Overview

Tsars Casino is owned and operated by TRINK N.V., which is named at the foot of every page along with the support address [email protected]. It is a casino-only site with a space-travel theme: there is no sportsbook, and the menu is built around slots, live tables and a promotions page.

For Indian readers, Tsars is a crypto-first option. The payments page lists Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether for both deposits and withdrawals, and the terms say crypto payouts carry no withdrawal commission. What you will not find is anything aimed at India: no rupee currency, no UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, and no Hindi version.

The site is unusually open about its costs. A fixed €1 fee applies to every deposit, most withdrawal methods carry a commission set out in the terms, and a 20% fee can apply if you withdraw before wagering your deposit three times. None of that is hidden, but it all needs reading before you deposit, and this review walks through it step by step.

We also re-checked the lobby. An earlier version of this review listed Andar Bahar among Tsars’ games. A search of the lobby in October 2026 did not find an Andar Bahar table, so we have removed that claim. The search did find Bet On Teen Patti, Aviator and Dragon Tiger, which we cover in the games section.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Tsars’ official welcome offer is a four-deposit package worth up to €2,000 in bonuses plus 200 free spins. The welcome-offer page sets out each stage, and the general terms and help centre add the minimum deposit, wagering and bet limits.

The four caps add up to the €2,000 headline, and the two spin batches make the 200 free spins. The welcome page does not name the free-spin game. The help centre’s example lets you choose the slot for your first-deposit spins, using Book of Dead as an example, but we could not confirm which games are offered to an account registered from India.

Key terms from the bonus rules

• Minimum deposit: €20 to unlock a bonus, unless a specific bonus states otherwise. Remember the separate €1 deposit fee.
• Wagering: the help centre says 25 times for bonus money and 30 times for winnings from free spins. The general terms describe the 25x as a minimum that applies to the bonus plus the real-money deposit that contributed to it.
• Maximum bet: €2 per spin with an active first- or second-deposit bonus, €5 on the third and fourth. Going over this counts as bonus abuse.
• Game contribution: the help centre lists slots at 100% and everything else at 0%, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, video poker, poker variants and all live dealer games. The terms add that slots with RTP of 97.5% or more count 0%, and a long list of individual slots is excluded.
• Sticky bonuses: bets come from the real balance first and winnings go to the bonus balance. Requesting a withdrawal cancels any active bonus and its winnings.
• No bonus buys: buying bonus games or using gamble features with an active bonus is not allowed.
• Withdrawal limit on welcome winnings: where winnings come from welcome-package bonuses, Tsars may limit withdrawals to €500 per week until the balance is paid out or falls below €10.
• Offers are personal: the help centre notes that bonus offers are tailored to each customer, so log in before checking the promotions page.

What 25x on deposit plus bonus means

A €100 first deposit with a €100 bonus at 25x on the combined €200 means €5,000 in wagers, at a maximum of €2 per spin. That is at least 2,500 spins. On the fourth deposit, €400 with a €100 bonus would need 25x €500, or €12,500, though the €5 bet cap lets you get there in fewer spins.

Two rules shape how this plays out. Only slots count, and high-RTP slots count nothing, so you cannot clear the bonus on blackjack, Teen Patti or live tables. Other promotions

The promotions page lists a Weekend Reload of 30% up to €200, a daily reward and a Wednesday Mystery Bonus. Terms for the daily and Wednesday offers were not shown on the public page. Tsars’ lobby filter showed 50 game studios when we checked from outside India, and the lobby was split into 347 pages of games. The total number of titles is not published. Studios in the filter included Spribe, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil, Relax Gaming, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Betsoft, Endorphina, Evoplay, Novomatic, PG Soft, Spinomenal, Booming Games, Slotmill, AvatarUX, Belatra, 3 Oaks Gaming and live studios iconic21 and SA Gaming.

Lobby contents depend on country. Tsars’ terms list studios and individual titles that cannot be offered in India: Red Tiger is one of them, as are several branded NetEnt titles. The help centre also warns that if a game is missing, your country of residence may be the reason. So treat the list above as a guide, not a promise of what an Indian account will see.

If Teen Patti is your main game, note that Bet On Teen Patti is listed as a betting game on Teen Patti hands, not a standard seat-at-the-table game, so read its rules screen before you stake. If you want Andar Bahar, Crazy Time or Lightning Roulette, we could not find them at Tsars, so another site from our casinos list is a safer choice.

Free play

All games under the Casino section can be played in “play for fun” mode, according to the help centre. That lets you learn a slot or crash game before staking real money. If a game freezes

The help centre says a frozen game or dropped connection does not lose your stake or winnings: the round finishes on the game provider’s server and the result is added to your balance when you reopen the game. That matters for live and crash games on a mobile connection.

Payments for Indian players

INR, UPI and Paytm

INR is not among the currencies in Tsars’ terms, which list EUR, USD, CAD, NOK, PLN, NZD, mBTC and LTC. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not on the payments page. The terms say the main currency of the casino is EUR, and withdrawals may be paid in a different currency from your deposit, with any conversion at the casino’s rates.

There is a second India-specific catch for cards. The terms say card payouts go through Visa’s OCT or Mastercard’s payment transfer service, and India is on Visa’s list of countries that are not supported, while Mastercard’s list of supported countries does not include India. In practice, an Indian card may work for deposits but should not be relied on for withdrawals.

With an active bonus, the maximum withdrawal per transaction drops to €2,000. The help centre also names Ripple and NeoSurf among supported options, though they were not in the table we saw. The page reflects our checking location, and Tsars’ help centre says availability can depend on country.

How to deposit

1. Log in and click the purple ”+” button to open the cashier.
2. Choose a bonus from the list, or choose no bonus. Decide this now, because bonus rules apply from the moment the deposit lands.
3. Pick a payment method. For crypto, copy the wallet address shown for your chosen coin.
4. Enter the amount. A €1 fee is added on top, so a €20 deposit costs €21.
5. For crypto, send the exact amount shown, from your own wallet, on the coin’s native network. The terms say deposits from exchange accounts such as Binance “could have issues”, that short payments get stuck and miss any bonus, and that coins sent on the wrong network may be lost. XRP and similar coins need the destination tag.
6. Deposits other than bank transfers are credited instantly, according to the help centre.

How to withdraw

1. Make sure you have no active bonus with wagering left. Requesting a withdrawal cancels it and its winnings.
2. Check that you have wagered each deposit at least 3 times on slots (5 times on other games). If not, the terms let Tsars charge a 20% fee on the withdrawal.
3. Click the Tsars icon next to the bell, choose “Withdrawal”, pick the method and amount, and confirm.
4. Withdraw to the same method you deposited with where possible. If you deposited with a method that cannot pay out, such as a voucher, you must meet the 3x turnover before another method can be used.
5. Expect a document request. The help centre says Tsars may ask for ID, proof of address (dated within 3 months) and proof of your payment method at any time, including before a withdrawal.

The terms also say Tsars may apply individual withdrawal fees to specific customers. Our score of 4.5 sits in the “none listed” band of our methodology: no INR, UPI or Paytm, plus fees on almost every route except crypto. Mobile experience

Tsars does not advertise an iOS or Android app, and we found no APK download or app page. The site is played in a mobile browser. Its pages include a home-screen title (“Tsars.com”) for phones, so you can add a shortcut, but the casino does not describe this as an app.

Tsars does not publish anything about how its mobile site differs from desktop, so our mobile score uses the 6.0 default in our methodology.

Before you play on mobile

• Check the €1 deposit fee on each transaction in the cashier.
• Live and crash games stream continuously, so use Wi-Fi or watch your data use.
• If your connection drops mid-round, the help centre says the round completes on the provider’s server, so reopen the game rather than placing a new bet.
• Set any limit you want before your first session.

Tsars offers support by live chat and email at [email protected]. The help desk widget sits on every page, and the about page and responsible gaming page both say the support team is available 24/7. No telephone number is published on the official pages we read.

Unlike the earlier version of this review, which said Tsars had no FAQ, the site does have a help centre. It covers registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, verification, how to play and responsible gaming. The answers are short but specific: the €1 deposit fee, the €20 minimums, document rules and the 25x bonus wagering are all stated there.

Languages

The language menu offers English plus Hungarian, Slovenian, Bulgarian, French (Canada), Danish, Portuguese, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Polish, Italian, Spanish and Russian, with regional versions for Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Austria. Hindi is not offered. The languages support works in are not published.

Responsible gambling tools

What Tsars publishes:

• Time and session limits: set per day, week or month from the Responsible Gambling section of your profile.
• Self-exclusion: from the same section, which closes the account.
• Deposit limit: the terms say you can set a daily deposit limit by contacting support, and reductions take effect immediately.
• Account closure: permanent closure by emailing support.

We have scored support at 7.5: 24/7 chat and email and a useful help centre, but no published languages, no published phone line and deposit limits that need a request to support.

Our verdict

Tsars suits crypto users who want low minimums and clear rules. The payments page and terms publish every limit and fee, crypto payouts carry no commission, the help centre is specific, and support is advertised around the clock. Aviator, Bet On Teen Patti and two live Dragon Tiger tables were in the lobby we searched.

The weaknesses are equally clear. There is no INR, UPI or Paytm, card payouts are not supported for Indian Visa cards, and fees apply to every deposit and most withdrawals, with a 20% charge if you withdraw before turning your deposit over 3 times. The welcome package is strict, with low bet caps, slots-only wagering and a possible €500 weekly limit on bonus winnings. We could not find Andar Bahar or any Evolution live tables.

Good match for

• Slot players happy to work through a 25x slots-only bonus.

Look elsewhere if
