Overview

Bitguruz is a crypto-friendly online casino run by Guruz Group Ltd., a company registered in Belize. The home page promises 6,000 games from 80 providers, 20% cashback and deposits “by crypto or cash”. It also has its own Bitguruz Originals games and a VIP programme.

The angle for Indian players is crypto and cashback. If you already hold Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT, a crypto casino avoids the card declines many Indian players run into at international sites.

The caveat is how little Bitguruz publishes. Its information pages (terms, KYC policy, bonus policy) load only through browser scripts, and the data service behind the cashier, currency list and language list blocked our plain requests. We don’t work around blocks, so this review keeps only what we could read on the official site. Payment methods, limits, payout times and support hours from our earlier review couldn’t be traced to the official site, so we’ve removed them.

Welcome bonus breakdown

Bitguruz’s official bonuses page describes its welcome package as 300% across your first three deposits plus 300 free spins, with a $30 minimum deposit and wagering of x60. The site does not publish how the 300% and the spins are split between the three deposits, or a cap on the bonus amount, so check the bonus card in the cashier before each deposit.

How the bonus money works

Bitguruz pays bonus funds in BGZ, its in-casino currency, where 1 BGZ equals 1 USDT. A few rules apply:

• You must activate a BGZ bonus within 14 days of receiving it, or it is cancelled.
• Once activated, you have 7 days to wager it. Anything left after that is cancelled.
• BGZ can be used on slot games, and only after your other balances are used up.
• Activating a new BGZ bonus resets your current BGZ balance.
• Bonus buy features are allowed, but the $5 maximum bet still applies.
• Free spins are tied to a specific game, and their wagering is shown on the free spins card.

What x60 wagering means

Sixty times is a heavy requirement, roughly double what many casinos ask. If it applies to the bonus alone, a $100 bonus needs $6,000 in bets. If it applies to deposit plus bonus, a $100 deposit with a $100 bonus needs $12,000. With a $5 maximum bet, that is at least 1,200 to 2,400 spins.

The 7-day window makes this harder. Clearing $6,000 to $12,000 of bets in a week is a lot of play for a casual budget, and every spin carries the house edge. Promo codes and other offers

Bitguruz shares promo codes through its newsletters and lists the ones available to you on the Bonuses page. Each code card shows its own minimum deposit, wagering and maximum cashout, and you can only deposit with the last code you activated. We do not list third-party codes here; use the offers shown in your own account.

Ongoing value

The official site advertises 20% cashback and a VIP programme with eight tiers, from Bronze to Legend, offering cashback, monthly bonuses and reloads. Our earlier review mentioned a 10% extra on crypto deposits, but we couldn’t find it on the official site, so we’ve removed it. For many players, these ongoing perks will be worth more than a welcome bonus with x60 wagering.

Games and providers

The official site says 6,000 games from 80 providers. The lobby has sections for slots, live casino and Bitguruz Originals, with Legendary Hits, Top Games and New Releases rows on the home page. Beyond that, we couldn’t read much. The providers page and the live games page are filled in by browser scripts after loading, and the game data service blocked our requests, so we couldn’t see studio names or game titles.

That’s a real gap, and it’s why we’ve cut the games score from 8.0 to 7.0. Our earlier review listed game types such as craps, bingo and lottery; we couldn’t confirm those on the official site, so we’ve removed them.

Not finding these games doesn’t mean Bitguruz lacks them. With 80 providers, many of the big live studios may well be there. We simply couldn’t verify any of them without signing in, so we’re not claiming them. If Teen Patti or Andar Bahar matters to you, use the lobby search after registering and before you deposit.

Bitguruz Originals

The home page has a Bitguruz Originals row, the casino’s own in-house games. Their titles and rules aren’t readable on the public page. In-house games at crypto casinos are often crash, mines or dice-style games, but check each game’s rules and return-to-player figure before playing. A transparency note

No RNG testing or RTP information is shown on the public pages we could read. Where testing information isn’t shown, check the RTP figure inside each game’s information panel, which most providers display.

Payments for Indian players

INR, UPI and Paytm

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and IMPS are not listed on any public Bitguruz page we could read, and INR is not confirmed. The site’s currency list and payment list come from a data service that returned a block page to our requests. Our earlier review gave a long list of cards, e-wallets and bank methods; we couldn’t trace it to the official site, so we’ve removed it. Check the currency options during registration and the cashier before you deposit.

What the site does say

• The home page says you can fund your account “by crypto or cash”.
• Bonus funds are paid in BGZ, where 1 BGZ equals 1 USDT, so the casino works in dollar-pegged units.
• The welcome package needs at least $30 per qualifying deposit.
• The site’s code includes a crypto wallet and a crypto-exchange step in the deposit flow, which suggests crypto deposits go to a personal wallet address, but the coins offered aren’t listed publicly.

How to deposit

These steps follow the home page’s own “3 simple steps” and general good practice. The method list itself isn’t public.

1. Create an account. The site also offers sign-in through Telegram.
2. Open the deposit screen and check which currencies and methods appear for your country. Look for INR and UPI first. If they aren’t there, crypto is the likely route.
3. For crypto, copy the address shown and send only the coin and network named. USDT in particular runs on several networks, and the wrong one can lose your funds.
4. If you want the welcome package, activate the bonus or promo code before you deposit. The bonus FAQ says you can only deposit with the last code you activated.
5. Deposit at least $30 if you want the welcome bonus.

How to withdraw

1. Finish or cancel any active BGZ bonus. BGZ can be cashed out only after its wagering is met, and up to the maximum shown on the bonus card.
2. Complete identity checks if asked. Bitguruz has a KYC policy page, but its content loads only in the browser, so we can’t tell you which documents it needs or how long checks take.
3. Request the withdrawal from your wallet screen and note the minimum, maximum and fee shown before you confirm.

Our earlier review quoted a €20 minimum withdrawal, caps of up to $5 million a month and payout times by method. None of these appears on the official pages we could read, so we’ve removed them. Without published limits, we’ve lowered payments from 5.5 to 4.5.

Mobile experience

Bitguruz has an installable web app (a PWA) rather than an App Store or Google Play app. The home page has an “Install app” banner (“Spin anytime, anywhere”) with iOS and Android buttons, and the site ships a web app manifest that opens the casino full-screen, in portrait, from your home screen. We found no store listing, so be wary of any APK offered by another website.

To add it:

• Android (Chrome): use the Install app button on the site, or Chrome’s “Install app” / “Add to Home screen” option.
• iPhone (Safari): tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”.

The web app is the same site as the browser version, so games, bonuses and the cashier work the same way. With 6,000 games, use the search bar rather than scrolling. We keep mobile at 6.5: an installable web app is a step up from a plain browser site, but we couldn’t test the lobby on a phone.

Customer support

The only contact the public pages publish is email: [email protected], linked from the Customer Support item in the footer. The site’s code includes a live chat component, but chat hours, response times and support languages are not published. Our earlier review described 24/7 live chat in English and said chat quality was poor; we couldn’t confirm either from the official site, so we’ve removed both claims.

There’s no phone number, and the FAQ is limited to the bonus questions on the Bonuses page. For anything about money, email gives you a written record. Support drops from 8.0 to 6.0 because only email can be confirmed.

Languages

The language list loads from the blocked data service, so we couldn’t confirm which languages the site offers. Hindi isn’t mentioned on any public page. Our Hindi casino sites article lists alternatives.

Responsible gambling

The site’s public settings show gambling limits and self-exclusion switched on, and there’s a Responsible Gaming page in the footer. Its content loads only in the browser, so we can’t list the exact limit types or exclusion periods. Look for the limits section in your account before your first deposit, and confirm with support how long self-exclusion lasts and how it can be reversed. Our verdict

Bitguruz makes the most sense for crypto users who value ongoing cashback over a big welcome bonus. The home page promises 6,000 games from 80 providers and 20% cashback, the VIP programme has eight tiers, and the installable web app works on both iOS and Android.

The weaknesses are about information. x60 welcome wagering with a 7-day limit is heavy, and Bitguruz publishes almost nothing on payment methods, limits, payout times, support hours or languages. We couldn’t confirm a single Indian favourite such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar or Aviator without signing in. That’s why our scores fell this round.

Suits

• Crypto holders who are happy to check the cashier and lobby themselves after signing up.
• Players who prefer cashback and VIP perks to a large welcome bonus.

Less suited to

• Players who want rupee deposits by UPI or Paytm.
• Anyone who wants published withdrawal limits and times before depositing.
