Three commitments to players

- Monthly open sessions. Live conversations where Ako answers player questions, talks about priorities and gives business updates. The first is planned for Saturday 7 November 2026 on Gosh.com/akofocus. BC.Game says the time will be announced closer to the date.
- A dedicated escalation channel. A route for unresolved player issues to reach a team that reports directly to the CEO.
- Regular public progress reports on the issues players raise most, what is being done and what work remains.
“Trust isn’t built by announcements. It’s built by what happens when something goes wrong,” Ako said. “If an issue keeps coming up, I want to understand why and what we’re doing about it.”
BC.Game was clear that account-specific concerns should still go through its official support channels. The escalation process is meant for problems that support has not resolved, and BC.Game says details “will be shared through official channels”. What this means if you play at BC.Game
