Fairspin review

Overview

Fairspin is a crypto-focused casino with a sportsbook attached. Its big selling point is a token-based reward system: every bet earns Rakeback Tokens (TFS), which push you up a ten-level loyalty programme and can be spent in the Fairspin Store on bonus funds, free spins or free bets. The site is currently running an 8th-anniversary promotion, so it has been around for a while.

The footer says the site is operated by Sorta Group Limitada, a company registered in Costa Rica. Veltria Ltd in Cyprus provides administrative and payment-related support services.

For Indian players the picture is mixed. India isn’t on the list of countries the terms bar from opening accounts. But the terms are clear that USDT is the currency for every balance, bet and payout. INR is offered as a display currency, not as a real rupee wallet. UPI isn’t on the list of payment methods, and you have to complete identity verification before you can deposit at all. There’s no Hindi version of the site.

Welcome bonus breakdown

The promotion card calls it a “550% bonus + 200 free spins welcome pack”. The homepage banner adds it up as “bonus up to $10,000 + 200 free spins”. Here are the steps:

The free spins are on Fairspins Bonanza 1000 (or a similar game if that one isn’t available) at $0.20 a spin. That works out to $10 of spins per step and $40 over the whole pack.

Three versions of the rules

The terms for this pack don’t agree with each other, and you should know that before you deposit:

The FAQ looks out of date. The bigger worry is the line in the specific terms that caps the bonus at $2,500 “per player”, which contradicts the $2,500-per-step figure on the same page and the $10,000 headline. The specific terms also say winnings from the bonus “cannot exceed the deposit amount from which the bonus was activated”. Ask support in writing which cap applies before you deposit, and keep a copy of the answer.

For an Indian player depositing the minimum, the maths is tough. A $20 deposit gets a $40 bonus on the first step. At 45x, you’d need to bet $1,800 in three or four days. Live tables and card games barely count. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to work out whether a bonus is worth it.

Cashback, rakeback and other promotions

The ongoing rewards are better than the welcome pack:

• Weekly cashback: every player gets 5% of weekly losses back with no wagering. On top of that there’s extra weekly cashback of 5% at the entry level, rising to 50% at the top, with 45x wagering. Cashback doesn’t apply to sports bets.
• Daily cashback: 2% to 10% with no wagering, for the five VIP Club levels (Steel Card and above).
• Rakeback Tokens (TFS): credited on every bet. The tokens you earned over the past 365 days set your loyalty level, and you can swap them for rewards in the Fairspin Store.
• Hold to Earn: you can stake TFS tokens, with a staking limit that rises with your level.
• Other features: daily rewards, missions, a prize wheel, promo codes and tournaments. When we checked, these included the Fairspin Autumn Tournament (3,000 USDT) and Spinoleague 2026 (240,000 EUR).

There are ten loyalty levels: Player, Explorer, Soldier of Fortune, Master of Fortune and Excitement Expert, then the Steel, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum VIP Club cards.

We score the bonus 4.5. Cashback with no wagering is good value, but the welcome pack has short deadlines, low contributions from anything but slots, and caps that contradict each other. Our welcome bonus guide explains when it’s better to play without one.

Games and providers

Fairspin’s lobby uses a public game API. From our location in Asia, it returned 7,758 games from 63 studios. The biggest suppliers by count were Spinomenal, Foxi, Red Rake Gaming, Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Mascot, Voltent, NetGame and Relax Gaming. Others include Endorphina, Betsoft, Evoplay, Thunderkick, Novomatic, Playson, Skywind, 3 Oaks Gaming, Spribe, Winfinity and CreedRoomz.

Pragmatic Play and Evolution didn’t appear in the studio list from our location. Players elsewhere have recent wins on Pragmatic Play slots in the homepage feed, so these studios are probably blocked by region. We couldn’t check from India.

The live casino section from our location was mostly Winfinity and CreedRoomz tables, plus Jacktop, Marbles, Enjoy Gaming Live and Platipus. That’s fine for roulette and baccarat, but much thinner than casinos with Evolution and Ezugi. If live Teen Patti or Andar Bahar is your main game, there are better choices. Aviator, Plinko and Mines players are well served, though.

Fairspin Originals

The in-house games include Chicken Road and its many spin-offs, Plinko 1000, Mines, Tower, Coinflip, Robo Dice and Aviafly. Fairspin also has a set of branded “Exclusives”, such as Majestic Fairspin from Spinomenal.

We score games 6.5: plenty of slots and crash games, but few Indian live tables, and the biggest live studios weren’t available from our location.

Payments for Indian players

Fairspin’s cashier needs both an account and completed identity checks, so we couldn’t see it. This section is based on the terms, the FAQ and the cashier text the site loads publicly.

Currencies

The terms say “the primary operational, settlement and accounting currency” is USDT. You can choose a “Principal Currency” for display, and the site’s list of fiat display currencies includes INR alongside USD, EUR, CAD, JPY and others. But the terms say this “does not constitute the actual currency of Your Member Account”. Deposits in other currencies are converted to USDT at the payment provider’s rate, and any exchange costs are yours. The FAQ adds that you can play in USD, EUR, mBTC or mETH. Supported crypto includes USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, TRX, DOGE and BNB.

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not named. The cashier text does include form fields labelled “Recipient UPI ID” and “Recipient IFSC Code”, which hints at an Indian bank or UPI method for some users. How to deposit from India

1. Register and confirm your age. The site says you must finish KYC to “access deposits, withdrawals, and exclusive bonuses”.
2. Complete identity verification under Account > Identity verification. You choose the country that issued your document, the document type, and upload your passport, driving licence or ID card.
3. Click Deposit. If you want the welcome bonus, select it in “Choose Your Bonus”. Some payment methods aren’t eligible for the bonus because of their limits.
4. For crypto, choose a coin, enter the amount in USD or EUR, and send the exact amount to the wallet address or QR code shown. Include the MEMO if one is shown, or the payment won’t be credited.
5. Don’t send less than the minimum for that coin. The terms say deposits below the minimum won’t arrive and can’t be returned.
6. Crypto deposits are credited 5 to 10 minutes after the first network confirmation, according to the FAQ. Some fiat methods are processed only during working hours (UTC).

Use only your own payment accounts. The terms say third-party deposits will be returned and any winnings voided.

How to withdraw

1. Wager your deposit at least once on casino games, or three times for sports or live casino. If you don’t, Fairspin can charge a withdrawal fee.
2. Finish or cancel any active bonus.
3. Open the cashier and go to the Withdrawal section. You can only withdraw with methods you’ve already deposited with.
4. Enter the amount within the minimum and maximum shown for that method, and submit.
5. Wait for processing. The terms give 10 minutes to several business days, depending on the method and checks.
6. Once approved, the terms say funds usually arrive within 10 banking days.

Fairspin pays back to the method you deposited with where possible. If you change your password, you can’t withdraw for 48 hours.

Payments score 3.5. USDT settlement, required KYC before deposits, no confirmed UPI and a low daily withdrawal cap make Fairspin a poor fit for rupee players.

Mobile experience

Fairspin works in your phone’s browser, and the FAQ says there’s “no need to download anything”. If you want an icon on your home screen, the site’s app page explains how to install it as a web app:

• Android: open Fairspin in Chrome, tap the three dots at the top right, then “Install app”.
• iPhone and iPad: open it in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”.
• Desktop: in Chrome on Windows or Mac, click the install icon in the address bar.

The same account works on every device. The terms say you must not open a second account for another device. There’s no App Store or Google Play app.

Tips for Indian players on mobile

• Do your KYC on your phone before you need it. Clear photos of your ID speed things up.
• Check the crypto network and MEMO carefully when paying from a mobile wallet.
• Crash games and live tables need a steady connection, so use Wi-Fi or strong 4G/5G.

We score mobile 6.5: the web app is easy to install and works well, but there’s no native app.

Customer support

The contacts page lists live chat, email at [email protected] and a phone number with a Netherlands (+31) code. We didn’t find published support hours, and we didn’t test response times. Many account requests go through email, including limit changes, cooling-off and self-exclusion.

Languages

The site is available in 13 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak and Turkish. Hindi isn’t one of them. See our Hindi casino sites article for casinos that offer it.

Responsible gambling tools

According to the responsible gaming policy, you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, as well as time and spending limits, by emailing support. Deposits above your limit go to a “frozen balance” that you can withdraw but not play with. Changing a limit can involve a 24-hour cooling-off period. You can take a break of 2 days or 1 week, or self-exclude for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year or for good, also by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion can’t be reversed early, and the account stays closed afterwards until you ask in writing for it to be reopened. Support scores 6.5: several contact options, but no stated hours, no Hindi, and tools that mostly need an email instead of an account setting.

Our verdict

Fairspin’s strongest feature is its reward system. Weekly cashback with no wagering, rakeback tokens on every bet and a store to spend them in give regular players something back. Aviator, Plinko, Mines and the Chicken Road games are well covered, and crypto deposits are quick.

For Indian players, the problems are hard to ignore. Your money sits in USDT, INR is only a display option, and UPI isn’t confirmed. You need KYC before your first deposit. The welcome pack has three conflicting sets of rules and gives you only a few days to clear it. Withdrawals are capped at 1,000 USDT a day, and from our location there were no Evolution or Ezugi live tables.
