Overview

Velobet is a casino and sportsbook that, according to the information on its own homepage, was founded in 2023. Besides slots and live casino it has sports betting, esports, racing, prediction markets and a “Mini Games” section of crash and instant games. The site is available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Finnish, Norwegian and Brazilian Portuguese, and quotes all amounts in euros, dollars or pounds.

The terms list the countries whose residents can’t register: Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF-blacklisted countries. Accounts from Russia and Belarus are closed when identified. India is not on the list. Deposit and welcome bonuses are separately unavailable to players from Thailand, Japan and Finland.

The weak point is transparency. The “Company Details” page shows nothing but the words “Velobet.com”, and the terms only refer to “the Company”. The homepage’s structured data names Velobet Casino with an address in Willemstad, Curaçao, but we found no company name, registration number or licence number on any page we read. The footer contains code for a licence badge, but no licence text was displayed when we loaded the site.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Velobet advertises its casino welcome package as “up to 330% bonus + 300 free spins”. The three steps are:

The 330% comes from adding 150%, 100% and 80% together. On the first deposit, the largest bonus is €750 (150% of €500) or €1,000 (100% of €1,000). The free spins are released in daily batches of 30 when you log in, and if you miss a day, the rest are lost. The promotion page doesn’t say which slot the spins are for.

Crypto alternative

If your first deposit is in crypto (BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, XRP, DASH, XMR or XLM), you can take a 160% bonus up to €1,000 instead, from €10. It’s for slots only, can’t be combined with other offers, has the same 30x deposit-plus-bonus wagering within 30 days and €5 maximum bet, and excludes ten named slots, including Golden Beauty, Reel Heist and Hot 777 Deluxe. You activate it manually before you play.

Wagering on deposit plus bonus is demanding. A €100 first deposit gets a €150 bonus, and 30x of €250 is €7,500 in bets. The 10x cap also matters: on that €100 deposit, you can never withdraw more than €1,000 from the bonus, however lucky you get. The sportsbook has its own welcome bonus (150% up to €1,000 plus 10 free bets, 15x deposit plus bonus) and promotions, which are alternatives to the casino offers. Free-bet winnings are capped at 15 times the free bet, and cashback winnings at five times the bonus.

We score the bonus 5.0. The no-wagering loyalty rewards and cashback are good, but 30x on deposit plus bonus and a 10x cash-out cap make the welcome package average at best. Our welcome bonus guide explains when to skip a bonus.

Games and providers

Velobet’s game feed returned 10,176 casino games from 101 studios and 498 live tables from 15 studios when we checked. We read it through a US connection, and the terms note that some games are unavailable in some countries, so an Indian account may see a slightly different list.

The biggest slot studios by number of games were Pragmatic Play (658), Spinomenal (596), Fazi (339), BGaming (292), Yggdrasil and TaDa Gaming (289 each), Amusnet (282), Betsoft (262), Hacksaw Gaming (258), Wazdan (246), Evoplay (228), Habanero (211), Endorphina (197), Amatic (191), Blueprint Gaming (166), PG Soft (164) and ELK Studios (135). Push Gaming, Thunderkick, Playson, Booongo, Bullshark Games, AvatarUX and SmartSoft are also there. We didn’t find NetEnt, Red Tiger, Play’n GO or Spribe.

The live lobby is the bigger gap. Its tables came from Pragmatic Play Live (130), Playtech Live (106), Imagine Live (65), Iconic21 (41), SA Gaming (37), Winfinity (30), Amusnet (19), PatePlay (17), Skywind Live (13), BetGames (11), LuckyStreak (10), Platipus Live and 7Mojos (7 each) and XPG (4). There was no Evolution and no Ezugi, so no Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Live or Lightning Roulette.

The Mini Games section is a separate lobby of quick games: Aviadrone, Mines, Viper Royale, Chicken Race, Mine Field, Aviamasters, Cosmopix, Gift X, Aviapix, Avion, Minesweeper XY, JetX, Balloon Mania, Tower Rush, Diver, Kings Move, Robo Dice, Jumper, Magic Wheel, Limbo XY, HiLo Joker, Sweet Keno and more. Many of these are the crash-style games Indian players often use instead of Aviator.

Games score 7.0. The slot lobby is large and has Pragmatic Play, and there’s enough live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, but without Evolution, Ezugi or Aviator it’s missing several of the games Indian players ask about most.

The FAQ adds that crypto is available straight after registration, but to use other payment methods you have to complete your profile so your account can be verified. How to deposit from India

1. Register with your email, a username (it can’t be changed later) and a password of at least eight characters.
2. Complete your profile (name, date of birth, mobile number, country, city and address) if you want to use anything other than crypto.
3. Activate the bonus you want before you place any bets. You can’t add it afterwards.
4. Deposit at least €10 (or the crypto equivalent) from a wallet or account in your own name. Third-party payments are confiscated.
5. Wager your deposit at least once at odds of 1.3 or more before withdrawing, or the company can deduct 20% from the withdrawal.

How to withdraw

1. Get verified. The KYC policy says checks can take up to 48 hours after you send your documents. Documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet; otherwise you may be asked to show them on a video call.
2. Request the withdrawal from your account. The minimum is €10.
3. Expect processing within three banking days. Amounts above a method’s limit are paid in instalments.
4. For bank transfers, intermediary banks may charge fees of up to €16. Bank transfers aren’t available for USD payouts.

Payments score 3.5. With no rupee account, both card schemes ruled out for India and a 20% penalty on unwagered deposits, Velobet only really works if you already use crypto.

Mobile experience

Velobet doesn’t offer an app in the App Store or on Google Play, and we found no download link on the site. The mobile browser version carries the casino, live casino, mini games and sportsbook, and the account area and cashier. We only loaded the site in a desktop browser.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar need a stable connection, so use Wi-Fi or a strong 4G/5G signal.
• If you take the welcome free spins, remember to log in every day for nine days, or you’ll lose the rest.
• The Daily Free Spins only last five hours once they land, so play them the same session.
• Keep photos of your ID and a recent bill ready for verification before you ask for a withdrawal.

Mobile scores 5.5: it works in the browser, but there’s nothing extra for phone users.

Customer support

Support is by live chat and by email at [email protected]. The responsible gaming page says the team is there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Complaints go to [email protected], and affiliate questions to [email protected]. The site’s own data lists English as the support language; support in Hindi isn’t mentioned. We didn’t open a chat ourselves.

The FAQ is thin: only two questions (how to contact support and how to register) are answered. The terms are reasonably clear, but they leave out the company’s name, which is a basic piece of information you should be able to find.

Responsible gambling tools

According to the responsible gaming and self-exclusion pages, you can ask support for account limits, a time-out (temporary account closure) or self-exclusion for between six months and five years. If you don’t specify a period, the account is closed for six months. Note that a time-out can be lifted early at the casino’s discretion if you ask in writing. Support scores 6.0: 24/7 chat and email, but no self-service limits and no named operator to escalate to.

Our verdict

Velobet has a lot going on: over 10,000 slots including all the Pragmatic Play favourites, live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar from Playtech and Imagine Live, a Mini Games lobby full of crash games, and some genuinely useful no-wagering extras such as 10% VIP cashback and a monthly loyalty bonus. India isn’t on its restricted list.

But it doesn’t tell you who runs it, it doesn’t support rupees, both Visa and Mastercard are ruled out for India, and there’s no UPI or Paytm. The welcome package needs 30x deposit plus bonus with a 10x cash-out cap, and the live lobby has no Evolution, Ezugi or Aviator.

If you play with crypto and mainly want slots and crash games, Velobet is usable. If you want rupee payments or a casino with a named operator, look at Betandyou, Patang or our full casino list first.
