG Soft (172), Habanero (167), Evolution (154), Mascot (150) and Platipus (132). Others include Red Tiger, Ezugi, Iconic21, Spribe, Turbo Games, InOut, Aviatrix, 100HP Gaming, SimplePlay and AllBet.

The lobby is split into slots, crash games, instant games, table games, bonus buy, jackpot games, lottery, scratch cards, Megaways, provably fair, bingo and keno, plus a set of BlueChip Originals. The live casino has game shows, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, dice, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti and other live games.

We looked at the site through a Japanese connection. Studios restrict some games by country, so an account in India may see a slightly different lobby.

The live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar selection is small. Larger casinos such as Granawin list Evolution’s versions as well as Ezugi’s. Still, the most popular Ezugi tables are here, and Evolution’s game shows are too.

Tournaments and sports

The home page was promoting Wicked Wins, a Pragmatic Play tournament with wins of up to 1,000x, and the site has a separate tournaments page. The sportsbook (VeliSport) has cricket, live betting and esports sections.

We score games 7.0. About 5,770 titles, Evolution and Ezugi live tables, Aviator and a big crash section cover the basics. But the lobby leans towards Asian slot studios, and there aren’t many live Indian card tables.

Payments for Indian players

Payments are BlueChip’s strongest point. The public payment page and the help centre both describe a cashier built around Indian methods.

The help centre gives a general INR deposit range of ₹300 to ₹1,00,000. The help centre says the casino charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or wallet might. The general terms list USD, EUR and crypto as accepted currencies. The help centre’s currency list adds Indian rupees, Canadian and New Zealand dollars and several coins. You can’t change your account currency after registering, so pick INR at sign-up.

How to deposit from India

1. Register with Indian rupees as your currency. The help centre says you can’t change it later.
2. If you want the welcome bonus, opt in on the Promotions page first and deposit within 24 hours.
3. Click Deposit and choose a method. With Google Pay, Paytm Fast or UPI Fast on a phone, your payment app opens with the details already filled in. On a computer, you scan a QR code instead.
4. With the “to wallet” methods (Paytm, Paytm C, UPI or PhonePe to wallet), you get a payment number. Send the exact amount from your bank or UPI app, then paste the UTR or UPI reference number back on BlueChip.
5. Don’t reuse old payment details. The payment page says every deposit gets its own details.
6. If a deposit goes missing, contact support. The help centre says tracing it with the payment provider takes about 72 hours on average.

How to withdraw

1. Make sure you have no active bonus. Withdrawals are blocked until you finish wagering or cancel it. Your first deposit has to be used for bets before it can be withdrawn.
2. Get verified early. The help centre asks for a photo ID (both sides of a national ID card, or a passport photo page) valid for at least three more months, a selfie holding the ID, and a PDF bank statement showing your deposits. Screenshots of documents are rejected.
3. Click your balance, choose Withdrawal and pick IMPS, NetBanking, bank transfer or Paytm to wallet. Crypto is also listed on the payment page.
4. For IMPS, enter your IFSC code, account number and account holder name. The NetBanking options also ask for account type, bank name, branch and address.
5. Your request shows as “Pending” while it’s checked, which can take up to 12 hours. Then it moves to “Approved” and the payment provider takes over.

Payments score 8.5. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay deposits from ₹300 and IMPS payouts to an Indian bank are exactly what most Indian players need. The ₹50,000 cap per withdrawal and the different processing times on different pages stop it scoring higher.

Mobile experience

BlueChip has an app page with two install options. Android users download an APK from the site and allow it in their phone settings. iPhone users open the site in Safari and use Add to Home Screen. The home page also has an “Install Our App” banner. There’s no app in the Play Store or App Store, so only install from bluechip.io.

The mobile site has a bottom menu for Casino, Sports and Promotions plus a search bar, and the lobby marks games that have a demo mode.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Use Google Pay, Paytm Fast or UPI Fast on your phone. The payment app opens by itself and you don’t need to enter a UTR.
• Keep your UTR numbers when you use the “to wallet” methods. You need them to credit the deposit and to chase a missing one.
• Live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar need a stable connection, so use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G/5G signal.

We score mobile 7.5: an Android APK and an iPhone home-screen app, with a mobile layout designed around Indian payment apps.

Customer support

BlueChip offers live chat on the site, email at [email protected] and [email protected], and a help centre at bluechip.kb.help. The help centre has more than 70 articles on deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, verification, sports and responsible gaming. The deposit and withdrawal guides go method by method and are aimed at Indian players. There is also a BlueChip Instagram account called bluechip.india and a VIP Telegram channel.

The terms say complaints should be emailed with “Complaint” in the subject line, and are answered within 10 days. The site doesn’t publish support hours. We didn’t open a chat ourselves.

Languages

The site is available in English, Hindi (हिन्दी) and Bengali (বাংলা). The Hindi version translates the menus, game categories and policy links. The help centre articles are in English, and live chat languages aren’t published. Our Hindi casino sites article lists other casinos with Hindi pages.

Responsible gambling tools

The responsible gaming policy offers a 24-hour cool-off and a 30-day temporary self-exclusion. It recommends indefinite self-exclusion if you think you have a gambling problem. You request these by emailing support with “Cool-Off” or “Self-Exclusion” in the subject line, and the help centre says you can also ask for a temporary suspension through live chat. Support scores 7.0: a detailed India-focused help centre, live chat and a Hindi site, but no published hours, and breaks have to be requested by email or chat.

Our verdict

BlueChip is clearly designed for Indian players. You can register in rupees, deposit ₹300 with Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay or a UPI QR code, and withdraw to your bank by IMPS or NetBanking. The site is available in Hindi, the sportsbook covers cricket, and the welcome offer of 150% up to ₹32,500 plus 100 free spins is priced in rupees. The BlueChip Stars cashback, paid as real money, is a good extra for regular players.

The weaknesses are in the details. You can’t see the welcome wagering until you’ve registered, bonus winnings can be capped at three times the bonus, and each withdrawal is limited to ₹50,000. The live Indian card tables are few, and the help centre and the footer don’t agree on which company runs the site.

If you want UPI deposits and IMPS withdrawals with as little hassle as possible, BlueChip is one of the better choices we’ve reviewed.
