Khonsu Merge Up is a new BGaming slot, listed on BGaming’s game page with a release date of 2 November 2026. It is an Egyptian mythology game in a comic-book style, built on BGaming’s Merge Up mechanic with ways pays. All figures below come from BGaming’s official game page.
What the game is
Under the moonlight of ancient Egypt, the moon god Khonsu protects night travellers from mummies, vampires, werewolves and other monsters. BGaming files it under its #Entertainment line. The art is stylised and comic-book inspired rather than the usual gold-and-sand Egyptian look.
How it plays
BGaming lists 4,096 lines for the game and describes it as a ways pays slot. Three mechanics drive the base game:
- Merge Up. After a win, the paid symbols merge into one higher-value symbol, which is placed in an empty cell and can form new wins.
- Refilling. Winning symbols disappear, the rest fall and new ones fill the gaps, as long as new wins keep forming. With every refill, the multiplier in Khonsu’s hands rises by x2 and applies to wins after that refill.
- Split symbol. On reels 2 to 5, it splits into a random number of identical symbols, up to 6.
The Wild substitutes for every symbol except the Scatter, and if it is part of several wins with different symbols at once, it completes each of them.
Bonus rounds
- Free Spins. 3 Scatters give 8 Free Spins and 4 give 10. Each winning refill fills a quarter of a progress segment. A full segment adds 2 Free Spins and gives the matching symbol Split power for the rest of the round.
- Super Free Spins. 5 Scatters give 12 spins and 6 give 14. Here a completed segment adds 2 spins and gives the matching symbol Wild power.
BGaming lists five buy options: Chance x5 and Chance x10 (five or ten times the chance of a bonus on the next spins), Free Spins, Super Free Spins and Random Free Spins. Only one can be active at a time, and prices depend on the bet. Some casinos switch buy features off.

|---|---|
| Release date | 2 November 2026 (scheduled) |
| RTP | 97.01% |
| Volatility | Very high |
| Max win | 10,000x |
| Lines/ways | 4,096 |

Who it suits
This is a very high volatility game, so expect long quiet runs between bigger hits, with most of the value in the growing refill multiplier and the bonus rounds. A 97.01% RTP is high for a BGaming release, but it does not change how swingy the game feels over a short session. Set a budget before you start, and do not chase the bonus with the buy options.
Where to play
BGaming is in the provider lists of most casinos we have reviewed, including Winz.io, Playfina, Wazbee and Bets.io. Search the lobby for the game after 2 November, since new titles do not reach every casino on day one.
Check the RTP before you play
The 97.01% figure is the one BGaming publishes. Casinos can run other settings, so open the game’s info screen and read the RTP there. Our RTP and volatility guide explains what these numbers mean over a session.
